Living yoga

Ekta is a spirited Yoga Teacher from India currently residing at the land known to have been inhabited by ancient Yogis - Hrishikesh. Yoga is a path of self-discovery for her - a journey to recognize ones inherent wholeness.

This pursuit has drawn her closer to the Himalayas where the river Ganges - known as a source of all knowledge originates. She is greatly inspired by Embodied Yoga - a yogic practice emphasizing the importance of mindfulness, breath and the human body as a gateway to inner awareness.

She nourishes her yogic understanding through the lens of non-dualistic teachings of vedanta and realized saints like Bhagwan Ramana Maharshi.
