Relax Into Love: Why Letting a Man See Your Heart Matters

By her own account, Teal Elisabeth had a name for the cycle long before she understood she was living inside it. She called it the hook and fizzle. A man would meet a woman who presented as an independent, fun, self-possessed badass, he would lean in, and a few weeks or months later the whole thing would quietly deflate. Her heart would open, she would get nervous, and then he would be gone. In a 2023 conversation on Rori Raye's Feminine Energy Radio podcast, she traced the pattern back through years of dating and laid out what finally broke it: not a better opening line or a sharper strategy, but a willingness to let a man see her heart and stay in that exposure without bracing for the exit. What follows is a close look at that turn, the idea of "relaxing into love" it points toward, and the reasoning she offered for why the relationship itself is the place where a woman's inner work happens.

Lecture · 7 sections

What was the "hook and fizzle" pattern, and why did it keep happening?

The mechanism she described is worth slowing down on, because it is so familiar to anyone who has dated for a while. She was not failing to attract men. She was attracting them with a particular presentation, the independent, fun, unbothered version of herself, and that presentation worked well enough to get the hook set. The fizzle came when intimacy started to matter. Once a man got closer and she began to open up, she felt the vulnerability rise, and rather than staying with it she tightened.

She put the emotional cost plainly. Each time, she said, she "would just start to get excited" and "start to open up my heart," and each time it ended with her being dumped. The repetition did damage that went beyond any single relationship. She described how it began to eat at her self-worth, and how she started asking herself what was wrong with her that she could not get a man to stick around.

Notice what her frustration was aimed at. It was not the men. It was herself, and specifically the question of whether she was the problem. That question is uncomfortable, and she admitted it felt uncomfortable even to consider. It was also the question that opened the door.

Why wasn't resiliency the answer?

There is a particular kind of pride that dating culture rewards: the ability to get knocked down and get back up. Teal Elisabeth wore that badge honestly. She joked that if there were an award for resiliency in dating, she would have taken first place, because no matter how many times she got thrown down, she stepped back up and tried again.

The joke lands because it names the trap. Resiliency kept her in the game, but the game itself was the problem. Every new attempt ran on the same operating system: present the version of herself she believed men wanted, keep the real self at a safe distance, and then wonder why the connection never deepened. Persistence without any change in the underlying approach just meant more repetitions of the same result.

Her turning point came when a friend, at a low moment, suggested she talk to Rori Raye and consider coaching. She had never considered relationship coaching and had never heard of the concept. She has since described the shift that followed as "the biggest Awakening of my life at that time." Once she began looking inward and trying to understand what she called feminine energy and her own self, she said she was able to radically shift things in her life.

What was the real switch: letting him see her heart?

This is the center of the conversation. Asked what she thought had turned things around, she did not point to a technique. She pointed to a change in how she showed up:

"It was really learning how to connect to my heart and let him see my heart and feel my heart that was the difference." (Teal Elisabeth, speaking with Rori Raye on Feminine Energy Radio, 2023)

She was candid that this might sound confusing to women who have not yet experienced it. For years, she explained, she had been putting on a facade, "acting a certain way," pretending she had what men wanted. She was not entirely hiding herself, but she was revealing only as much as felt safe, never enough to make a man want to stay. Her fear was twofold: that if she truly let him in, he would not like what he saw, or that he would leave.

The sequence she described is the important part. She did not start by changing him, and she did not start by perfecting her messaging. She had to go into her own sensitivity first. In her words, she needed to love herself first and deepen and strengthen her own self-love, and only then learn to communicate with a man from that place. The result, she said, was that the man came to feel he did not want to live his life without her.

That is the switch the video's title points to. The shift is not from being unavailable to being available, or from playing hard to playing soft. It is from managing how a man perceives you to allowing him to perceive the person who is actually there, and trusting yourself to be okay if he responds.

Was the man ever the problem?

One of the most striking moments in the conversation is the reversal she describes in her own story. The story she had been telling herself was one of a relationship full of uncertainty: hot and cold dynamics, the sense that he might walk away. She asked him about it, in effect, and his account was different.

