Gratitude and Generosity: The Pillars of Fulfillment

Michael Beckwith

The room is quiet before anyone speaks. Michael Beckwith asks listeners to take a breath with him, and then to let it land: the field of abundance is not somewhere ahead of you, and it is not something you are waiting on. In the October 2026 video "Gratitude and Generosity: The Pillars of Fulfillment," recorded for his Agape community, Beckwith builds a single argument from that opening breath. Abundance, he says, is fulfilled through expression. Qualities such as love, peace, joy and harmony are not inert possessions that sit in the soul like objects on a shelf; they are living energies that need a channel. Gratitude is the practice that opens the channel, generosity is the practice that multiplies what passes through it, and the two together are what he calls the pillars of fulfillment. The talk is part meditation, part sermon and part working manual, and its central claim is simple to state and harder to live: a song written on paper is beautiful, but it needs to be sung.

Lecture · 7 sections

What does it mean that abundance is fulfilled through expression?

Beckwith begins with a metaphor he returns to throughout the talk. "You were steeped in God right now," he tells the room, comparing the field of abundance to a tea bag that stays in hot water until the water takes on what was in the tea. He asks people to say, "I'm steeped in it." The point is not to imagine abundance as a distant prize but to recognize it as the medium you are already sitting in.

From there he makes the move that gives the talk its spine. If these qualities are present everywhere, then the question is how they become visible. His answer is that they become visible through expression, through a human being who chooses to let them move. He asks the room to repeat after him: "Abundance is fulfilled through expression." Then: "Abundance is fulfilled as I express." The repetition is deliberate. He wants the idea to move from concept into the body, where it can be felt as a responsibility rather than a slogan.

This framing treats abundance as a verb. It is not a balance in an account; it is something that happens when a person becomes a place where the qualities of the infinite can show up in a particular life. Beckwith describes the human being as "a new causal point in life," able to think independently of experience, conditions and circumstances. That capacity to choose is, in his telling, the reason the human role matters at all.

Why does a full life still feel empty?

Beckwith is blunt that possessions and accomplishment do not settle the question. "Oftentimes abundance is relegated to things in form," he says, "things that you can touch and taste and smell." But people can have all of that and still feel hollow. To illustrate, he recalls a Super Bowl broadcast in which a quarterback's microphone was still live as he walked into the locker room after winning. The quarterback was supposed to deliver a celebratory line; instead, the microphone caught him asking, "Is this all there is?" Beckwith uses the moment to make a point about the gap between achievement and fulfillment. Something had been accomplished, and there was still a level of emptiness.

This is the problem his framework is built to answer. If abundance were only the accumulation of things, the quarterback's question would have no place to go. Because Beckwith locates abundance in the expression of qualities, the question becomes a signal: the person has been collecting results while the expressive life underneath has gone unused. Fulfillment, in this reading, is not the reward at the end of a sequence of wins. It is what happens when the qualities that are already in you are allowed to come out through service, creativity and love.

He reinforces this with a story he attributes to an old tradition about God and the angelic realm. The angels, in his telling, complain that God seems to love human beings more than them, even though the angels are the "absolute expression" of God's thought. God answers that human beings carry the mark of the image and likeness and have the capacity to choose. The angels, for all their nearness to the divine, cannot make that choice in the same way. Beckwith's point is not that humans are better than angels but that human expression is the place where the presence of God gets to act in a way "that has never happened before," because "you and I have never happened before."

How does gratitude interrupt the personality's rehearsal of lack?

Gratitude, for Beckwith, is a specific inner state rather than a polite feeling. He describes it as beginning with "I am and I have," a total focus on what is already present in consciousness: the ability to think, the breath that is happening right now, and "all of the qualities that are flowing through us." Stepping into that feeling-tone, he says, makes you "a whole soul receptor to the givingness of the spirit to express through us."

The reason this practice is necessary is psychological and specific. Beckwith says plainly, "your personality rehearses lack." When you look at your life and notice what you want more of, the personality seizes on the missing thing and replays it, sometimes over and over, until the absence feels like the main fact of your existence. Gratitude interrupts that loop. It does not deny what is missing, but it refuses to let the rehearsal of limitation run the show, and it returns attention to what is already there.

He adds a practical note that the lack is not always as solid as it feels. In one passage he talks about how "the evidence of lack is not the lack," a line worth sitting with. What the personality reports as evidence is often a story about the past or a projection about the future. Gratitude does not argue with that story. It simply moves the listener into a present where the breath is still arriving and the mind is still able to think, and from that present, availability becomes possible again.

Why does generosity multiply rather than deplete?

