About Sharon Landrith

Sharon Landrith is a spiritual teacher in the lineage of Adyashanti and a gifted intuitive. She describes a devotion and great love of the Truth, and puts her purpose this way: "There is a way to freedom from internal suffering. Awake beings across the ages have discovered this truth. My life is in service to that."

She met Adyashanti at a conference in 2000. Three years later, following a series of awakenings to fundamental reality, he asked her to teach and to guide those genuinely drawn to the path of truth. Since then she has continued to deepen into this truth and embody it herself. Sharon was born in a small town in Kansas and raised in the Christian tradition. She was formerly a student of Jean Klein, and her interest in Spirit led her to Buddhist meditation and the non-dual path. She and her husband, Nate, have dedicated their lives to Adyashanti's teaching.

The Setting

The retreat is held at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, in New York's Hudson Valley, a long-established center for workshops and retreats in the region.