"If you ask him he would say he wanted to be with me from the moment he met me and isn't that interesting that in my head I was building up all these stories." (Teal Elisabeth, Feminine Energy Radio, 2023)

She went further, saying that in his eyes she had imprinted on him from day one. The uncertainty she had been living with was largely something she was generating internally. Her own journey of deepening into herself, she suggested, was what allowed the connection to take hold and last. She also admitted she could have sabotaged it along the way, and was grateful she had not, though she did not believe he had been aware of anything she did in that period.

There is a lesson in this that goes beyond romance. When fear runs the narrative, a woman can spend enormous energy managing a risk that exists mostly in her own head, and she can mistake that managing for information about the other person. The story of rejection was hers. The evidence of his commitment was there the whole time.

What does "relax into love" actually mean?

Early in her coaching, she said, she resisted the most common approach in the field. She hated the idea of tips and tricks designed to make a man want you. They felt superficial to her. She wanted to help women deepen their relationship with themselves, because that, in her view, is what the whole thing is about. "It's never about the guy," she put it, adding that relationships are really about the bond we build with ourselves.

"Relationships are the most beautiful container and incubator for us to deepen into our own Spiritual Development and our Soul's Journey for our self." (Teal Elisabeth, Feminine Energy Radio, 2023)

That framing reframes what it means to relax. Relaxing into love is not passivity, and it is not waiting for a man to earn your trust. It is the willingness to remain open, honest, and present while the relationship does its work on you. A container holds whatever you bring into it. An incubator provides conditions for something to develop. In her telling, the partnership is less a prize to win than a place where a woman's inner development becomes visible and gets tested.

She was clear that she does help women get the man they want, and that many have. But she explained that this is not the real promise. The goal is something she described as an unwavering sense of self, a confidence and self-worth deep enough that a woman can stand in front of any high-quality man and still know she will choose herself over him every single time. That, she argued, is what makes a woman most irresistible to the man she wants.

It is a counterintuitive claim, and it is the heart of the talk. Security is not a tactic deployed to produce desire. It is the condition from which genuine connection becomes possible, because a woman who will not abandon herself to keep a man has nothing to hide and nothing to perform.

What can you take from this if you are in the middle of the cycle?

The conversation is an account of one woman's experience rather than a manual, and it is worth holding it that way. But several threads are concrete enough to test against your own dating life:

  • Notice where you tighten. The moment intimacy starts to matter is often when the old pattern kicks in, so watch for the urge to pull back right after you begin to open up.
  • Separate persistence from change. Getting back up after a rejection is admirable, but if the approach stays the same, the outcome probably will too.
  • Question the story before you act on it. Teal Elisabeth's most useful realization was that many of the hot and cold signals she read were her own construction, while his stated intention had been clear from the start.
  • Start with self-love, not with the other person. Her sequence was to deepen her relationship with herself first and only then communicate from that place.
  • Let him see the real you, and trust yourself to handle the response. The fear that he will leave if he sees your heart is the exact fear that keeps the heart hidden.

The conversation also touches on communication, on the dynamic between feminine and masculine energy, and on relationships as places where two people grow in different directions and meet again. Those threads are part of the longer discussion, and they deserve their own attention. What stands out in this opening portion is the claim that the biggest change a woman can make is not in what she says or does to a man, but in what she is willing to let him see.

Where to go from here

If this conversation landed for you, the most useful next step is to listen to the full recording with a notebook, which is how Teal Elisabeth herself suggested listeners approach it. Pay attention to the moments where you recognize your own hook and fizzle. Then ask yourself one honest question: where in your current relationship, or your next one, are you still performing the version of yourself you think is wanted, and what would it take to let the real one be seen? Her own answer, given in her story, began not with a man but with a woman learning to love herself first.

For a sense of where her work goes next, the video description points to her one-to-one free love breakthrough call and to her coaching practice, Relax into Love. Those are the places to continue the conversation she started.