The second pillar is where Beckwith's argument becomes most counterintuitive. Many people assume that giving subtracts from their supply. He draws on a teaching he attributes to Walter Russell, which he paraphrases as taking "the whole from the whole" and multiplying it through generosity. "You're not taking anything from the whole," he says. "You are multiplying in your dynamic of service."

He ties this to the Magnificat, the words he quotes from Mary, "my soul doth magnify the Lord." The idea is that magnification and multiplication happen the moment you enter into giving, sharing, radiating or creating. The quality that is everywhere, seeking to express, becomes larger when it passes through a person who lets it move. Generosity, in this framework, is not a transaction that leaves you poorer. It is the mechanism by which abundance grows in the world.

This is the logic that makes the two pillars work as a pair. Gratitude opens the receiver, so that you are available to what is being given. Generosity sends it outward, where it is multiplied. Without the first, you give from a place of rehearsed scarcity and quickly run dry. Without the second, gratitude can become a private comfort that never reaches anyone. Beckwith's language about service, creativity and love covers both directions: receiving fully and then expressing fully.

What are the four horsemen, and why do they matter for abundance?

Beckwith spends a substantial part of the talk on what he calls the four horsemen of the apocalypse, which in his teaching represent the states that block fulfillment. He names envy, jealousy and malice, and he says a fourth is coming to him as he speaks. Comparison and competition, he suggests, are tributaries of that larger current. When the ego compares you to someone else, you are unhappy if another person has more than you or is doing better in some area of life. Those reactions are, for him, the personality going to work again on the same old story of lack.

His larger vision is what he calls the millennial view, a metaphor drawn from the idea of a thousand years of peace. He describes it as a state in which individuals come to see the presence of God everywhere, and he invokes the line from Isaiah that "all flesh shall see it together." In that view, the four horsemen are dissolved in consciousness. The argument is that you cannot fully express abundance while the envy and comparison that make the personality contract are still steering. Dissolving those states is not separate from the work of gratitude and generosity; it is part of the same movement toward being whole.

How do you practice the pillars in an ordinary day?

The talk is structured around repetition, breath and declaration, and those are the most usable tools a listener takes away. Beckwith repeatedly asks people to breathe, release, and then speak a short affirmative line. He has listeners say "abundance is fulfilled as I express," and he has them say "I'm steeped in it." He also leads brief moments of thanks, including a line delivered almost as a single breath: "I'm so thankful."

A practical approach that follows from his teaching would look like this. Begin with a single breath and the reminder that you are immersed in the field of abundance. Name what is already present, starting with the ability to think and the breath itself, and let the phrase "I am and I have" settle into the body. When the personality begins rehearsing what is missing, notice the rehearsal and gently return to what is here. Then look for one small way to express a quality you already carry: a kind word, a piece of work offered with care, a gift given without an expectation of return. Beckwith's point is that expression is where abundance actually becomes real, so the day's practice ends in an act rather than a thought.

None of this asks you to believe a doctrine before you test it. Beckwith's own image makes the case. A seed carries intelligence within it, but it has to be planted to express what it holds. Gratitude prepares the soil. Generosity lets the growth go out into the world. The fulfillment he describes is not something you earn after the work is complete; it is what happens while the work is being sung.

Where to go from here

If this talk resonated, the most useful next step is to watch the full video with a pen nearby and mark each place where Beckwith asks you to repeat a line or take a breath. Those moments are the teaching, and they are designed to be done rather than merely heard. You can also return to the recurring phrases, "I am and I have," "abundance is fulfilled as I express," and "I'm steeped in it," and use them as anchors for a week of daily practice. For readers who want more of Beckwith's work, his community at Agape holds services each Sunday, and the channel posts his teaching regularly; the video description lists the service times and his official website for those who want to follow his ministry directly.

The deeper invitation in this talk is to stop treating gratitude and generosity as virtues reserved for moments of plenty. Beckwith's argument is that they are the conditions under which plenty can be felt at all. Start with the breath you are already taking, and let the expression follow.

[0:07] Receive a breath with me for a moment.

[0:11] Release.

[0:13] Let's breathe into the awareness as the

[0:14] theme would indicate that we are

[0:16] immersed, steeped, and surrounded by a

[0:18] field of abundance.

[0:20] All the sacred qualities of the infinite

[0:23] are impinging upon us right now. We are

[0:25] steeped in it. And just as a tea bag is

[0:27] steeped in water until that water is

[0:30] infused with what was in the tea, you

[0:32] were steeped in God right now.

[0:35] You were steeped in love and peace and

[0:36] harmony and joy, divine order. All of

[0:39] that is in the midst of you.

[0:41] And you are breathing into the awareness

[0:43] that that which we call the field of

[0:45] abundance

[0:46] is a living field of magnificent

[0:49] qualities of the spirit that are

[0:51] everywhere in its fullness, everywhere

[0:53] in in their fullness. And that as the

[0:55] reading would indicate, you're not

[0:57] waiting for this to happen. You're not

[0:58] chasing it. You're not going to get it.

