Dr Marie Mbouni

Dr Marie Mbouni worked for 15 years as a medical doctor, an anesthesiologist, before she turned to a different kind of work. She knew the feeling of reaching the destination she had worked toward and finding that it felt hollow. She chose to change how she lived so that her mind and body could work in harmony, and that choice became the foundation of her teaching.

Today she helps high-achievers build a connection between mind, body and heart. She has created a method of consciousness coaching. It aims to bring more creativity, stamina, success and wellness, and to help people release limiting beliefs and fears, trust their intuition and feel whole. She works through one-to-one coaching, mastermind groups and on-demand courses.

Her background spans Western and Eastern medicine. She holds an MPH alongside her medical training. Her Eastern roots include energy, sound and shamanic healing, creativity and yoga. She is the founder of Heart Leadership and The Supercreator® Method, and she is a bestselling author, healer and speaker.