[0:04] hello everybody this is Rory Ray and

[0:07] welcome to Rory Ray feminine energy

[0:09] radio and today I have with me the great

[0:12] teal

[0:14] Elizabeth

[0:15] and I'm so excited about this

[0:18] conversation I cannot tell you she is

[0:21] from relax into love coaching just that

[0:25] title is so amazing teal thank you so

[0:28] much for being here thank you Rory it's

[0:30] an honor and a

[0:32] pleasure I would love to know your story

[0:35] from the first time I met you many years

[0:37] ago how did your relationship develop

[0:42] from where it started please tell us

[0:45] that story and how you help women

[0:48] basically do the same thing you did yeah

[0:51] yeah absolutely so I I feel like they

[0:54] always say your mess is your message and

[0:57] I struggled with relationships for a

[0:59] really long time I was your your classic

[1:01] still am classic aype overachiever right

[1:04] climbing the corporate ladder checking

[1:06] all the boxes in my life but there was

[1:08] this gaping void in my life around love

[1:11] and relationships and it really bothered

[1:13] me so much and no matter how many times

[1:15] I went out on dates the same thing would

[1:18] happen over and over again I'd get fall

[1:20] into this pattern that I didn't even

[1:21] realize until eight years later until I

[1:24] met you and went on this journey of

[1:26] relationship coaching but I fell into

[1:28] this pattern of what I now coin the hook

[1:31] and fizzle I would hook men in with this

[1:34] Allure of being this independent badass

[1:37] fun girl but then a few weeks or a few

[1:39] months into dating me it would just

[1:41] fizzle away and that would happen over

[1:44] and over and over again and it just left

[1:46] me so heartbroken every single time

[1:48] because I would just start to get

[1:50] excited and I just start to open up my

[1:53] heart and get nervous and let him in

[1:56] right and then he would just dump me and

[1:59] I remember this happening and I just

[2:01] felt so frustrated and upset and it

[2:03] really started to eat away at my own

[2:04] self worth right I started thinking what

[2:07] is wrong with me that I can't get a guy

[2:09] to stick around right and I if there was

[2:13] an award for resiliency in dating I

[2:16] would got number one place because I

[2:18] just no matter how many times I got

[2:20] thrown down I would just step back up

[2:23] and get back out there and try again and

[2:25] it wasn't until I was at a really low

[2:27] point my girlfriend was like maybe you

[2:29] should talk to Rory and check out some

[2:30] of her stuff and try out you know like

[2:32] getting a coach in this and having help

[2:34] with this because obviously what you're

[2:36] doing isn't working and I had never even

[2:39] considered relationship coaching I'd

[2:40] never even heard of the concept and it

[2:43] felt uncomfortable to even think like oh

[2:46] shoot maybe I'm the problem here but it

[2:49] was the biggest Awakening of my life at

[2:52] that time and once I started really

[2:55] looking more introspective and

[2:56] understanding this whole world of

[2:58] feminine energy and my own self I was

[3:02] able to radically shift things in my

[3:03] life and I ended up attracting the love

[3:06] of my life at the time we kind of got

[3:09] into this hot and cold Dynamic and

[3:11] that's where it was really good to keep

[3:12] deepening into my own understanding of

[3:15] this world because I was able to shift

[3:17] out of the hot and cold and get him to

[3:19] actually commit to me forever and get

[3:22] married and now be together and have our

[3:24] little baby together so things have

[3:26] shifted so much but from that moment it

[3:28] was just such an eyeopener to realize

[3:32] that there was a way for me to make the

[3:35] change but it had to start with me going

[3:37] deep within myself first but yeah since

[3:40] that moment we we yeah we are together

[3:44] we've been together we ended up quitting

[3:46] our corporate jobs and traveling the

[3:48] world for two and a half years being you

[3:50] know nomatic entrepreneurs I ended up

[3:52] becoming a Rel relationship coach as you

[3:54] know um and it's just been a magical

[3:58] magical life ever since I really I pinch

[4:00] myself every

[4:02] day what do you think turned turned it

[4:05] around for

[4:06] him for him for him what what did you do

[4:11] that turned it around you didn't lose

[4:13] your ability as an entrepreneur or a

[4:15] sharp smart woman what do you think it

[4:18] was it was really learning how to

[4:21] connect to my heart and let him see my

[4:25] heart and feel my heart that was the

[4:28] difference and I know that may sound

[4:31] confusing to women that maybe haven't

[4:33] quite experienced that yet but for so

[4:35] long I was putting on this facade that I

[4:38] thought men wanted of being a certain

[4:41] way acting a certain way you know

[4:43] pretending that I had what they wanted

[4:46] but I wasn't actually really letting him

[4:48] see me and feel me for my authenticity

[4:51] or I would a little bit but not enough

[4:53] to get him to really stick around and I

[4:55] was so afraid that if I really let him

[4:58] in that either he wouldn't like what he

[5:01] saw or that he would leave me and and

[5:04] walk away and so it took a lot for me to

[5:06] really go into my own s and realize that

[5:09] I needed to love on myself first and

