Question 1

Where exactly is the Release and Restore April Weekend held?

Accepted Answer

It takes place at The Deerstone Eco Resort, an eco luxury hideaway in Glendalough, Co. Wicklow (postcode A98K599). The venue can be reached on 0861918443, and it has its own website linked from the event page.

Question 2

Who leads the Release and Restore weekend?

Accepted Answer

The weekend is organised by Dani Shiels, whose retreats are listed on her website, danisheil.com. Her email on the listing, danisheilyoga@gmail.com, suggests a yoga-based approach, but check her retreat page for the detailed programme.

Question 3

How long is the retreat, and does it run over the full weekend?

Accepted Answer

It is a three-day residential-style weekend, running from the Friday morning through to the Sunday afternoon. The exact start and finish times are shown on the event listing.

Question 4

How do I book a place on the April 2027 retreat?

Accepted Answer

Booking details are on the dedicated retreat page at danisheil.com/retreats/april-weekend-retreat-thedeerstone-2027. For questions before booking, you can email Dani at danisheilyoga@gmail.com.

Question 5

Is accommodation included in the retreat price?

Accepted Answer

The organiser's listing does not say what the price covers, so do not assume accommodation or meals are included. Check the retreat page or email Dani Shiels to confirm inclusions and room options at The Deerstone before you book.

Question 6

What is the setting like, and who is it likely to suit?

Accepted Answer

The Deerstone describes itself as an eco luxury hideaway in Glendalough, in the Wicklow countryside. That suits people who want a quiet, nature-based weekend to slow down and reset, which fits the 'Release and Restore' title. It may be less suited to anyone wanting a busy, social or city-based event.

Question 7

Who do I contact if I have questions about the weekend or the venue?

Accepted Answer

For questions about the programme or booking, email the organiser, Dani Shiels, at danisheilyoga@gmail.com. For questions about the property itself, call The Deerstone Eco Resort on 0861918443.