[1:01] You're in it. It's in you. This is your

[1:03] life.

[1:05] And so when it is stated that abundance

[1:07] fulfilled means that there is an

[1:09] expression of these qualities. These

[1:12] qualities are not inert. They need to be

[1:14] expressed.

[1:16] All the cosmos expresses as the

[1:19] galaxies.

[1:21] All of nature expresses as magnificent

[1:24] seasons and things of that particular

[1:25] nature. All sentient beings are

[1:28] available to sing the the life of God.

[1:32] Especially you who are the have the mark

[1:35] of the image and likeness upon you.

[1:38] Which means you have the capacity as the

[1:40] reading indicated that you can think

[1:42] independent of experience, independent

[1:44] of conditions, independent of

[1:46] circumstances. Which means you become a

[1:48] new causal point in life for the

[1:50] presence of God to express love, peace,

[1:53] joy, wisdom, harmony, harmonizing

[1:55] prosperity, abundance. All of that you

[1:57] have the you are the place where that

[1:59] gets to express. So, it is not merely

[2:01] that God knows everything in the

[2:03] absolute, you were created after the

[2:06] image and likeness to reveal this

[2:08] expression. You are here to express

[2:10] these qualities. And so, as we're coming

[2:13] into this this living and dynamic

[2:17] of of expression,

[2:20] abundance is then fulfilled uh through

[2:23] expression. I want you to say that

[2:25] abundance is fulfilled through

[2:27] expression.

[2:28] >> Abundance is fulfilled through

[2:30] expression.

[2:30] >> Abundance is fulfilled as I express.

[2:33] >> Abundance is fulfilled as

[2:36] I express.

[2:36] >> And so, just just sit with that for a

[2:38] second.

[2:42] Cuz oftentimes abundance is relegated to

[2:44] things in form, things that you can

[2:46] touch and taste and smell and and and

[2:49] possessions,

[2:51] but we're coming to an an understanding

[2:53] that an individual can have possessions

[2:55] and still feel empty.

[2:57] They can still They can have

[2:58] accomplishment, but still feel like, "Oh

[3:01] my God,

[3:03] what is all of this is for?"

[3:05] I can remember a couple years ago when

[3:07] one of the football teams won the

[3:08] Superbowl and the quarterback's mic was

[3:11] still on. And as he walked into the

[3:13] locker room after winning the Superbowl,

[3:15] he was supposed to say, "You know, I'm

[3:17] going to Disneyland" or something like

[3:18] that. The mic was still on and he said,

[3:20] "Is this all there is?"

[3:22] He had accomplished something, but there

[3:23] was still a level of emptiness.

[3:26] So, when we talk about abundance, we're

[3:27] talking about these qualities fulfilling

[3:30] itself in service and generosity and

[3:33] creativity and in love. I'm thinking

[3:35] about a an an old story in which God was

[3:39] having a great conversation with his

[3:41] angelic realm.

[3:43] And the angels were on God's case.

[3:45] They were saying in substance, "Listen,

[3:47] you love the human beings. You love

[3:49] them.

[3:51] You seem to love them more than you love

[3:52] us. When whatever it is that you think,

[3:55] we're already on it. We are the absolute

[3:58] expression of your thought presence, and

[4:01] the human beings, oh my god, they're

[4:03] ruining the the rainforest, they're

[4:05] polluting the environment, they're

[4:07] they're they're dropping bombs on

[4:08] people. They You but you seem to love

[4:11] them more than you love us.

[4:13] And the presence of God says, "It's not

[4:15] that I love them more than you. I do

[4:18] love them, but because they have the

[4:20] mark of the image and likeness, they

[4:22] have that faculty of being able to think

[4:25] independent of experience, they come to

[4:27] a consciousness of choice, they get to

[4:29] represent me.

[4:31] They get to come into a dynamic freedom

[4:34] of absolutely choosing to represent the

[4:38] entire cosmos as their very life and

[4:40] being. You, angelic realm, we love you,

[4:44] but you can't choose that. Human beings

[4:47] have the capacity to choose and

[4:49] absolutely begin to represent the

[4:51] presence of God. So, this vast presence

[4:54] that is love and beauty and intelligence

[4:56] that is everywhere

[4:58] needs expression, and that's where we

[5:01] come in. The presence of God gets to

[5:03] express

[5:04] in a way that has never happened before

[5:06] because you and I have never happened

[5:09] before. We're distinct units of infinite

[5:10] potential. And so, a song that's written

[5:14] on a piece of paper is beautiful, but it

[5:17] needs to be sung. A seed uh carries

[5:20] intelligence within it, but it needs to

[5:22] be planted, needs to express. And so,

[5:26] you're stepping into an awareness this

[5:27] month of allowing abundance to be

[5:30] fulfilled, and the pillars of that

[5:33] fulfillment are gratitude and

[5:35] generosity.

