Shiva Shakti Festival 2026

Shiva Shakti marks a turning point in the Shakti Festival lineage. Born from four years of women-centered gatherings, this inaugural three-day festival opens the circle to include men—not as couples, but as individuals and groups seeking a deeper understanding of masculine and feminine energies within themselves and in relation to others. The festival invites participants to move beyond defensive patterns and habitual relational roles, exploring authentic encounter through embodied practice, circle work, movement, and ritual. Housed in nature-immersed venues in Tuscany or Umbria, the gathering brings together approximately 150 people for an intensive exploration of what it means to meet oneself and another with presence, consent, and openness. Teachers guide participants through eight holistic practices spanning somatic work, kundalini yoga, 5Rhythms, nervous-system attunement, cacao ceremony, and drum circle. This is not a retreat designed for couples alone; rather, it welcomes partners, friends, siblings, and solo seekers equally. All meals are vegetarian and inclusive. The festival assumes no prior experience in yoga, meditation, or tantric practice.
