Look Club - Online - March 2027

Look Club is an online gathering from the Visual Thinking Strategies Institute, a program of Commonweal in Bolinas, California. It meets virtually over Zoom, so anyone can take part from anywhere in the world. This is the March edition of the series.

Visual Thinking Strategies, often called VTS, is the approach behind the Institute's work. Commonweal describes it as a way to understand yourself and others through visual thinking. Look Club offers a way into that practice for people who want to spend time looking, thinking and talking together in a community setting, without travelling.

Where It Fits

The Visual Thinking Strategies Institute is one of the programs that make up Commonweal, a healing and learning community on the Marin coast. Commonweal's programs host hundreds of events, circles, workshops and classes each year, with a focus on community, training, conversation and resilience. Alongside Look Club, the Institute runs beginner and advanced practicums and coaching gatherings, many of them online. Look Club is listed as an event in its own right rather than a training course.