[5:37] There is a dynamic and we talk about

[5:39] this a lot at at at Agape. There's a

[5:41] dynamic uh state uh called gratitude

[5:45] that begins with I am and I have and

[5:48] it's a total focus on everything that we

[5:52] have in our consciousness, the ability

[5:55] to think, the breath that's happening

[5:58] right now, that that the all of the

[6:00] things that not things, but all of the

[6:02] qualities that are flowing through us.

[6:04] We have the ability to step into the

[6:05] feeling tone of such gratitude that we

[6:08] become a whole soul receptor to the

[6:12] givingness of the spirit to express

[6:13] through us. So that you are developing a

[6:18] Here it is. You're developing a practice

[6:20] of gratitude because your personality

[6:23] rehearses lack. Your personality

[6:26] rehearses what's not there. Whenever you

[6:29] look into your life and you begin to

[6:31] notice what you want more of, sometimes

[6:34] the personality grabs that and rehearses

[6:37] a rehearses that which you don't have in

[6:39] your life.

[6:41] Gratitude interrupts that. Gratitude

[6:44] interrupts the personality's rehearsing

[6:45] of limitation and allows you to come

[6:48] into a state of absolute availability.

[6:52] And then, as you have heard, as Walter

[6:56] Russell indicated, when you take the

[6:58] whole from the whole and multiply it in

[7:02] generosity, multiply it in service,

[7:05] multiply it in giving of something,

[7:08] you're not taking anything from the

[7:09] whole, you are multiplying in your

[7:11] dynamic of service. So generosity allows

[7:15] us to multiply that which is everywhere.

[7:18] And when you hear Mother Mary say my

[7:20] soul has multiplied the Lord, magnify

[7:23] the Lord, there's a magnification and

[7:25] the multiplication as soon as you enter

[7:27] into giving, as soon as you enter into

[7:28] sharing, as soon as you enter into

[7:30] radiating, as soon as you enter in into

[7:32] creativity, there is a magnification and

[7:35] the multiplication of that which is

[7:37] everywhere seeking to express through

[7:39] you. Now, we're in the pillars of

[7:43] gratitude and we're in the pillar of

[7:46] generosity as our way of being in in

[7:50] life. Now, one

[7:53] you want to enter into the millennial

[7:55] view, which means there's often times a

[7:58] talk about a thousand years of peace,

[8:00] which is a metaphor for individuals

[8:03] coming into a state of awareness of

[8:05] being able to see the presence of God

[8:07] everywhere and you've heard me say

[8:09] before and quoting Isaiah that all flesh

[8:11] shall see it together and that means

[8:13] that what has been dissolved in

[8:15] consciousness

[8:17] is what Dr. Hor would call the four

[8:20] horsemen of the apocalypse. Which is

[8:24] envy, jealousy, malice.

[8:27] This four envy, jealousy, malice and

[8:30] might be comparison. The comparison and

[8:32] competition are tributaries of that, but

[8:35] three of the four horsemen are envy,

[8:38] jealousy and and malice. There's one

[8:40] more that will come to me in a minute,

[8:42] but but when you are in that state in

[8:45] consciousness, when you watch your

[8:46] personality go crazy and then the

[8:49] tributaries of competition and

[8:51] tributaries of comparison, where the ego

[8:54] it compares you to somebody else, you're

[8:57] unhappy if somebody has more than you,

[8:59] you're unhappy if somebody's doing

[9:01] better than you in some area of life.

[9:03] That though that's a part of the four

[9:05] horsemen of the apocalypse, where

[9:07] there's comparison living in how other

[9:08] people are thinking about you and you're

[9:09] living you're thinking about other

[9:10] people and then there's jealousy and

[9:12] there's malice and there's contention

[9:14] and there's

[9:15] envy. All of this is the the stuff of

[9:20] the mental sea of garbage that

[9:21] infiltrates the human mind that puts a

[9:24] block on seeing there isn't any

[9:26] interaction between us at all. There's

[9:28] an omni-active presence of God that is

[9:31] operating through all of us all the

[9:33] Christ, the hope of glory, but when that

[9:36] gets cleared up and it can only get

[9:38] cleared up in meditation and affirmative

[9:41] prayer, it can only get cleared up if

[9:43] there's a deliberate practice, and then

[9:45] you begin to see and all that

[9:47] consternation that's in the mind, and as

[9:50] I was saying in the earlier service,

[9:52] that when you look out upon the world

[9:54] and you see the news reels running amok

[9:57] about worst-case scenarios on the

[9:59] planet, it should not be called the

[10:01] news, it could just it should be called

[10:04] a view into unenlightenment

[10:06] unenlightened individuals. That

[10:09] [laughter] That's That's what It's just

[10:10] a view into into humanity that's

[10:12] unenlightened. And And according to

[10:14] David Hawkins, it's about 70% of

[10:16] humanity is has some kind of mental

[10:18] illness because they can't see reality,

[10:21] they're only seeing their thoughts about

[10:23] reality and having this consternation of

[10:25] the four horsemen running crazy in their

[10:27] mind, and you are coming into sanity.

