Chakras as Circuits: Why Energy Gets Misdirected, Not Blocked

Picture a high school chemistry bench: a small plastic circuit board, a power source, a tangle of jumper wires. Connect them one way and a bulb glows. Connect them another and the current runs nowhere, or shorts with a pop. That bench is the picture Aaron Abke asks you to hold when you think about your chakras. In episode 22 of his Spiritual Intelligence series, a 36-minute video on the electromagnetic model taught in the SQ system, he sets aside the colored wheels and Sanskrit symbols that have described the energy centers for centuries and proposes a circuit instead. The earth supplies the current. The lower three centers act as wiring that carries it upward. The upper three act as the load that turns energy into something useful. Each center is a filter, and the question is whether energy rises clean or leaks sideways as unusable heat. The episode's central claim is the one that matters most: a "blocked" chakra is not a stopped one. Energy cannot be blocked, he argues. It is being routed somewhere it should not go.

Why do chakras need a new model at all?

Abke does not dismiss the older maps. He calls the traditional picture-based systems, drawn from Hinduism and Taoism, "extremely helpful and useful." His objection is about access. In the opening minutes he argues that in the modern era, "we need updated models that reflect scientific accuracy for the average layperson to really be able to wrap our minds around what our energy centers" are, and that the goal is to move the subject "out of this realm of the esoteric and the new age and into the realm of science and reality."

That is a bold reframing, and it is worth being precise about what it is. The episode is a teaching model built by one teacher, not a set of laboratory measurements presented on screen. What makes it compelling is the way Abke uses familiar physics as a scaffold. "The energy centers are real electrical conductors," he says. "They carry currents. They have resistance. They obey the laws of physics. And they can be short-circuited as well." Whether one accepts the literal claim or treats it as a powerful analogy, the structure it gives a student is concrete: you can ask where the current starts, where it travels, and where it is lost.

How does energy move through a chakra circuit?

Every electrical circuit, Abke notes, has three basic parts: a source of energy, a conductor, and a load. In his mapping, the earth is the power supply. Energy is fed constantly from the ground, enters through the soles of the feet, climbs the legs, and travels up the spine and the chakra network. "This power supply is always there, always charging us up," he says. What varies from person to person is how that energy is used, and that depends on "the quality and balance of our chakras."

The lower triad, the red, orange, and yellow centers, is the wiring that carries current upward. The upper triad is the device at the end of the line. Abke borrows the physics term directly: the load "is what receives the energy or current from the circuit to power on the electrical device, whether that's a watch or a television." He anchors the idea in a memory most people share. Think of the high school experiment of building a little circuit and seeing whether it was closed, open, or shorted. The chakra system, in his telling, is supposed to run as a closed circuit, with the lower centers feeding the upper ones.

The model also explains the bottleneck he sees in most people. "Almost everyone has a conduction problem," he says. The source is infinite. The load is fine and "can't be broken." The inefficiency lives in the middle, in the conductors that should carry energy up. This is the logic behind his emphasis on the lower three centers. From the circuit perspective, their job is "primarily to power up and feed the upper three centers with undistorted energy." He goes further and says that most of the SQ gained in practice comes from unblocking those lower three.

What is a blockage, in mechanical terms?

This is the heart of the episode. Abke starts with a correction to everyday spiritual language. Chakras are filters of energy, he says, and although the word "blockage" is useful, "it is not technically accurate because energy can't be blocked. It's just being put to use in a way that is not beneficial to us."

To describe what happens instead, he borrows entropy from thermodynamics. Entropy is "the level of randomness or chaos within any given system," which makes it the opposite of coherence. Energy, in this model, behaves in one of two ways. It can be coherent and radiate outward cleanly, or it can be incoherent and entropic, meaning it leaks. He notes that this is Ra's term for the same phenomenon in the Law of One, a source he cites directly. Entropic energy short-circuits and gets displaced as heat that cannot be used.

Here is the mechanical picture. If the lower three centers are distorted and full of entropic energy, the circuit shorts. Current does not travel vertically toward the load. Instead, Abke says, it "has to go out laterally," which he describes as a kind of spraying outward. In practical terms, the energy that should reach the upper centers is diverted sideways into the way a person lives: reactivity, leakage, and wasted intensity. A blockage, in this reading, is not an obstruction that holds energy in place. It is a misrouting that sends energy out through the wrong path.

Why are the lower three centers filters, and what do they filter for?

Each lower center, Abke argues, asks a different question of incoming energy, and the questions are not bad ones. The red ray filters energy in terms of survival, analyzing for "threats or opportunities to survive." Once basic survival needs are met and this center is balanced, it sends undistorted energy up to the orange ray. If the red center is blocked to any extent, it cuts that flow and sends less upward. He adds the point that lateral leakage follows from this: when the circuit is starved of clean current at its base, the upper flow is weakened from the start.

The orange ray processes what it receives according to individuality and emotion, filtering it through identity, relationships, and feeling. What remains passes to the solar plexus, the yellow ray, which filters energy through personal power and standing in the social hierarchy. It amplifies willpower, self-worth, and impact. When all three are balanced and energy rises freely, Abke says, a person becomes empowered to go into the world, gain status, and create value. When they are blocked, the same drives show up as control, status-seeking, and personal gain at others' expense.

The heart of this framing is that the chakras are always after the same things. "Wanting to survive is good," he says. "Wanting to individuate and understand who you are... is very good and very healthy. And finally, wanting to have standing and impact and personal willpower is also very good." The direction a center takes depends on how unblocked it is, not on whether the drive is legitimate in the first place.

Why do the upper centers shut off when you're blocked?

The circuit logic answers this question directly, though the video's transcript leaves some of the fine detail to the full broadcast. The upper triad is the load. Its job is to receive clean current and convert it into something useful. If the lower triad does not deliver undistorted energy, the load has little to convert. The upper centers do not so much fail as go quiet, because the circuit is not supplying them with the signal they are built to process. Abke's broader point is that you cannot skip the wiring and expect the device to work.

Is non-duality the answer, or part of the problem?

Abke's model carries an argument about spiritual culture, not just anatomy. He says the landscape today is "heavily slanted towards these kind of non-duality, new age advice and concepts" that encourage a denial of human life and treat the material world as illusion. He does not reject non-duality. He wants it brought into the human experience rather than used to escape it. "You should not use it to deny or downplay the human experience," he says.

