Clara Schroeder

Clara Schroeder is an ecotherapist, speaker and author who helps ambitious women and high-achieving leaders find calm and cultivate wellbeing in nature. Her work centers on building resilience and purpose, and on reconnecting with what really matters.

She holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and has a global background spanning eight countries. Before this work she was in B2B SaaS marketing and sales, so she knows the pressure and demands of modern leadership firsthand. She is also a certified mindfulness teacher. She has been a Dharma practitioner for over 10 years and has lived and volunteered at a Buddhist monastery in Nepal.

Clara supports people in deepening their connection to themselves and to nature through ecotherapy and mental resilience coaching. As a consultant and speaker, she has partnered with organizations including Microsoft, Terumo Neuro and Women in Cloud.

She is the author of Re-Nature: How Nature Helps Us Feel Better and Do Better. The book explores the links between nature, mental health and climate action, and how healing our connection to the natural world can support both personal wellbeing and planetary health.
