Jessica Lee is a yoga teacher focusing on Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Hatha practices. She describes herself as a movement, deep relaxation and living well advocate, and her work centres on recovery from burnout: helping people fulfil their potential in body and mind by making stress their friend.
She has been teaching, assisting and contributing to the yoga community internationally since 2018, after graduating from the Peaceful Warriors 200hr Teacher Training in January of that year. She is a registered 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) for Yin Yoga. She has since completed a further 600 hours of continued yoga education, and has taught Yin, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Power, Prenatal, Postnatal and Kids yoga. She has also studied Ayurveda and Holistic Health Coaching, which she weaves into her yoga and offerings. She is currently studying a 300hr teacher training with Radiantly Alive, Bali.
Jessica's compassionate teaching style encourages yogis of all levels to feel comfortable in their own practice and to build one that is nourishing and rewarding. Through her classes she hopes to help students bring more mindfulness and awareness into daily life. Her private one-to-one sessions are tailored to each person, drawing on styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Tantra, Yin, Nidra, breathwork and Non-Sleep Deep Rest, and are offered both online and in person.
Alongside teaching students, she runs Yin Yoga teacher trainings and supports other teachers in building confident, sustainable businesses, especially in corporate yoga. She also enjoys yoga photography as a way to share her creativity and capture the practice.
After several years teaching in London, UK, Jessica relocated to Portugal, where she offers in-person and online classes, teacher trainings and wellness programmes. Her workshops, retreats and online courses make her teaching accessible worldwide.