[5:12] deepen and strengthen my own love of

[5:14] myself and then learn how to communicate

[5:16] with him from that place that was able

[5:19] to help him feel like wow I don't want

[5:22] to live my life without her oh wow do

[5:26] you ever speak with him about it is he

[5:28] able to verbalize it all what changed

[5:30] for him you know it's interesting

[5:33] because if you ask him he would say he

[5:37] wanted to be with me from the moment he

[5:39] met

[5:41] me and isn't that interesting that in my

[5:44] head I was building up all these stories

[5:46] and I was challenged with feeling like

[5:48] he didn't want to stick around or he was

[5:50] being hot and cold but in his

[5:52] eyes I I had impr printed on him from

[5:55] day one and it was just my own Journey

[5:58] that I had to go on to feel like I could

[6:00] really deepen into myself that was what

[6:02] really had him connect and stick and

[6:05] stay I think in his mind he always

[6:08] wanted to be with me but I think that I

[6:10] could have sabotaged it along the road

[6:12] and thank goodness I

[6:14] didn't yeah but I don't think he

[6:16] realized anything that I

[6:19] did wow so now you help other women do

[6:24] that do they come to you with

[6:26] situations all over the map but it

[6:28] sounds like if you want them to relax

[6:31] and to love what does that mean

[6:33] exactly yeah you know at first when I

[6:35] was starting out as a coach I I hated

[6:38] the idea of like all the the tips and

[6:41] tricks to get them to want you right I

[6:42] didn't want to I didn't want to teach

[6:44] that stuff that sounded really

[6:45] superficial and surface level I wanted

[6:47] to help women to deepen into their

[6:49] relationship with themsel because that

[6:52] is at its core what it's all about it's

[6:55] never about the guy and as you know as

[6:57] well it's never really about the guy

[7:00] it's about the relationship that we

[7:02] deepen and build with ourself and I

[7:04] really do believe that relationships are

[7:07] the most beautiful container and

[7:08] incubator for us to deepen into our own

[7:11] Spiritual Development and our Soul's

[7:13] Journey for our self and that's really

[7:16] what I help women to do first and

[7:17] foremost you know I I'm here to help you

[7:20] get the guy absolutely and women have

[7:22] gotten the guys million times over from

[7:24] working with me but that's not the

[7:26] that's not the promise that's not the

[7:28] goal the goal is is to have such an

[7:31] unwavering sense of self such a

[7:33] confidence such a love such a deep sense

[7:36] of self-worth that you will stand in

[7:38] front of any high quality man and still

[7:41] know that you're going to choose

[7:43] yourself over them every single time

[7:46] because that's what's the most important

[7:48] and from that place you are the most

[7:51] irresistible woman to any man that you

[7:55] want

[7:56] wow all right I'm just going to take

[7:58] this in the direction that I feel ah so

[8:01] let's see I'm really terrified I'm

[8:03] terrified of dating I'm upset with men I

[8:06] don't want I mean you must get women

[8:07] have tried this over and over and over

[8:09] again and just sworn off of online

[8:12] dating and and tried having a

[8:14] conversation with their man over and

[8:15] over again and they're

[8:18] afraid of so many different things I

[8:21] mean I know myself you don't strike me

[8:24] attracting many people Pleasers do you

[8:27] women they come and all all shes and

[8:30] forms absolutely I mean anxiety people

[8:32] pleasing no most women I think are that

[8:35] come to me are more in a place of

[8:38] feeling uncomfortable being able to

[8:41] deepen into that sense of their own

[8:43] vulnerability yeah but there are a lot

[8:45] of women that feel very anxious very

[8:47] anxious attached right that aren't

[8:49] feeling fully comfortable and confident

[8:51] in who they are um and yeah want to want

[8:54] to do whatever they can to make the

[8:56] relationship work they may not see

[8:58] themselves as a people pleaser but

[8:59] they're want to make that relationship

[9:01] work wanting to make dating work um but

[9:04] in in doing that they're

[9:05] settling and not being true to

[9:08] themselves give me a

[9:11] tip if if if I'm a woman who is

[9:15] unhappy uh but I don't want to leave my

[9:18] guy I just want it to get better what's

[9:20] the first thing you would tell me to

[9:23] do yep I've got many of those yeah the

[9:26] first thing I would do is to completely

[9:29] walk away

[9:31] whoa whoa I know whoa and when I say

[9:35] walk away I mean this could be in a

[9:37] moment where you are fighting and you

[9:40] want to shut down or you want to um lash

[9:44] out or attack walk away this could also

[9:47] be in a relationship that is just has

[9:49] been stagnating and has just lost the

[9:51] flame and the passion and the fire I

[9:54] would say to walk away we need to pull

[9:57] back in our energy because a lot of

[9:58] times subconscious iously we're not even

[10:00] realizing that we're putting so much

[10:02] Focus subconscious focus and mental

[10:05] focus on trying to make this work and

[10:08] we're frustrated that it's not working

[10:11] but when we walk away and we move that

[10:13] Focus off of the relationship it's like

[10:15] men can feel the energy they can feel

[10:18] the Gap in the focus and it makes them

[10:21] curious and it makes them go huh where'