[10:30] Say, "I'm coming into sanity."

[10:33] I'm coming into sanity.

[10:35] I'm sane.

[10:37] >> [laughter]

[10:38] >> Turn to a neighbor and say, "I'm I think

[10:40] I'm sane."

[10:42] My family thinks I'm crazy, but I'm

[10:43] really sane.

[10:45] >> [laughter]

[10:48] >> And so And so So one of the first

[10:50] movements is to be aware when one of the

[10:55] horsemen has grabbed your attention and

[10:57] you check it and begin to realize there

[11:00] is no comparison, you're incomparable.

[11:03] There's no competition because there's

[11:04] no one to compete with. And the the the

[11:07] the the the envy and the malice is is is

[11:11] is What's the other word? Malice. It

[11:15] It'll It will come, I promise.

[11:17] Maybe next week.

[11:19] >> [laughter]

[11:20] >> I'm still in different time zones here.

[11:22] Anyway, when when we begin to check

[11:25] those things in our mind, we come into a

[11:28] a millennial vision.

[11:30] We begin to see, "Oh my god, heaven is

[11:34] everywhere.

[11:36] Beauty is everywhere. Joy is everywhere.

[11:41] It's a dynamic awareness that's

[11:45] expanding with every breath that we

[11:48] take.

[11:50] And then,

[11:51] there's an awareness of this dynamic of

[11:54] meditation that we talk about all the

[11:55] time. I was listening to an interview

[11:58] yesterday by Alice Coltrane.

[12:01] And it popped up on my feed and this

[12:04] individual is interviewing her and she

[12:06] was talking about a moment in her life

[12:08] in which she meditated for 20 hours

[12:11] straight.

[12:12] She just stayed in meditation. She never

[12:14] came out. She could never get out. She

[12:15] didn't realize she was doing 20 hours.

[12:17] She was just in the timeless space. And

[12:19] she said at some point in that dynamic,

[12:22] she felt her husband John Coltrane and

[12:25] she felt she was at one with him. He was

[12:29] her and she was him. And he was her and

[12:32] and and she knew everything about him

[12:34] from the viewpoint of God. And then

[12:36] there was a total awareness of her

[12:38] oneness with the presence of God. And

[12:40] the man asked her, you know, well, how

[12:42] did your life change after that? And she

[12:44] said, "After that moment, the world

[12:48] didn't have anything on me. I no longer

[12:50] belonged to the world. I belonged

[12:53] totally to God.

[12:54] I was in this world, but I belonged to

[12:57] God." So, we put a strong I'm not

[13:00] telling you to go meditate 20 hours

[13:01] tonight. I'm not saying that.

[13:03] Just give me one.

[13:05] >> [laughter]

[13:06] >> Give me 15 minutes.

[13:08] But but I am saying that she's There was

[13:10] an example of a a breakthrough

[13:14] in which she became aware of her oneness

[13:15] with the presence of the living one.

[13:18] What What am I saying right now? Another

[13:20] way

[13:21] to allow that which desires expression,

[13:25] one, you're clearing up your mind of the

[13:26] of the four horsemen and the contention

[13:28] and all of that that runs amok in the

[13:30] human experience and two you're making

[13:34] a dynamic

[13:36] intention to have a realization of your

[13:39] oneness with God your priority. You're

[13:41] making a dynamic intention to wake up.

[13:43] You're making a

[13:44] dynamic intention for self-realization.

[13:46] That becomes your dynamic intentionality

[13:49] when you're coming into a spiritual

[13:51] community and then everything else is

[13:53] added unto you. Now when you make that

[13:56] it's a dynamic. It's not just a fleeting

[13:57] thing. It's a dynamic intentionality.

[14:01] When that begins to happen then you are

[14:05] you are identified in the quantum field

[14:07] as one who is living a dynamic

[14:09] surrendered life and the field opens up

[14:13] its infinite possibilities to you

[14:16] because you are not getting in the way

[14:19] of the intention of your soul which is

[14:22] to reflect and to reveal the infinite in

[14:23] the way that has never happened to be

[14:25] before. So say in this instant if you

[14:28] will I have a dynamic intentionality.