The electromagnetic model is how he tries to hold both halves at once. By dividing the chakras into a lower triad and an upper triad, and into south and north poles, he places human and divine essences in one circuit. "Seeing our humanness and our divinity as equally divine," he says, "One is the expression of the other." He calls this true non-duality. The practical implication is that no amount of spiritual language substitutes for the unglamorous work he names: "healing your traumas, overcoming your patterns, your greed, your selfishness." Unblocking, in his system, is the work of letting the current climb cleanly.

What does this model change in practice?

The model gives a student a diagnostic question in place of a vague feeling. Instead of asking whether a chakra is "open," you ask where energy is leaking. If it is leaking sideways, the question becomes what in the lower centers is short-circuiting it: survival fear, emotional entanglement, or the hunger for status and control. Abke's claim is that these are workable problems, and that addressing them restores the flow to the upper centers without any special mystical act. Whether or not the electrical vocabulary persuades you, the structure is clear and testable in one's own life, which is perhaps the most useful thing a teacher's model can offer.

Where to go from here

Watch the full episode to hear the circuit diagram in Abke's own voice, including the sections that the transcript only partly covers. If you want to measure where you stand before working on the lower triad, Abke points viewers to his free SQ test, linked in the video description at aaronabke.com/go/sq-youtube. For more of his teaching, the description lists his Instagram, @aaronabke. And if the Law of One interests you, it is the source Abke cites for the word "entropy" as applied to energy that leaks. Read it alongside the circuit model and you will see how a teacher builds one framework out of several traditions, and where he chooses to draw his own line.

[0:01] Hello everyone and welcome back to

[0:03] spiritual intelligence.

[0:05] Before we continue with our six episode

[0:07] series on the six SQ levels, I wanted to

[0:10] stop and do an episode specifically on

[0:13] chakras themselves. What exactly are

[0:15] chakras? And what do we mean when we say

[0:18] that a chakra is blocked? Because as we

[0:21] know, chakras are essentially filters of

[0:23] energy. And so although the term

[0:24] blockage is useful, it is not

[0:27] technically accurate because energy

[0:29] can't be blocked. It's just being put to

[0:31] use in a way that is not beneficial to

[0:33] us. Most models of the chakras are built

[0:36] on pictures and images like Sanskrit

[0:39] symbols and colored wheels and so forth.

[0:41] Ancient systems like [music] Hinduism

[0:43] and Taoism have mapped the energy

[0:45] centers in these ways. And these systems

[0:47] are extremely helpful and useful.

[0:50] But I think in our modern-day era, we

[0:52] need updated models that reflect

[0:54] scientific accuracy for the average

[0:57] layperson to really be able to wrap our

[0:58] minds around what our energy centers

[1:01] >> [music]

[1:01] >> and take them out of this realm of the

[1:03] esoteric and the new age into the realm

[1:05] of science and reality. And so today I

[1:08] want to give you the SQ's

[1:09] electromagnetic model of the energy

[1:12] centers. The energy centers are real

[1:14] electrical conductors. They carry

[1:17] currents. They have resistance. They

[1:19] obey the laws of physics. And they can

[1:21] be short-circuited as well. And so what

[1:24] if I could give you one model that would

[1:25] help you understand exactly what chakras

[1:28] are and [music] exactly how they

[1:29] function, exactly how and why they're

[1:32] blocked, and exactly how to unblock and

[1:34] activate [music] them. Well, by the end

[1:36] of today's video, you're going to have

[1:37] the answers to all of those questions.

[1:40] So let's go ahead and dive into it. I'm

[1:42] Aaron Abke and this is Spiritual

[1:44] Intelligence episode 22.

[1:49] So let's begin by understanding the

[1:50] chakras as an electrical circuit in the

[1:53] human body.

[1:55] We know that all electrical circuits

[1:56] have three basic components. That is a a

[2:00] source of energy, a conductor, and

[2:03] something called a load.

[2:05] And so, this is the way our circuit

[2:06] works. The Earth acts as our power

[2:08] supply. There is a constant supply of

[2:11] energy being fed to us from the Earth,

[2:13] which travels through the soles of our

[2:15] feet, up the legs, and into the spinal

[2:18] highway and the chakra network. And this

[2:20] power supply is always there, always

[2:23] charging us up. But, how we utilize that

[2:25] energy depends upon the quality and

[2:27] balance of our chakras.

[2:30] The lower triad, the red, orange, and

[2:32] yellow centers, are like the wiring that

[2:34] carries the current of the circuit

[2:36] upward. Whereas, the upper triad acts as

[2:38] the device at the end of the circuit

[2:40] that converts energy into something

[2:42] useful. [music] And this is the term

[2:44] load in physics. The load is what

[2:47] receives the energy or current from the

[2:49] circuit to power on the electrical

[2:51] device, whether that's a watch or a

[2:54] television or whatever it might be.

[2:56] Many of us had the chemistry experiment

[2:58] in high school [music] of creating a

[3:00] little circuit board and connecting the

[3:02] little wires together to see a closed

[3:05] circuit, to see an open circuit, or a

[3:07] short circuit. And we experienced how

[3:09] this works. So, think back to that high

[3:11] school experiment of connecting the

[3:14] energy source to the circuits to the

[3:16] load and creating that open circuit as

[3:18] what we're trying to accomplish in the

[3:20] chakras. If the lower three energy

[3:22] centers are blocked and distorted, full

[3:24] of entropic energy, then the circuit is

[3:27] going to short. We we're not carrying

[3:29] the current upwards towards the load,

[3:32] which is the upper three energy centers.

[3:34] The purpose of the lower three centers

[3:36] is primarily, from a circuit

[3:38] perspective, to power [music] up and

[3:40] feed the upper three centers with

[3:43] undistorted energy.

[3:45] So, this is why unblocking is the

[3:47] biggest crux of our focus in the SQ

[3:50] system and in our menu work practices.

[3:53] we can gain the most amount of SQ simply

[3:55] by unblocking the lower three centers.

