Descrizione

The Inner Science of Healing is a live online course on trauma healing and attunement, taught over five months by Thomas Hübl, PhD. It is meant for people who want to sharpen their intuitive sensing, refine their attunement skills, and work with more precision and depth across the individual, ancestral, and collective dimensions of trauma. It is held entirely online, through Thomas Hübl's Academy of Inner Science, and Thomas offers one intensive course of this kind each year.

What to Expect

Over the five months, the course combines teaching with live process work, so you see the material applied with real participants rather than only explained. Special guest speakers join the program. There are also eight optional integration sessions with trained professionals, a space to absorb and make sense of what arises along the way.

The course sits within the Academy's wider focus on transparent communication and attunement skills, individual, ancestral, and collective trauma healing, trauma-informed leadership, and meditation and mystical studies. It offers a framework for your own personal development as well as a way to take part in collective healing work.

Past participants describe the sessions as deep, well organized, and safe. One psychologist called the course "from beginning to end an example of safe and coherent relationships." A leadership development specialist found it "Fantastic. Positive. Deep." Several people single out the experience of watching Thomas work live with students, and one practitioner said studying with him gave precision to the specific interventions, techniques, and modalities in their work with people.

About Thomas Hübl

Thomas Hübl, PhD, is a teacher, author, and international facilitator who works within the complexity of systems and cultural change. He brings together the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism with the discoveries of science.

Born in Austria, he studied medicine at the University of Vienna and worked as a paramedic for nine years. In the 1990s he left his studies to teach meditation and mindfulness-based awareness practices. He began holding retreats in Austria and Germany in the early 2000s, and noticed that many participants began to voice deeply held intergenerational wounds stemming from the Second World War. Over the following two decades he developed the Collective Trauma Integration Process for working with individual, ancestral, and collective trauma, a facilitated process of sharing and reflection.

Before You Go

The course takes place live online, so you can join from wherever you are. The integration sessions are optional, and you can decide how much of that support to use. Thomas's programs range from several weeks to several years, and some lead to professional certifications and academic credit, so this course can also be one step among many pathways if you want to go further with the work.