[14:32] To wake up.

[14:34] I have a dynamic intentionality.

[14:36] To realize my oneness with God.

[14:40] I have a dynamic intentionality.

[14:43] To have a deep sense of

[14:45] self-realization.

[14:49] I live from this intention.

[14:52] I live from this intention.

[14:55] Now now the moment you really

[14:58] subconsciously it seeps into your

[15:00] subconscious that you live from this

[15:02] intention, your life begins to change

[15:06] because as Alice indicated Alice

[15:08] Coltrane indicated she no longer

[15:10] belonged to this world.

[15:13] She no longer she no longer was seeking

[15:15] happiness from this world. There was

[15:17] nothing in this world that could give

[15:18] her happiness at all. It was direct

[15:21] contact with the spirit of the living

[15:24] one.

[15:25] You are hearing this message for a

[15:27] reason.

[15:29] So that you could ultimately say to

[15:31] yourself, "The world doesn't have

[15:33] anything on me.

[15:35] I do not belong to the world. I belong

[15:38] to the presence of God, not a guy in the

[15:40] sky, but a presence that's never an

[15:41] absence. I belong to the infinite

[15:44] presence of God, of love and beauty and

[15:47] intelligence, and it gets to impress and

[15:49] express through me in a most powerful

[15:54] way." We we come to an awareness that we

[15:58] are here in terms of the generosity of

[16:00] pillar.

[16:01] We wake up every day and we say in we

[16:03] say in substance,

[16:06] "I am and I have." We wake up every

[16:09] single day and we say, "What does the

[16:11] spirit want to express it through me

[16:13] right now?" And we just let a quality

[16:15] flow, and then we go out and we give.

[16:18] Now, what do you give?

[16:20] You give your attention to someone.

[16:22] You give your encouragement to someone.

[16:25] You just find a way to to be generous.

[16:29] Often times when people think of

[16:30] generosity, they think about things or

[16:32] money, and that's good, but if you think

[16:35] about just being generous, forgiveness,

[16:38] you just being generous, giving

[16:40] somebody's attention, not trying to hop

[16:42] in and speak before they finish, giving

[16:44] someone's attention, give you know, now

[16:46] you're in a flow of generosity. You've

[16:49] activated the pillar. Gratitude. I am

[16:53] and I have.

[16:55] I'm generous. What What quality can I

[16:57] give today? And you go forth and give

[16:59] it. Now you're in a flow.

[17:02] Flow motion takes over.

[17:05] And all the power, all the presence, all

[17:08] the love, all the joy,

[17:09] all these sacred qualities that are

[17:12] absolute qualities in which there is no

[17:15] opposite, there is a lesser degree of

[17:17] them, but there's no opposite to them.

[17:20] They are here. Now, they are expressing

[17:24] by means of you as the image and

[17:26] likeness of God, one who can think

[17:28] independent of an experience, come into

[17:30] a field of gratitude, generate gener-

[17:32] generosity, and absolutely resent

[17:35] represent the entire cosmos in the same

[17:39] way that a seed ultimately breaks open

[17:42] and represents a dynamic oak tree, the

[17:45] cosmos uh the galaxies are representing

[17:47] the cosmos. You get to be a

[17:49] representative of the entire cosmos. Oh,

[17:51] I love that.

[17:53] Say, I get to be a representative of the

[17:55] entire cosmos.

[17:58] For real.

[18:00] Okay. Now, now, now, now close your eyes

[18:02] for a moment. Let's come back to the

[18:03] beginning.

[18:08] Remember. I want you to remember.

[18:14] You're living and moving and having your

[18:18] being in a field of abundance.

[18:25] That abundance reveals itself as love,

[18:29] and as beauty, as intelligence,

[18:35] joy.

[18:37] It reveals itself as these qualities.

[18:40] These qualities are dynamic

[18:43] and everywhere in their totality. You're

[18:47] steeped in it. Say, "I'm steeped in it."

[18:57] And it's from this awareness

[18:59] that you're moving from

[19:02] fill-fullment

[19:03] to fulfillment.

[19:05] Fill-fullment is you're getting so much

[19:08] from the world that you feel full, but

[19:10] it's empty calories.

[19:12] Your joy is coming from chasing

[19:13] something out there.

[19:15] It's a mirage because whenever you get

[19:18] there, happiness is fleeting. It's

[19:21] fulfillment.

[19:23] You are here for fulfillment.

[19:26] Allowing the spirit to fulfill itself

[19:28] through expression through and as you.

[19:31] Your pillar,

[19:32] gratitude, generosity.