[3:58] Now, what exactly is entropy? Well,

[4:00] entropy is a term from thermodynamics,

[4:03] which essentially means the level of

[4:05] randomness or chaos [music] within any

[4:08] given system. So, it's the opposite of

[4:10] coherence, in other words. So, energy

[4:12] can only really behave in two ways. It

[4:15] can be coherent and radiate, or it can

[4:18] be incoherent and entropic, meaning it

[4:21] [music] leaks. It's It's short circuits

[4:23] and gets displaced as unusable heat. And

[4:26] this is Ra's term for it in the Law of

[4:28] One.

[4:29] And so, here's the big issue for most

[4:30] people. Almost everyone has a conduction

[4:33] problem. The energy source is always

[4:35] available in infinite supply. The

[4:37] equipment of the load of the circuit is

[4:39] always optimal and fine. It can't be

[4:41] broken, but the efficiency of how we use

[4:44] that energy is getting stuck [music] in

[4:46] that middle portion of the circuit, the

[4:48] lower three energy centers. If those

[4:50] filtration systems are not optimized and

[4:52] balanced, then the energy can't go

[4:54] vertically, and it has to go out

[4:57] laterally, which we'll talk about in a

[4:59] moment.

[5:00] So, here's how the lower three chakras

[5:01] work as energy filters.

[5:04] First, we have the red ray. And this

[5:06] chakra filters that incoming energy from

[5:08] the Earth in terms of survival. So, it's

[5:11] analyzing for threats or opportunities

[5:14] to survive, essentially. So, once we

[5:16] meet our basic survival needs, and we

[5:18] balance this energy center, it can then

[5:20] send up the pure undistorted energy to

[5:23] the orange ray, the sacral. But if the

[5:25] red ray is blocked to any extent, it's

[5:27] cutting off that energy, and it's

[5:28] sending less available energy up to the

[5:30] orange ray.

[5:32] The orange ray then takes that and

[5:33] processes it according to our

[5:35] individuality and individual emotion.

[5:38] It filters the energy according to our

[5:40] personal identity, our interpersonal

[5:42] relationships, and feelings, and so

[5:44] forth. And then whatever energy is left

[5:46] over that's not displaced or discharged

[5:49] due to entropy, goes up to the solar

[5:52] plexus, the yellow ray, and is then

[5:54] filtered according to personal power and

[5:56] status in the social hierarchy. It

[5:58] amplifies personal willpower, a sense of

[6:01] self-worth, and impact in the world. So,

[6:04] once we get to the yellow ray, if the

[6:06] lower three centers are balanced enough

[6:08] and the energy can flow all the way up,

[6:10] we become a empowered human being who

[6:13] can go out into the world and make

[6:15] something of ourselves and gain status

[6:17] and influence and create value in the

[6:19] world. But if these centers are blocked,

[6:22] then they're going to distort how we do

[6:25] those things. Meaning, we're going to

[6:27] show up in the world to gain status for

[6:29] personal power and personal gain and

[6:31] control over others and all these other

[6:33] kinds of distortions. So, the chakras

[6:36] are always seeking the same thing,

[6:38] survival, individuation, personal

[6:40] empowerment, but whether it goes in a

[6:42] positive or negative direction depends

[6:44] on how unblocked we are. Because look,

[6:47] wanting to survive is good. You should

[6:50] want to survive. Wanting to individuate

[6:53] and understand who you are based on your

[6:55] desires and emotions and relationships

[6:57] is very good and very healthy.

[6:59] And finally, wanting to have standing

[7:01] and impact and personal willpower is

[7:04] also very good. And this is what I

[7:06] really built the SQ system to help

[7:08] address.

[7:09] Cuz in my experience, the spiritual

[7:11] landscape today is heavily slanted

[7:14] towards these kind of non-duality, new

[7:16] age advice and concepts that really

[7:18] encourage a denial of our humanness and

[7:21] ignoring the entire material world as

[7:23] just an illusion and you should just

[7:25] kind of be in this non-dual awareness

[7:26] all the time. And of course, you should

[7:29] be in non-dual awareness, but you should

[7:30] bring it into the human experience. You

[7:33] should not use it to deny or downplay

[7:35] the human experience. And so, by

[7:37] breaking up the chakras into south pole,

[7:39] north pole, lower triad, upper triad, we

[7:42] have our human and divine essences

[7:45] combined together and that to me is true

[7:49] non-duality. Seeing our humanness and

[7:51] our divinity as equally divine. One is

[7:55] the expression of the other. And so, no

[7:57] matter how hard we try to run away from

[7:58] our humanness with non-duality concepts

[8:01] and platitudes, if you do not work on

[8:03] balancing and unblocking your centers,

[8:05] [music]

[8:05] healing your traumas, overcoming your

[8:07] patterns, your greed, your selfishness,

[8:09] if you don't do the real nitty-gritty

[8:11] spiritual work, you will always wind up

[8:14] imbalanced and eventually come crashing

[8:16] back down to baseline again. If we don't

[8:18] have a firm foundation to stand on,

[8:21] which is human embodiment and

[8:23] integration, taking all that spiritual

[8:25] knowledge and living it through our

[8:27] human body, then we cannot truly raise

[8:29] our SQ because remember, SQ is our

[8:32] capacity for self-awareness and

[8:35] integration. Without both pieces, SQ

[8:38] cannot rise.

[8:40] And so, we have these two forces

[8:41] operating within us, a magnetic field

[8:44] and an electrical field. And so, here's

[8:46] the basic essence of the two polarities.

[8:48] The magnetic field absorbs and holds

[8:50] energy, whereas the electrical field

[8:53] radiates and gives energy.

[8:55] The magnetic field contracts, the

[8:57] electrical field expands. The magnetic

[8:59] field is for storage, the electrical

[9:01] field is for output.

[9:03] So, this is why magnetism is the storage

[9:06] mechanism of the subconscious mind.

[9:09] >> [snorts]

[9:09] >> Just as in physics, magnetism's primary

[9:12] function in the human system is storage.

[9:15] The subconscious mind stores our beliefs

[9:17] and our decisions, our blocked emotions,

[9:19] our shadows, our unprocessed traumas.

[9:22] All of this data is held in the

[9:24] subconscious mind through the principle

[9:26] of magnetism. And if you start to

[9:28] understand that, you begin to crack the

[9:30] codes of how the lower chakras function

[9:33] and how they get blocked. The

[9:35] subconscious mind holds the complete

[9:37] record of everything that's happened to

[9:38] you and everything you decided it meant.

