このイベントについて
説明
Release the mind and let the body lead. JewelTree Nataraj Meditation — cosmic dancing — isn’t about dance steps or choreography. It’s an invitation to surrender, to move naturally, and to allow your body to express itself freely, carried by an eclectic blend of uplifting and soulful music.
“Dance as meditation—traditional Nataraj—is one of the oldest meditations there is. I’ve been wanting to have Nataraj as a regular event for years.”
– Swami Premodaya
2:00pm to 3:00pm (US Pacific Time) In Person Cost: $15.00