[10:23] she go right even if you haven't

[10:25] physically even left if your energy has

[10:27] shifted they will feel the Gap in that

[10:29] energy and that's what's going to make

[10:31] them start to change their behaviors and

[10:33] their Dynamics so often men are just

[10:35] mirroring our own our own energy and I

[10:38] love talking about this and this is one

[10:40] of the the methods and the teachings and

[10:42] the that I've really coined is you know

[10:45] that relationships are all about energy

[10:47] and relationship energetics is such a

[10:49] huge part

[10:51] of understanding how to master this area

[10:54] of our life because it's about realizing

[10:56] that it's not what we say it's not what

[10:58] we're even doing it's not how we're

[11:00] looking it's how we're making our man

[11:02] feel and how we're making men feel in

[11:04] general and so if you're feeling upset

[11:06] and unhappy they're responding to that

[11:09] unhappiness and it's causing them to

[11:11] respond and reflect back to you in their

[11:13] own ways what that unhappiness makes

[11:15] them feel right which then ends up

[11:17] usually being a negative spiral so when

[11:19] we can walk away when we can pull back

[11:21] our energy and really focus on filling

[11:23] back up our own cup and making our own

[11:25] self happy outside of the relationship

[11:28] that's going to shift then how they

[11:29] notice you and how they feel you moving

[11:32] forward oh I love that

[11:37] so

[11:39] if if anger is a

[11:42] problem and uh let's say I'm that woman

[11:45] and I walk

[11:47] away then how do I get the conversation

[11:50] started later or do I need to do my

[11:53] spiritual work

[11:55] first yeah yeah well I think I mean if

[11:57] you're if you're in a moment of conflict

[12:00] then obviously we don't have the luxury

[12:02] of time to go on a big spiritual journey

[12:05] to to heal ourselves and then come back

[12:07] to the conversation we do need to not

[12:09] push it under the rug and have that

[12:11] conversation but I think that yes

[12:12] learning a few Tools around

[12:14] communication to help communicate in the

[12:16] right way that's built with respect and

[12:19] built with love is the most important

[12:20] thing we need to come back we need to

[12:22] pull away we need to get down to the

[12:24] deeper truth of what our anger is really

[12:26] trying to tell us right because at the

[12:29] end of the day emotions and anger and

[12:31] feelings they're all just Messengers

[12:33] they're Messengers that are telling us

[12:34] that something is in alignment isn't in

[12:36] alignment with our higher self something

[12:39] is making us feel like we are out of

[12:41] alignment and so when we can pull away

[12:43] and not respond in the moment we can

[12:46] give ourselves that space to understand

[12:48] where am I feeling this out of alignment

[12:51] and what is that deeper truth okay the

[12:54] deeper truth is I'm not feeling

[12:55] respected here okay the deeper truth is

[12:58] there's a value that's being missed or

[13:00] that he is not you know he's not um

[13:04] treating me in the ways that I know that

[13:06] I want to be treated in my highest self

[13:09] and when we can get down to what that

[13:10] deeper truth is then we can come back to

[13:12] the situation and be able to share the

[13:15] message not the feeling right and that's

[13:18] where men can really understand you and

[13:21] hear you right I hear this all the time

[13:22] women are like I'm trying to tell him

[13:24] all the time I'm trying to tell him what

[13:25] I want and he's just not hearing me

[13:27] right it's because he's hearing the

[13:29] energy of your feelings of the emotions

[13:31] and he's not hearing the Nuggets of

[13:33] truth that are underneath it so when we

[13:36] can step away and get down to what that

[13:38] truth is and then process the energy of

[13:40] the feeling come back to the situation

[13:42] and say this is the truth right I was

[13:45] feeling angry and if I'm angry because

[13:49] I'm feeling like this isn't an alignment

[13:51] or this is making me feel disrespected

[13:54] then he can understand you and hear you

[13:55] on a deeper level and that's what can

[13:57] shift and move the needle

[14:00] that's awesome so I'm guessing that you

[14:03] can teach women to make that happen more

[14:05] quickly like in the middle of it they

[14:07] could step back and then say that yes

[14:12] yes communication I think is one of the

[14:14] biggest challenges that women that I see