[19:34] You live like that every single day and

[19:39] we do not shame prosperity. We do not

[19:43] shame good health. We do not shame all

[19:45] those qualities that show up in the

[19:46] world. They are the byproduct

[19:50] of your connection and dedication and

[19:53] devotion

[19:55] to such an awareness of your oneness

[19:57] with the presence that your your your

[20:00] legitimate need shows up before you know

[20:04] you need it.

[20:07] Say it's okay to be prosperous.

[20:09] >> It's okay to be prosperous.

[20:11] >> It's okay to be healthy.

[20:12] >> It's okay to be

[20:13] >> It's okay to have vitality.

[20:14] >> It's okay

[20:15] >> It's okay to be joyous.

[20:17] >> It's okay.

[20:17] >> It's okay to be okay.

[20:19] >> It's okay.

[20:20] >> I can grow through insight.

[20:22] >> I can grow through

[20:23] >> It's okay to be okay.

[20:24] >> It's okay.

[20:25] >> I can grow through insight.

[20:26] >> I can grow through insight.

[20:28] >> Come back inside again.

[20:31] Mhm.

[20:38] Abundance

[20:42] everywhere.

[20:44] But needs to be expressed. Abundance

[20:48] fulfilled is abundance expressed.

[20:54] So, you are not waiting

[20:57] for abundance to show up. It's already

[21:00] here. Your gratitude

[21:03] and your generosity

[21:04] create the space for it to reveal itself

[21:07] through you.

[21:08] So now, see yourself waking up in the

[21:10] morning.

[21:12] And the one of the first thing you're

[21:13] doing is is you're saying I am and I

[21:18] have. I am and I have. I am the presence

[21:23] of God personified and I have everything

[21:26] I need. I am so grateful. I'm so

[21:29] grateful.

[21:31] And then, you say to yourself,

[21:34] "What am I

[21:36] to share today?"

[21:38] "What am I to share today?" And you

[21:40] listen with that inner ear. You listen.

[21:46] And then, thirdly, you go forth and you

[21:49] find a way to be generous. Again,

[21:53] this is not relegated to money.

[21:56] This is

[21:57] giving your encouragement, giving your

[22:00] time, giving your attention, listening

[22:03] and seeing how you can be generous.

[22:07] Now,

[22:09] you are an open portal

[22:11] for that which is everywhere in its

[22:12] totality but needs an instrument to

[22:14] express through

[22:16] gets to express through you.

[22:19] This is so simple

[22:21] but profound if practiced.

[22:24] So simple

[22:26] but profound.

[22:28] With practice, eyes closed,

[22:30] deep breath,

[22:33] sustained it at the apex, don't let any

[22:35] air out yet.

[22:38] Yet feel

[22:39] that all of your needs are met.

[22:42] Feel. Just give yourself a a moment to

[22:44] feel it. Everything is working together

[22:46] for your good and release with a sigh of

[22:49] ah. Ah, heart is open.

[22:52] >> [sighs]

[22:53] >> Push the air out.

[22:54] Hold it out.

[22:56] Don't let any air in yet.

[23:00] Feel

[23:02] that you're in a field of abundance.

[23:04] That all of your needs are met.

[23:07] Feel what that feels like.

[23:10] Now take a breath in.

[23:12] Sustain it at the apex.

[23:16] Feel that your need is met.

[23:19] The mind may be giving you evidence that

[23:22] it is not.

[23:24] But the evidence of lack is not the lack

[23:26] of the evidence of the almighty.

[23:29] Breathe out.

[23:30] >> [sighs]

[23:31] >> I just sit with this for a second.

[23:44] Sit in this silence for a second.

[24:06] Ask yourself

[24:09] Well, first of all,

[24:11] feel into the dynamic of gratitude.

[24:14] Say I am.

[24:16] I have.

[24:18] I am the presence of God personified.

[24:22] I have everything that I need.

[24:24] I feel it in my bones.

[24:27] Say aloud, what quality am I to share

[24:30] today?

[24:33] Listen for a second.

[24:40] Now allow it to flow into your awareness

[24:43] a practical application

[24:47] of that quality today.

[24:50] How you How you're going to share it.

[24:59] Everything that you express

[25:01] magnifies the Lord, meaning

[25:06] when you express love, you don't lose

[25:08] love, you amplify it.

[25:10] When you express peace, you don't reduce

[25:13] peace, you amplify it.

[25:17] When you express inspired wisdom,

[25:21] that embodied wisdom becomes inspired

[25:23] action, you amplify it.

[25:26] So, you're letting go of all thoughts of

[25:28] lack and limitation in your expression.

[25:34] It is God revealing itself

[25:37] and you are magnifying

[25:39] it.

[25:41] All needs met.

[25:44] Abundance fulfilled.

[25:47] Gratitude, generosity,

[25:50] the pillars of fulfillment.

[25:59] Remember,

[26:01] true manifestation

[26:04] is not accumulation.

