200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Trilogy Sanctuary

This 200hr yoga teacher training takes place at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, California. It is a teacher training for people who want to deepen their yoga practice and learn to teach, offered within a studio community that also runs aerial and mat classes throughout the week.

The Setting

Trilogy Sanctuary is a yoga and events space in La Jolla, in the San Diego area of Southern California. The studio keeps a full weekly schedule of around 90 mat and aerial offerings, along with special yoga classes, so trainees study inside a place where yoga is practiced daily rather than in a rented room. The sanctuary also hosts dance, music and other gatherings, and its trainings and workshops are listed separately from those events.

Before You Go

Trainings and immersions at Trilogy Sanctuary are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable, and a payment plan, once started, must be completed. Registrations cannot be transferred or resold, and a registration is valid only through the studio's own system, under the purchaser's name, with a matching valid ID and credit card.

Anyone wishing to register a friend can do so through the studio's registration system by choosing the "Someone Else" option under the training they want.

The organizer's page does not list the dates, daily schedule, lead teachers or curriculum here, so check the current schedule on the studio's yoga trainings listing before planning travel.