[14:16] women coming to me with relationships

[14:18] the women that are in relationships

[14:19] right is how do I get them to hear me

[14:21] how do I get to feel seen and understood

[14:24] how do I get them to open up how do I

[14:26] get them to feel like I want the more

[14:27] depth right and so much is about how we

[14:31] choose to hold that container of space

[14:33] for them to be able to drop into their

[14:35] hearts and that was something that you

[14:37] really helped me to see in my

[14:38] relationship as well is that we get to

[14:41] be this beautiful feminine space for

[14:43] them to drop into their hearts you know

[14:46] we talk to them and we see them as men

[14:49] we want to connect with them as men but

[14:51] what we don't realize is that they don't

[14:53] want to connect with us from their minds

[14:55] they want to connect with us from their

[14:56] hearts it feels even funny saying this

[14:59] to you because you taught it to

[15:02] me but it's so true and I've seen it

[15:05] firsthand with my man you know being

[15:07] able to give him that space he's out day

[15:10] all day working you know shooting the

[15:13] with the guys and he comes home to

[15:15] me and puts his head on my lap and

[15:17] snuggles with me on the couch and I pet

[15:19] his head and he just melts in my

[15:21] presence and he just opens up and shares

[15:24] all the things that are really on his

[15:26] heart and that he's feeling that he

[15:27] wants support with and get to be that

[15:30] loving nurturing space for him and

[15:32] that's really what men want at the end

[15:33] of the day but we have to know how to

[15:36] hold that space as a woman and not meet

[15:39] him as another man in the relationship

[15:41] and that's what I see as being probably

[15:43] the biggest challenge of our modern day

[15:46] and it's really what ignited me in

[15:47] wanting to be a relationship coach is

[15:49] just seeing how much the pendulum has

[15:52] swung so far from the 1950s housewife

[15:55] identity to now almost this you know

[15:58] modern feminist woman that is almost

[16:02] putting men down and feeling like we can

[16:04] do everything we can take care of

[16:05] ourselves we don't need men right there

[16:08] needs to be a balance and there needs to

[16:10] be a coming back to neutral where women

[16:13] can still honor men as the beautiful men

[16:15] that they are and hold space for them to

[16:18] be men but that also means that we get

[16:20] to learn how to relax into that feminine

[16:23] Essence within ourselves that can meet

[16:25] them as an equal and opposite match a

[16:28] polarity that will allow both the

[16:30] feminine and the masculine to

[16:33] shine wow so relaxing into love when you

[16:37] just said Relax into

[16:42] yourself is that part of

[16:46] the what I loved you saying was how the

[16:49] relationship

[16:51] itself actually is like a ground a place

[16:55] a an experience to help you find your

[16:58] your deeper and higher

[17:00] self yeah yeah that is that is the most

[17:04] beautiful part of relationships and once

[17:07] we have that place within ourself then

[17:09] it just opens up so much space for the

[17:12] relationship to continue to grow for the

[17:14] long term you know I've been with my

[17:16] husband for 10 years now and the amount

[17:18] of iterations that we've had together in

[17:21] our relationship has been so beautiful

[17:23] like I almost look at it as like a DNA

[17:25] double helix right where each of us are

[17:27] our own individual Souls

[17:29] continuing to grow but we get to be with

[17:32] this other person and sometimes we're

[17:33] right align right aligned and we're

[17:35] right connected to each other and it

[17:37] just feels so in it and other times we

[17:39] pull apart a little bit and sometimes

[17:41] you might be in your relationship and

[17:42] you feel like you're disconnecting but

[17:44] sometimes that's just an inner growth

[17:46] that you're both on and you'll meet back

[17:48] up at a higher level and be even more

[17:50] aligned and so as you're in your

[17:52] relationship looking at if you can

[17:55] Master the fundamentals of your own self

[17:57] right knowing what you want

[17:59] communicating with love and respect

[18:01] standing up for your needs being a true

[18:03] partner and you have met you've been

[18:05] able to attract a man that can also meet

[18:07] you there then from that place you guys

[18:10] have set the groundwork to grow and

[18:12] evolve together for as long as as long

