There is no album, book, or signature talk to point to here. Stardust Vibes - Relaxing Sounds has no listed discography or books, and the project's real front door is its YouTube channel (@StardustVibes). It's free, it holds the whole range of the work, and it lets you test quickly whether the pacing, production and voice suit you. That matters, because meditation audio is personal.
Start by choosing the purpose that brought you here. If you can't sleep, open the sleep-meditation playlist. If you want something for studying or working, try the stress-relief and meditation instrumentals. If you want formal practice, pick a guided meditation. Press play on one piece and listen all the way through before judging.
Spotify or Apple Music. Once you know which category suits you, move to streaming. Stardust Vibes keeps a catalog on both, and it's better for offline listening, playlists and falling asleep without a screen on. The Spotify page has more than 10,000 followers.
The website, stardustvibes.com. It hosts articles on meditation practice, Solfeggio frequencies and mindfulness. Read one or two if you want the thinking behind the sounds.
The Facebook community. The project describes its YouTube and Facebook spaces as judgment-free and positive. If you like company in your practice, this is where to find it.
Expect gentle, spacious, layered audio: nature sounds such as rain, forest and ocean, blended with relaxation music, and in the guided sessions, a voice. The production is done in-house by Sean and Elita and mixed and mastered in Pro Tools, so it sounds polished rather than like raw field recording. The project also works with Solfeggio frequencies, so you will meet that language in titles and articles.
This is self-guided material. It is not a teacher-student relationship, and nothing here is a demanding musical experience. It is built to recede.
Treating it as background only. The guided meditations are designed as containers for active practice. Putting one on while scrolling wastes it.
Expecting a lineage. Stardust Vibes does not claim descent from a single tradition or teacher. The work draws on psychology, yoga, Reiki, sound healing, hypnotherapy and New Thought ideas. If you want strict Buddhist or Hindu instruction, this isn't it.
Taking the frequency claims as settled science. Solfeggio frequencies sit where sound science meets metaphysics. You can enjoy the music as sleep support without adopting any claim about healing frequencies.
Expecting musical surprise. If you want complexity or challenge from your music, this will feel thin. It is meant to.
The project describes its purpose as relief from stress and anxiety and support for sleep, so it tends to land during stretches of poor sleep, heavy stress, exam or deadline periods, or when a noisy, artificial environment leaves you wanting something that feels like nature. It also suits people who are new to meditation and want a low-pressure, free way in, without commitment or dogma.
Day 1: On YouTube, sample one sleep piece, one nature-sound piece and one guided meditation. Note which you reach for again.
Day 2: Use the nature sound you preferred during your work or study block, at low volume.
Day 3: Do a guided meditation, sitting up, with nothing else open. Afterward, write one sentence about how you feel.
Day 4: Play the sleep meditation in bed, with the screen off or dimmed.
Day 5: Repeat the guided meditation you chose on Day 3 and see whether it feels different the second time.
Day 6: Read one article on stardustvibes.com, then listen to a piece on Spotify or Apple Music.
Day 7: Review your notes. Keep whichever use worked best, whether sleep, study or meditation, and subscribe on YouTube with notifications on, since new uploads are the project's release schedule.