[9:41] So, this is why we say the negative

[9:43] polarity is magnetic. It's about

[9:45] absorbing, taking, and withholding, or

[9:47] keeping to oneself. So, we have negative

[9:50] polarity, taking and keeping.

[9:53] Positive polarity, giving and receiving.

[9:55] And so, this will help us start to

[9:57] understand what a blockage is.

[10:00] If we have these distortions in the

[10:02] lower centers, pride, insecurity,

[10:04] addiction, shame, lack, and so forth.

[10:07] Imagine them acting as powerful magnets

[10:10] that pull more and more energy to

[10:12] themselves. The more negatively

[10:14] polarized energy we hold in the lower

[10:16] centers, the more powerfully magnetic

[10:19] they become. And here's the problem with

[10:21] that. If you understand anything about

[10:23] electromagnetic energy, one of the first

[10:25] things you'll learn is that magnetism

[10:27] and electricity always must increase or

[10:30] decrease together. They are perfect

[10:32] polarities, which means they must always

[10:34] be in a perfect one-to-one ratio. So, if

[10:37] you increase the magnetism of a chakra,

[10:40] you increase its radiance as well. But

[10:42] there's a big difference between a

[10:43] structured magnetism and an entropic

[10:46] [music] magnetism. A magnetic field that

[10:48] is holding distorted entropic energy

[10:51] will behave very differently than a

[10:53] magnetic field that's containing

[10:55] coherent, balanced energy.

[10:58] So, the more distorted the lower centers

[10:59] become, the more powerful magnets they

[11:02] become. So, this is how we can

[11:04] understand what a blocked chakra really

[11:07] is. [music] It means that the chakra has

[11:09] too much magnetism. It's holding too

[11:12] much negatively polarized energy, which

[11:15] is causing it to be an inefficient

[11:16] circuit. Because remember, a circuit

[11:18] conducts energy from one part of the

[11:21] circuit to the next. And so, the chakras

[11:23] are supposed to be conducting energy.

[11:26] But if the energy is displaced and

[11:28] distorted due to entropy, then it loses

[11:30] is power of conduction. So, the energy

[11:32] just cannot rise higher. So, that's the

[11:35] magnetic nature of chakras. Let's look

[11:37] now to the electrical nature.

[11:39] Electricity is the radiation of your

[11:41] present state of being.

[11:43] Electricity is your real-time frequency

[11:46] output. It is the field your conscious

[11:48] mind reaches directly.

[11:50] So, we have these three forms of

[11:52] radiation. Our thoughts radiate, our

[11:54] feelings radiate, and our actions

[11:56] radiate. And this is how we put out our

[11:59] energy into the universe. As Jesus said,

[12:02] what you put out is what you get back.

[12:04] So, behavior is also radiation. This is

[12:08] why the positive polarity is electric.

[12:10] It radiates, expands, and it gives.

[12:12] [music]

[12:14] So, these are the only three options we

[12:15] have to put out energy into the

[12:18] universe. What [music] we think about,

[12:20] what we feel, and what we do. And that

[12:23] includes our actions, and of course, our

[12:25] words and speech.

[12:26] Now, to say that these three things are

[12:29] conscious mind activities, doesn't mean

[12:31] or imply that they're not driven by

[12:33] subconscious impulses, because they are.

[12:36] It just means that these are the things

[12:38] we are consciously aware of. When we

[12:40] think something, we are aware of it.

[12:42] When we feel something, we are aware of

[12:44] it. When we say or do something, we can

[12:46] see that activity or word with our

[12:49] conscious mind.

[12:50] Juxtaposing that to the subconscious

[12:52] mind, we are not aware of the underlying

[12:55] traumas and wounds that are informing

[12:57] our decisions, right? We don't see those

[12:59] things. They're below the surface. So,

[13:01] that's the magnetic realm, and the

[13:03] conscious mind is the electrical realm.

[13:05] This is the working analogy of

[13:07] conscious, subconscious, electrical,

[13:09] magnetic. And so, the chakras function

[13:12] exactly like this. Every energy center

[13:15] has both magnetism and electricity. And

[13:18] balancing a chakra is to balance the

[13:20] relationship between those two.

[13:24] And so, here's what that looks like. One

[13:25] of my favorite thinkers and philosophers

[13:27] from the 20th century is Walter Russell.

[13:30] And in the Divine Iliad, Walter Russell

[13:32] wrote of this concept of rhythmic

[13:35] balanced [music] interchange. This is

[13:37] kind of his description of the law of

[13:38] polarity.

[13:40] Electric and magnetic forces always grow

[13:42] together. They are not separate dials or

[13:45] opposites, meaning you can't turn

[13:47] magnetism up without also turning up

[13:50] radiance or vice versa.

[13:52] In any electromagnetic wave in the

[13:54] universe, the two are locked at a fixed

[13:57] ratio, which is the speed of light. So

[13:59] you literally cannot have a strong

[14:01] electrical field with a weak magnetic

[14:03] one. So a more magnetized chakra will

[14:06] also radiate more because the two have

[14:08] to go together. But the more that that

[14:11] magnetic field is holding negatively

[14:13] polarized energy, then the energy cannot

[14:16] conduct vertically. Because remember,

[14:18] the upper three centers, the North Pole,

[14:20] cannot be blocked. They just close off

[14:23] to distorted energy. And so the energy

[14:26] from the lower centers is displaced

[14:28] laterally. It sort of sprays out the

[14:30] sides of the chakras, if you will, in

[14:32] the form of triggers and suffering and

[14:36] personal idiosyncrasies and addictions

[14:38] and negative patterns. This is an

[14:41] analogy for how blockages show up. It's

[14:43] like a shorted circuit where the energy

[14:45] is not making it high enough to power on

[14:47] the heart and give us universal

[14:50] compassion and understanding. Or the

[14:52] throat to give us wisdom and integrity

[14:55] and communication. Or the third eye to

[14:57] give us sovereignty and faith and

[14:59] balance. So if the lower triad is

[15:01] short-circuiting our chakra network,

[15:04] then the load of the upper three centers

[15:06] cannot receive the current. And

[15:08] therefore, we're stuck in those lower

[15:09] levels of SQ.