[18:16] as you can right as long as this Earth

[18:18] will allow you to and that to me is what

[18:21] real partnership is all about it's not

[18:23] just about getting a guy and having a

[18:25] fun time and getting to get married it's

[18:28] about who is this life partner and who

[18:30] is this partner that is going to help me

[18:32] to continue to be the best goddamn

[18:34] version of myself for the

[18:37] planet wow I just love

[18:41] this I know it sounds all wonderful and

[18:44] in the dayto day it doesn't feel it

[18:46] feels hard and difficult but this is

[18:49] what's possible right and this is what I

[18:51] want to ignite women into this is not

[18:53] just about getting a guy this is about

[18:55] who do I get to be for the planet and

[18:57] how do I get to attract a partner that's

[18:58] going to help me and be my best self and

[19:01] have them be their best

[19:03] self that just sings to me so much

[19:06] because in every moment with anybody but

[19:09] especially with the person you're living

[19:11] with it's like am I dumbing myself down

[19:13] am I becoming more shallow in order to

[19:16] get along am I agreeing in order to keep

[19:20] peace or are we

[19:23] both challenging each other to grow into

[19:28] more amazing aming beings wouldn't that

[19:30] be

[19:33] thrilling it's possible and I'm living

[19:35] it and I'm doing it every day and I see

[19:37] my clients doing it and so I think you

[19:39] know when we when for any women

[19:41] listening that are wanting to get in a

[19:43] relationship or maybe are in a

[19:44] relationship you know really asking

[19:46] yourself is this the kind of partnership

[19:48] that is going to stand the test of time

[19:50] right that is going to really challenge

[19:52] me to grow and push me and not look at

[19:55] challenge as something that is going to

[19:57] break the relationship but that's

[19:58] something that actually can build the

[19:59] relationship to be even deeper and as

[20:02] long as you have the skill sets and the

[20:04] the tools and the confidence in yourself

[20:07] and the respect for your partner then

[20:10] all of those little moments that might

[20:12] push you right or might challenge you

[20:15] actually get to be the best moments to

[20:16] strengthen your relationship for the

[20:18] long term yeah this feels like the more

[20:23] that I know I always want and that

[20:25] everybody El wants the more it's like it

[20:28] doesn't feel like deep it feels like

[20:30] bigger feels like together this is why

[20:33] we're in relationship that was extremely

[20:37] inspiring I got to tell you teal do you

[20:39] have programs that I do I do a woman can

[20:44] get into yeah absolutely I have uh if

[20:47] any women are just wanting to go deep

[20:49] with me in their own soul journey I have

[20:51] a a one-on-one program that I call

[20:54] rebirth and that really is like taking

[20:57] you through a c and a rebirth of

[21:00] your own soul and giving you that

[21:02] opportunity to shed all the layers that

[21:04] are no longer serving you helping you to

[21:06] really heal any past traumas any past

[21:09] you know baggage and stepping into that

[21:12] confident magnetic irresistible woman

[21:14] that you are and I also have group

[21:17] programs that help teach around feminine

[21:20] energy embodiment how to really be able

[21:22] to call in that dream partner if you're

[21:24] single and really wanting that um as

[21:26] well as little bundles around how to

[21:28] communicate how to you know slay those

[21:31] fears that are just causing you to have

[21:33] all that anxiety in your head tons of

[21:35] little fun fun little things and deep

[21:38] things depending on what um what you're

[21:41] needing I love that and I will make sure

[21:43] that the links are are down below for

[21:46] for you to find them te you're amazing

[21:49] is there anything more any more deeper

[21:51] that this really inspired me anything

[21:54] more that you would like to to chat

[21:57] about or deeper you'd like to

[22:02] go I think the message I would love to

[22:05] just leave with your ladies is that

[22:08] sometimes it can be really difficult

[22:11] to feel okay right when we are

[22:15] constantly reminded about how we're not

[22:17] okay and we don't have what we want and

[22:19] how social media is just always telling

[22:21] us that we should be somewhere somewhere

[22:24] else and that we're not happy enough

[22:26] you're being just where we are and I

[22:27] just want to reassure any women that are

