A holistic healing academy running seminars and retreats on Rhodes, Greece
Mornings at the AnaGennisi retreat begin with yoga in Koskinou, a traditional Dodecanese village on Rhodes, a few minutes from the sea. The group, capped at twelve, stays at Athina's Villa. The 2026 retreat, "The Path to Your Core," ran eight days and seven nights from May 7 to 14, and was open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, aged 18 and over.
The name means rebirth. AnaGennisi describes itself as a humanitarian academy dedicated to healing on every level of being, working first on the energetic, spiritual and emotional levels and then on the physical. Its motto is in ancient Greek, "Πᾶσα ἴασις ἔνδον ἄρχεται" (all healing begins within), and its pages quote Plato's Meno on the soul being born again but never destroyed. Vaios, Panagiota and their team guide the work, and the academy's address is Kapodistriou 59 in Rhodes.
The teaching is structured. The Art of Iasis is a therapeutic system arranged in nine levels, with practitioner training in the method. Systemic Soul Healing uses experiential constellations to release ancestral and karmic entanglements. Embryogenesis moves through four stages: karma, soul plan, pregnancy and birth. Other seminars include the Masculine and Feminine Principle archetypes, Epaggelomai on the soul's career path, and the Ancestors-Descendants workshop. The academy also makes Greek botanical flower essences and aura sprays.
On Rhodes, the seminars sit alongside sound healing, guided meditation, daily yoga and a massage. The island supplies the rest of the itinerary: the Sanctuary of Archangel Michael in Kato Petres, the Temple of Apollo, the Palace of the Grand Master, meditation at Filerimos Hill with its panoramic view, and yoga and meditation on the beach at Tsambika Psili Monastery. Meals are built on local produce, free-range eggs and fresh Aegean fish.