[15:11] So the underlying law of creation is

[15:13] this rhythmic balanced interchange.

[15:15] [music]

[15:16] True balance is achieving the exact

[15:18] ratio appropriate to a specific chakra's

[15:21] job or function. So this is the way that

[15:24] the Law of One sort of explains how the

[15:26] energy centers function as a circuit.

[15:29] Imagine if you have a circuit with three

[15:31] metal objects, and the first metal

[15:33] object is the only one with an

[15:35] electrical charge. As long as there is

[15:37] the power supply connected to the

[15:38] circuit, that metal object can transfer

[15:41] its charge to the next object, and then

[15:43] to the third object. And this is what

[15:45] the energy centers do.

[15:47] Ra says that ideally, in a balanced

[15:49] energy center,

[15:50] >> [music]

[15:51] >> it's only going to use the minimum

[15:52] amount of its energy to perform the

[15:55] chakra's normal functioning, where the

[15:57] rest of it can be radiated outward in

[16:00] excess to extend and give that energy to

[16:03] the world. But that radiation is then

[16:06] conducted by the next chakra, which

[16:08] filters it and adds upon it even more.

[16:10] So, in this way, chakras are meant to

[16:12] pass the charge off to one another and

[16:15] build upon it. So, when an energy center

[16:18] has too much magnetism,

[16:20] >> [music]

[16:20] >> it's less able to transfer the charge,

[16:22] and more of it radiates outward and is

[16:25] lost due to entropy. So, a blockage is

[16:28] not a physical obstacle. It is excess

[16:31] magnetism.

[16:32] Excess magnetism forces the chakra to

[16:34] hold more energy than its optimal ratio

[16:37] allows.

[16:38] And because it holds more energy, it

[16:40] inherently displaces more energy. So,

[16:43] the upward flow is interrupted not by a

[16:46] barrier, but by a competing magnetic

[16:48] force.

[16:49] So, here's another good question. Why

[16:52] does this distorted energy that's bound

[16:54] up in the lower centers

[16:55] >> [music]

[16:55] >> spray sideways or laterally instead of

[16:58] just piling up and accumulating?

[17:01] Well, this is an interesting point that

[17:02] Ra makes about how the negative polarity

[17:04] works.

[17:05] Ra says that just like the positive

[17:07] polarity, it is also the goal of a

[17:09] negatively polarized entity to overcome

[17:12] being triggered. So, a service-to-self

[17:15] being also doesn't want to be triggered

[17:17] by the whims or the words or actions of

[17:19] another being. They too want to be in

[17:21] full control and command of their state

[17:23] of being. But what Ra says they do is

[17:26] they intentionally hold and pile up

[17:29] negatively polarized energy. Lust,

[17:32] greed, anger, rage, and they try to

[17:34] build these energies up in the lower

[17:36] chakras as much as possible without

[17:39] displacing them. So, the negative being

[17:41] has to have total mastery of its state

[17:44] of being to hold this much negative

[17:46] energy. You or I, of course, would not

[17:48] be able to do that because we are

[17:50] positively polarized and the negative

[17:52] energy would drive us insane.

[17:54] But to a negative being, it's like

[17:55] keeping its power to itself so that at

[17:58] the opportune moment, it can use all of

[18:01] that built-up negative energy to control

[18:03] somebody. And Ra says this is done

[18:05] usually through some kind of sexual

[18:07] domination act, but it can also be used

[18:10] in a myriad of other ways to control or

[18:12] possess or deceive somebody else. The

[18:14] reason that we, as positively polarized

[18:17] beings, do not accumulate infinite

[18:19] negative energy that just piles up

[18:21] indefinitely is because it gets

[18:23] displaced laterally cuz it's not

[18:25] congruent with our system and there's

[18:27] nowhere for it to go.

[18:29] Why not? Well, because the heart refuses

[18:32] it. The upper triad centers exist to

[18:35] emit, not to accumulate. And so, they

[18:37] cannot hold distortions. So, the heart

[18:40] just closes off to judgment. The throat

[18:43] just closes off to victimhood. The third

[18:46] eye just closes off to fear. A

[18:48] distortion is simply energy that cannot

[18:50] do work. And this is the appropriate

[18:52] definition from physics and

[18:54] electromagnetism.

[18:55] A blocked person is not low on energy,

[18:58] even though we feel that way when we're

[18:59] blocked. It's not that we're lacking in

[19:01] energy. There's no lack in God's

[19:03] universe.

[19:04] It's simply because we're not efficient

[19:06] with our energy. The energy is simply

[19:08] being lost laterally due to our triggers

[19:11] and traumas and shadows, and imbalances

[19:13] that doesn't allow the smooth transfer

[19:16] or conduction of that energy into the

[19:18] upper triad. So, the goal of the SQ

[19:20] system is to balance the lower centers

[19:22] enough to activate the upper centers.

[19:25] So, let's talk about it.

[19:27] So, in the SQ system, we talk about the

[19:29] difference between clearing and [music]

[19:31] activation. Clearing work only applies

[19:34] to the lower triad, whereas activation

[19:36] work only applies to the upper triad.

[19:39] So, in the SQ system, all 30 categories

[19:42] are scored from zero to five, and we

[19:44] then add up all 30 scores to make your

[19:47] global SQ score. And so, I've tried to

[19:50] build into the SQ system an

[19:52] understanding of how much SQ we get just

[19:55] by clearing versus how much we get just

[19:58] by activating. So, [music] imagine this

[20:00] impossible scenario for a moment that

[20:03] your lower three centers were 100%

[20:06] unblocked. Not a single whiff of a

[20:09] distortion down there. Okay?

[20:11] Then, imagine that your upper three

[20:13] centers are completely unactivated.

[20:15] You've done zero work to activate your

[20:18] heart, throat, or third eye. Now, again,

[20:20] this is an impossible scenario, but just

[20:22] humor me for a second. If this were the

[20:23] case, you would score a five out of five

[20:26] in all 15 lower triad categories, but

[20:29] you would only score a three out of five

[20:31] in all 15 upper triad categories because

[20:34] you can only get to three through

[20:36] clearing alone. To go from three to five

[20:39] requires activation work. And so, your

[20:41] SQ score would be 90, which is pretty

[20:44] good, but still leaves a lot of room for

[20:46] improvement, doesn't it? So, although

[20:48] clearing is the most important work for

[20:50] us to do, clearing and balancing,

[20:52] activating is how we really push our SQ

[20:54] into those upper ranges of awakening and

[20:57] actualization and illumination. And

[20:59] these are the SQ levels we all want to

[21:01] get to.

