Giselli Duarte

Giselli Duarte is a Brazilian author, psychoanalyst and meditation teacher whose work centers on self-knowledge. She has worked in psychoanalysis and integrative therapies since 2015, helping people reconnect with themselves. She trained in Clinical Psychoanalysis and Integrative Therapies. She believes transformation begins when we stop repeating patterns and start making conscious choices.

Her guided meditations and practices combine ancestral techniques with depth psychology. They are meant as safe spaces for people looking for clarity, balance and a more authentic life. She is the founder of Terapeutas Digitais and the creator of the Método Raiz. Her work brings together strategy, deep listening and genuine presence.

Writing has been part of her life for as long as she can remember, in notebooks, blogs and files full of questions and stories, long before her first publication. She says she has never written only to publish. Writing is how she organizes her thoughts and makes sense of what she is still learning.

Her books include Lado B, an honest look at the layers of self-knowledge that show up once you go beyond the polished surface. She also wrote No Caminho do Autoconhecimento, a collection of short daily reflections meant to be read slowly. Histórias de Jardim e Café was written with Lita Duarte and gathers scenes, memories and conversations that cross generations. She has also contributed as a co-author to collective anthologies, including Vozes em Movimento, Leia Mulheres, Sagrado Feminino and Psicologia da Rejeição.
