Sinéad de hÓra

Sinéad de hÓra describes herself as an Angel healer, teacher, speaker and writer. Her work is about supporting people to listen to their intuition and become the most confident, happiest version of themselves.

In one-to-one sessions, online or in person, she works with Rahanni Celestial healing, Reiki or Angel healing. A session typically begins with a guided meditation to ground you both. She then listens to her Angels, relays what she receives, and shapes the session around your needs. Depending on what comes through, that may include oracle or tarot cards, energy clearing, ancestral healing and intuitive guidance. She is clear that this is Angel healing, not a psychic or medium reading.

Sinéad also teaches. She leads courses, group ceremonies, retreats and cacao ceremonies. She trains others as practitioners in Rahanni energy healing and in Angel and Oracle card readings. Her group sessions can draw on Yin Yoga, guided meditation and visualisation, and oracle readings. She also offers bespoke corporate wellness workshops on mindfulness, energy and intuition.

She hosts The Sinéad de hÓra Podcast, which she describes as bi-weekly insights on energy, healing, Angels and spiritual awakening. She has also created three oracle decks and a series of journals called The Guides. They cover the Divine Masculine and Feminine, the Moon and the menstrual cycle.