[21:02] Real quick, I want to tell you something

[21:04] that will revolutionize your spiritual

[21:06] development forever. For thousands of

[21:09] years, the spiritual path has had one

[21:11] glaring problem. You can't actually

[21:13] measure spiritual growth. You can spend

[21:15] years of your life aimlessly trying out

[21:17] random spiritual practices, hoping and

[21:20] wondering that they'll prove helpful. We

[21:21] are so often left feeling like our

[21:24] spiritual practice is more like

[21:25] guesswork than growth. But now, that all

[21:28] changes. For the first time, your

[21:30] spiritual development can be measured

[21:33] mathematically in the same way that an

[21:35] IQ test measures cognitive capacity.

[21:37] [music] And it's called the SQ test, the

[21:40] world's first model and assessment for

[21:42] spiritual intelligence, or SQ. In a

[21:45] 180-question self-assessment, the SQ

[21:48] test maps your consciousness across all

[21:50] six SQ levels [music]

[21:51] and shows you exactly where you're

[21:53] blocked or imbalanced. And then comes

[21:55] the second half of the equation. If the

[21:57] SQ test is the measurement, then menu

[22:00] work is the [music] medicine. Inside of

[22:02] our 4D U Lab app, we combine these two

[22:05] powerful tools to create a comprehensive

[22:07] spiritual practice system, one which

[22:10] covers both dimensions of SQ, which is

[22:12] self-awareness and integration.

[22:15] Using our menu work protocols, you work

[22:18] directly on those subconscious blocks

[22:20] that your test reveals, the limiting

[22:22] beliefs and shadows and trapped

[22:24] emotions. And it even ranks your

[22:25] blockages and gives you a custom roadmap

[22:28] for your spiritual practice, so you

[22:30] always know exactly what to work on. And

[22:32] the Lab app tracks all of your session

[22:34] data, so that when you retake the SQ

[22:36] test in 3 to 6 months, you actually see

[22:39] real data on the progress you've made in

[22:41] those categories you've been working on.

[22:43] No more guesswork involved. Just a

[22:45] streamlined roadmap for your spiritual

[22:48] development. So, if you want to find out

[22:50] what your SQ level is, you can take the

[22:52] test completely for free by clicking the

[22:54] link in the description below.

[22:57] So, clearing all blockages raises the

[22:58] system's quality to a three out of five,

[23:01] because it stops starving the heart or

[23:03] throat or third eye of energy.

[23:06] But what it does not do is to make these

[23:08] chakras radiant. So, between zero to

[23:11] three, we're trying to make the energy

[23:12] available. But going from a three to a

[23:14] five requires doing something with that

[23:17] energy. And so, here's the next

[23:19] important point of how the SQ system

[23:21] works. In physics, a static charge

[23:24] radiates nothing, because radiation

[23:27] requires acceleration of charge. So, if

[23:30] you see a light bulb dimming and glowing

[23:32] like this,

[23:33] that dimming and glowing is happening

[23:35] from the acceleration and deceleration

[23:38] of the charge running through it. So,

[23:40] take this as a spiritual analogy.

[23:42] For us to be like radiant circuits of

[23:44] energy that extend our love and joy and

[23:48] peace into our world that is felt

[23:50] palpably by others, we have to be

[23:52] putting that energy to use. And so, this

[23:55] is how the upper chakras are activated

[23:57] in the SQ system is through what we call

[24:00] activation practices. If you join 40 U

[24:03] and take our SQ programs, you'll be

[24:05] given an activation practice for all 15

[24:09] upper triad qualities. So, for example,

[24:12] gratitude is the fourth SQ quality of

[24:14] the heart. And so, our daily gratitude

[24:17] practice, you strive to spend your day

[24:19] remembering to say thank you for both

[24:21] your challenges and your victories. To

[24:24] just get in the habit and the practice

[24:26] of saying thank you to everything. And

[24:28] then at the end of the day, you have a

[24:30] little gratitude journal. And you just

[24:32] write down the things that you were

[24:33] thankful for today that you can

[24:34] remember. And just doing that every day

[24:37] is amplifying the SQ category of

[24:39] gratitude from your heart chakra. And

[24:42] so, when you take the SQ test again in

[24:44] three or six months, you're going to see

[24:46] a big increase in your SQ score in

[24:48] gratitude. And so, we have an activation

[24:51] practice just like that for all 15 upper

[24:54] triad qualities.

[24:55] >> [music]

[24:55] >> And And activation practices are so

[24:57] simple and yet so effective at

[25:00] activating the upper chakras. Because

[25:02] again, the only way to activate a chakra

[25:05] is to put a demand on it. How do you

[25:07] activate the heart chakra? You put it to

[25:09] use by striving to love and forgive and

[25:12] have compassion for others, to serve and

[25:15] help those in need, to have gratitude

[25:18] and joy in daily living. And so these

[25:20] activation practices place a demand on

[25:22] the chakra to accelerate its electrical

[25:25] current. And in physics, [music] this is

[25:27] how we get radiation. It works exactly

[25:30] the same in our chakra network. This is

[25:32] why giving and receiving are one on the

[25:34] positive polarity. You can only have

[25:37] what you're constantly giving away. You

[25:39] want to have love for yourself? You

[25:41] better be constantly giving love to

[25:42] others. When you give these [music]

[25:44] qualities to others, compassion, joy,

[25:47] peace, you are the first experience of

[25:50] them. Your own state of being is

[25:52] improved first by the giving of love,

[25:55] and then it extends outwards to others.

[25:57] Just like a metal object in a circuit

[25:59] has to have its own charge before it can

[26:02] transfer that charge. We are exactly the

[26:04] same as these electrical circuits.

[26:07] Giving is increasing in the kingdom of

[26:09] heaven. What you give to others is what

[26:11] you increase in yourself, and what you

[26:13] withhold from others is what you

[26:15] withhold from yourself. The measure you

[26:17] give is the measure you get back.