[26:06] True manifestation

[26:08] is the soul's growth,

[26:13] that you may be a dynamic, beneficial

[26:16] presence on the planet.

[26:18] There are individuals who have used the

[26:20] law to accumulate and feel empty.

[26:28] The soul

[26:30] is not interested in possessions,

[26:33] is interested in your awakening.

[26:36] Possessions will follow,

[26:39] but they will not possess you.

[26:45] See yourself in this moment having all

[26:46] of your needs met.

[26:49] See yourself in this moment

[26:52] having everything that you need

[26:55] feel it in your soul.

[26:57] And as you're feeling this, ask the

[26:59] question, "Now that I have everything I

[27:03] have everything

[27:05] what does my soul want?"

[27:13] Plant that seed.

[27:16] And even in your dream state, you'll be

[27:18] given guidance.

[27:20] So that in this earth plane, your

[27:22] physical needs will be met

[27:26] and your soul will be expressing

[27:29] the gift and the contribution you have

[27:32] come here to make.

[27:38] >> [sighs]

[27:51] >> And with this dynamic

[27:53] interiority

[27:55] view

[27:56] at this service

[28:01] the sacred silence

[28:03] the commitment

[28:06] to wake up

[28:08] we enter into a feeling tone of

[28:11] gratitude.

[28:12] Notice how you can choose it.

[28:16] You can choose to be grateful. It is a

[28:19] state

[28:20] that will become a permanent normalized

[28:24] state.

[28:27] Which is why we begin our prayer work

[28:29] with it.

[28:31] I'm so grateful.

[28:33] I'm so thankful.

[28:37] And in this consciousness of gratitude,

[28:40] there is a dynamic recognition factor.

[28:43] We cannot help but inwardly see God the

[28:47] presence of light and luminosity and

[28:49] beauty and abundance and joy everywhere.

[28:52] Where?

[28:54] Where?

[28:55] Where?

[28:56] Everywhere.

[29:08] We feel our way right into the dynamic

[29:11] of knowing that our life

[29:13] is indeed the life of God.

[29:17] Our life is the life of God. There's

[29:20] only one life.

[29:25] And it is here that we can declare and

[29:28] decree.

[29:30] Announce.

[29:32] Let there be light, life, love, joy,

[29:37] beauty,

[29:39] harmonizing prosperity,

[29:41] all needs met as my soul unfolds to

[29:46] reflect and to reveal the infinite and

[29:48] only the way that I can.

[29:52] THE WORD IS SPOKEN FOR each and every

[29:54] one of us.

[29:56] That divine freedom is reigning supreme

[30:01] through us right now.

[30:04] We do not belong

[30:06] to the world.

[30:08] We belong to the presence.

[30:11] We infiltrate the world as a presence of

[30:15] God

[30:16] waking people up with our gratitude and

[30:20] generosity.

[30:25] Until the whole world sees it together.

[30:49] >> Feel it in your bones. Feel it in your

[30:52] soul.

[30:57] Oh, infinite presence deep within our

[30:59] very soul.

[31:02] That which is closer to us than even our

[31:03] breathing.

[31:04] Any dimension of our personality, the

[31:07] presence is closer than all of that.

[31:10] The personality that rehearses lack

[31:13] has no power here.

[31:16] The soul power has taken over as we move

[31:18] from sense to soul.

[31:21] In the full awareness of the dynamic

[31:23] presence of God

[31:26] is oozing through us at this moment.

In the October 2026 video, Beckwith argues that abundance is not only possessions but qualities such as love, peace, joy and harmony that must be expressed to become real. He asks listeners to repeat that abundance is fulfilled as they express, framing each person as a causal point through which those qualities can act.
Beckwith describes gratitude as beginning with the feeling-tone of 'I am and I have,' a focus on what is already present such as the ability to think and the breath. He says gratitude interrupts the personality's rehearsal of lack and makes a person a receptive channel for the givingness of Spirit.
No, in this talk Beckwith says generosity multiplies rather than depletes. Drawing on a teaching he attributes to Walter Russell, he says you are not taking anything from the whole when you give, but multiplying it through service.
Beckwith names envy, jealousy and malice, and says a fourth comes to him as he speaks. He describes comparison and competition as tributaries of that larger current, states that block fulfillment and the flow of abundance.
He argues that abundance is often mistaken for things in form, while the deeper fulfillment comes from expressing inner qualities through service, creativity and love. He illustrates this with a Super Bowl quarterback whose open microphone caught him asking, 'Is this all there is?'
Start with a breath and name what is already present, letting 'I am and I have' settle in. When the mind rehearses what is missing, notice it and return to what is here, then offer one small expression of a quality you already carry, such as a kind word or a gift given freely.