[22:29] maybe feeling that sense of comparison

[22:32] or not not enoughness or wanting

[22:35] something but just not being able to

[22:37] achieve it that it is completely

[22:39] understandable if you're feeling this

[22:41] and also that the best way to move

[22:44] through this feeling is to come back to

[22:46] that place of acceptance that you are

[22:48] exactly where you need to be right now

[22:50] as as frustrating and painful as it may

[22:53] be that everything is working itself out

[22:56] in Divine timing and that it's really

[22:58] about listening to those intuitive

[23:00] nudges within yourself to guide you on

[23:03] your path if things are not feeling good

[23:06] right now it doesn't mean that you're

[23:08] doomed forever it just means that it's

[23:10] time to listen a little bit more to your

[23:12] own intuition to those little Whispers

[23:14] that are saying go that way go that way

[23:19] and let that be the little breadcrumbs

[23:21] that you follow and that's what I

[23:22] followed my entire life it's what

[23:24] brought me to you Rory and from those

[23:26] little breadcrumbs things happen things

[23:28] shift and that's when you start

[23:30] connecting into the magic of life and

[23:32] that's when things start opening up and

[23:34] following following all the desires that

[23:37] you have without you trying to force it

[23:39] with your brain right so often we want

[23:42] to go after that goal we want to get the

[23:44] thing we want to achieve the desire but

[23:47] we're trying to do it from our brain and

[23:49] we're trying to work it out and I have

[23:51] been such a test of this and it's so

[23:53] frustrating because it never works out

[23:55] from my brain oh I want it and every

[23:58] time I let go of the ores and I relax

[24:00] into love with myself into gratitude

[24:02] into appreciation and I listen to those

[24:05] intuitive nudges everything starts

[24:07] flowing again and that's what I want to

[24:09] help you to do I want to help you to tap

[24:11] back into that place of magic and

[24:13] intuition and inspiration within

[24:14] yourself so that you can actually be

[24:17] able to have everything that you

[24:20] want thank you so much TI that was

[24:23] absolutely brilliant I enjoyed this so

[24:25] much thank you thank you Rory I

[24:27] appreciate it so good to see

[24:30] you bye

[24:32] everyone

Teal Elisabeth describes the hook and fizzle as a cycle where she attracted men by presenting as an independent, fun, self-assured woman, but the connection faded a few weeks or months in once intimacy deepened. She said she kept opening her heart, getting nervous, and then being left, which damaged her self-worth. In her account, the pattern ended when she stopped performing and began letting men see her real heart.
In her conversation with Rori Raye, relaxing into love meant deepening her relationship with herself first and staying open and authentic within a relationship rather than managing how a man perceives her. She framed relationships as a container and incubator for spiritual development and the soul's journey. The goal she described is an unwavering sense of self-worth that lets a woman choose herself over any partner.
Teal Elisabeth said she had been wearing a facade she believed men wanted, revealing only what felt safe. Her shift came from learning to connect to her heart and let a man see and feel it, after first strengthening her love for herself. She noted that she feared he would leave if he saw her authentically, which is why the change required trust in her own ability to handle the response.
According to Teal Elisabeth, her partner would say he wanted to be with her from the moment they met. She said she had built up many stories in her head about hot and cold dynamics and fear of him leaving, while in his eyes she had imprinted on him from day one. Her own inner journey, she suggested, is what allowed the relationship to stick.
Teal Elisabeth joked that she would have won an award for resiliency in dating because she kept getting back up after rejection. But she recognized that persistence without changing her underlying approach only repeated the same outcome. Her growth came from examining herself rather than simply trying again.
Teal Elisabeth said that helping women get the guy is not her real promise or goal. Her aim is for women to develop such a deep sense of self-worth and confidence that they would still choose themselves over any high-quality man. She argued this self-possession is what makes a woman most irresistible to the man she wants.