[26:19] And so speaking of giving, in this

[26:21] electromagnetic analogy here, we can see

[26:23] your conscious mind a lot like a radio

[26:25] station that is emitting a signal that

[26:28] others can tune into.

[26:30] Whereas your subconscious mind is more

[26:32] like the antenna that is capturing

[26:34] signals and taking them in. So your

[26:36] conscious mind is the radio station,

[26:38] your subconscious mind is the receiver.

[26:40] And so because we know that blocked

[26:42] chakras leak their excess energy

[26:45] laterally into your surrounding field,

[26:47] your blockages are literally

[26:49] broadcasting your negatively polarized

[26:52] energy. Your subconscious mind is a

[26:54] broadcasting system, in other words. The

[26:56] universe is always reading the data

[26:59] being held in your subconscious mind,

[27:01] what you really, really believe, what

[27:03] your most convicted by, what your

[27:04] deepest fears really are, and what your

[27:07] greatest desires really are. The

[27:08] universe sees all of these things.

[27:10] >> [music]

[27:11] >> None of it is hidden. And so, this is

[27:12] why we should want to be very mindful of

[27:14] what blockages we're holding in those

[27:16] lower centers, because as the excess

[27:18] energy is spraying sideways out of our

[27:21] chakra network into the field around us

[27:23] with every trigger and every little

[27:25] imbalance we act out. It is as if we are

[27:27] sending that out into the universe as

[27:29] something we want to receive. And so, I

[27:31] think this can help us clear up a big

[27:33] misnomer in law of attraction teachings.

[27:36] That everything you experienced was

[27:39] somehow manifested directly by you.

[27:41] This is only partially true. But, Ra

[27:44] says in the Law of One that we also

[27:46] attract experiences by pure randomness.

[27:49] Almost like a game of Texas Hold'em or

[27:51] something. The universe is always

[27:52] dishing us out cards, and we don't

[27:55] control what cards we get. We just

[27:57] control how we play the hand. If the

[27:59] hand isn't in alignment with what we

[28:00] want, we can fold and move on to the

[28:02] next hand. But, the universe is always

[28:04] dishing us out new catalysts. And so,

[28:07] it's very true to say you don't attract

[28:09] what you want, you attract what you are.

[28:11] The frequency you're emitting. Right?

[28:13] Every object has its own frequency.

[28:16] Well, that frequency is your attractor

[28:18] field. And so, whatever experiences you

[28:19] attract, you will process them according

[28:22] to your own frequency. So, if you're in

[28:24] a negative frequency, you'll perceive

[28:26] your experiences negatively. And vice

[28:29] versa.

[28:30] Now, a good example of this is what you

[28:31] probably witnessed happen to me a few

[28:33] months ago when my YouTube channel got

[28:35] hacked. Most people who study the law of

[28:37] attraction would be quick to say, "Haha,

[28:39] Aaron, what did you do to attract that

[28:41] experience, you bad boy?" And I asked

[28:44] myself this very question, as I always

[28:45] do when I go through challenges.

[28:48] What did I do to attract this? What did

[28:50] I put out in the into the universe that

[28:52] caused me to get my YouTube channel

[28:54] hacked? And I'll tell you what, I

[28:56] pontificated over that question for days

[28:58] and days after my hacking, and I really

[29:01] couldn't find an answer. I've never been

[29:03] someone who struggled with stealing from

[29:05] others. The only thing I can remember

[29:06] stealing in my life was money from my

[29:09] mother's purse when I was five or

[29:10] something. So, I'm like, you know, did I

[29:12] steal? Did I put out hacky energy? Like,

[29:15] I just couldn't find anything. And so,

[29:17] as I meditated on this and asked God to

[29:19] show me, "Hey, what's the lesson here

[29:20] for me?" I just kept hearing, "Trust and

[29:22] wait and see. I'm cooking up something

[29:24] good here." And I said, "Okay, I have no

[29:26] idea how this could turn into something

[29:28] good, but I'm open to that." And to my

[29:31] great shock and surprise, that's exactly

[29:33] what happened. I can definitively say

[29:35] that the experience of getting my

[29:37] YouTube channel publicly hacked and

[29:39] extorted was one of the greatest

[29:41] blessings of my career. Now, if I had

[29:43] chosen to just complain and spiral and

[29:46] play victim, then it would have

[29:48] definitely been a super negative

[29:50] experience because the universe gave me

[29:52] a real and undeniable opportunity to

[29:55] live what I teach, to live the Jesus way

[29:57] publicly, and show the world what

[29:59] forgiveness really looks like. I just

[30:01] wanted to practice what I preach and

[30:03] reach out to this person and let them

[30:05] know, "Hey, brother, I know you're

[30:07] trying to steal from me, but I want you

[30:09] to know I forgive you. But I sure hope

[30:10] you repent for this sin lest a worse

[30:13] thing come upon you." And that was

[30:15] apparently enough to convict this person

[30:16] to apologize and give me my entire

[30:19] YouTube channel back of his own free

[30:21] volition. So, what an incredible

[30:23] testimony [music] of the power of

[30:25] forgiveness.

[30:26] So, was that a negative experience?

[30:29] Not for me. So, this is the way the

[30:30] universe works. Everything is neutral

[30:33] and free of meaning until we decide what

[30:35] it means to us. And so, perception is

[30:38] the linchpin that determines what gets

[30:40] blocked and what gets released or

[30:43] balanced. It's all about how we perceive

[30:45] who we are and what reality is. So,

[30:49] every experience is a catalyst,

[30:51] including other people's discharges of

[30:53] energy towards you. So, going back to

[30:55] the radio analogy, every experience you

[30:57] have is like a radio station emitting a

[31:00] frequency. If you have a radio, for

[31:02] example, that radio is able to pick up

[31:05] all the different frequencies in the

[31:06] environment that are passing by. But, it

[31:09] only picks up the one frequency that you

[31:11] attune it to. And so, if your state of

[31:14] mind, your perception is tuned to

[31:16] oneness and love and service to others,

[31:20] then you will interpret every catalyst

[31:22] or experience through that lens, because

[31:24] you're literally tuned to that

[31:26] frequency.

[31:27] And so, catalyst is ambient and it

[31:29] passes through everyone constantly, but

[31:31] whether a catalyst stays and gets

[31:33] blocked depends on one thing.

[31:36] Do you already hold that frequency?

