Ziva Meditation is a meditation and manifesting training founded by Emily Fletcher. It teaches the Ziva Technique, which combines mindfulness, meditation and manifesting. The stated mission is to help people embody their highest potential by blending ancient wisdom with modern science. Its guiding belief is that bliss is your birthright.
Emily spent her first ten years as a professional on Broadway, singing, dancing and acting eight shows a week. The stress and anxiety of that life led to insomnia, sickness and going gray in her twenties. She found meditation, left Broadway, went to India and trained for three years to become a teacher. In 2017, after years of training in India and the US and teaching thousands of people, she developed the Ziva Technique. She came to feel that meditation alone was not enough.
In the Ziva Technique, mindfulness works on stress in the present, meditation works on stress from the past, and manifesting looks toward the future. The practice is done twice a day. It is taught as a training, not an app, so students can keep practicing on their own for life. More than 50,000 people have learned it. The foundational course, zivaONLINE, is a 15-day online training in these three practices.
Emily has also developed Ziva Magic, an embodied manifesting course that draws on visualization, Emotional Alchemy, somatic movement, breathwork and Pleasure Prayer. She is the author of the book Stress Less, Accomplish More, and she hosts the podcast Why Isn't Everyone Doing This?, in which she talks with scientists, shamans, doctors and high priestesses about little-known modalities. Ziva also says it has donated $1 million in training to healthcare workers on the front lines and gives 10% of its proceeds each year to environmental organizations.