[31:39] Because if you do, it resonates with you

[31:41] and is then magnetized by your system.

[31:44] So, if I'm holding the negative energy

[31:46] of envy, for example, and somebody else

[31:49] is acting envious in front of me, I

[31:51] might get triggered at them. Say, "Oh,

[31:53] what a jealous, selfish person." Well,

[31:55] it triggered me because it's also in me,

[31:57] right? And so, it's as if my magnetic

[31:59] field captures that energy and adds it

[32:02] to the chakra. It picks up that radio

[32:04] frequency and it magnetizes it. Whereas,

[32:07] if I'm operating on a higher frequency,

[32:10] that same energy of jealousy that's

[32:12] coming from the other person passes

[32:14] right through me, just like a frequency

[32:16] passes through a radio when it's not

[32:18] attuned to it. So, you don't really

[32:20] determine what arrives at your doorstep,

[32:22] per se.

[32:24] You determine what gets magnetized. You

[32:26] determine what it means to you.

[32:28] What you put out is what you get back is

[32:30] a strictly mechanical physics statement.

[32:34] So, this is how we deal with blockages

[32:37] in the menu work system.

[32:39] First, we use muscle testing as an

[32:41] interface [music]

[32:42] to bypass the conscious mind and get

[32:44] into that subconscious mind, our

[32:46] magnetic [music] field, which stores all

[32:48] the data we're looking to balance and

[32:50] heal and transform. And then we use that

[32:53] muscle testing to take us through the

[32:54] menu protocol. And because the chakras

[32:57] are electromagnetic in nature, [music]

[32:59] I've tried to mirror this in our menu

[33:01] work protocols by often asking you

[33:03] questions like, "What is this experience

[33:06] asking you to let go of and to accept?"

[33:09] Letting go and accepting always happen

[33:12] together in spiritual balancing. Just

[33:15] like magnetism and electricity always

[33:18] increase and decrease [music] together.

[33:20] We cannot truly accept something if we

[33:22] don't also let go of its opposite. If I

[33:25] want to be more authentic, I have to let

[33:27] go of my victimhood, and so on and so

[33:29] forth. And then the third step of every

[33:32] menu protocol is to create some kind of

[33:35] somatic shift that you feel in your

[33:37] system from contraction to expansion,

[33:41] from negative to positive, or from fear

[33:43] to love. And this is also demonstrated

[33:45] in physics through the concept of a

[33:47] reverse field. If one magnetic field

[33:50] erases another magnetic field, the

[33:52] erasing object gets to replace that

[33:54] magnetic field with its own. And so this

[33:57] is what we're trying to do in every menu

[33:59] protocol, is to take a negatively

[34:01] charged magnetic field and turn it into

[34:04] a positively charged magnetic field. And

[34:07] we do this with all kinds of different

[34:08] methods in menu work, like belief

[34:10] progressions, forgiveness practice, EFT

[34:13] tapping, and using actual magnets that

[34:15] we swipe over our governing meridian to

[34:18] reset the magnetic field. [music] So

[34:19] I've really strived to use real physics

[34:21] to inform the menu work methodology, to

[34:24] follow the operations of how

[34:26] electromagnetic energy really functions,

[34:29] because that's what chakras actually

[34:30] are. They are filtration systems and

[34:33] circuits [music] for electromagnetic

[34:35] energy. So, in conclusion, there's only

[34:38] two ultimate destinations for energy in

[34:41] the human body: radiance or entropy.

[34:45] Radiance represents the intentional

[34:47] upward use of energy, whereas entropy is

[34:50] that sideways leakage into unconscious

[34:53] distortions. Radiance looks like

[34:55] compassion, joy, intuition, and

[34:57] presence. Entropy looks like lack, fear,

[35:00] resistance, and control. So, the

[35:03] electrical current of our chakras will

[35:04] either continue to rise and amplify the

[35:07] upper centers, or it will stagnate and

[35:09] leak from the lower centers. But,

[35:11] radiance and entropy are the only two

[35:14] fates of energy in our chakra network.

[35:17] So, hopefully that gives you some more

[35:19] clarity on what energy centers are, how

[35:22] they're blocked, what it actually means

[35:24] to say they're blocked, and how they're

[35:26] balanced and activated as well. It all

[35:28] functions exactly like an electrical

[35:31] circuit. And that also informs us of how

[35:33] and why Kundalini activation happens in

[35:36] the way that it does, which we'll get

[35:38] more to in a future episode. Next week,

[35:40] we're going to get back to our six SQ

[35:42] level breakdown and take this framework

[35:44] of the electromagnetic nature of chakras

[35:47] to understand the five main blockages in

[35:50] the sacral center. So, until next time,

[35:52] thanks for watching, and we'll see you

[35:54] back here for the next episode of

[35:56] spiritual intelligence.

[35:58] Peace and love.

In his SQ model, Aaron Abke teaches that chakras function as electrical conductors that carry currents, have resistance, and can be short-circuited. He uses circuit physics as a teaching framework, not as a set of laboratory measurements shown in the video. Readers should treat the electromagnetic language as his model rather than established science.
Abke says energy cannot technically be blocked. A chakra described as blocked is instead distorted and putting energy to use in a way that is not beneficial, causing it to leak sideways as entropic heat. The lower three centers are the main place where this misrouting begins.
The lower triad of red, orange, and yellow centers acts as wiring that carries energy upward from the earth. The upper triad acts as the load, the device that receives clean current and converts it into something useful. Abke argues that most people's problems lie in the middle conductors rather than the source or the load.
In the circuit logic Abke describes, the upper centers are the load and depend on clean current from the lower triad. If the lower centers deliver distorted, entropic energy, the load has little usable signal to convert. The upper centers go quiet because the circuit is not feeding them.
Abke borrows entropy from thermodynamics to mean the level of randomness or chaos within a system. In this model, energy is either coherent and radiates cleanly or incoherent and entropic, which means it leaks and is lost as unusable heat. He attributes this term to Ra in the Law of One.
Abke emphasizes the lower three centers as the biggest focus for gaining spiritual intelligence, and he names the work of healing traumas, overcoming patterns, and letting go of greed and selfishness. The approach is practical rather than purely ritual. The goal is to let undistorted energy rise from the red center through the orange and yellow centers.
