Question 4

Do I need any prior experience or knowledge to attend?

No prior experience is necessary. Community Day is designed to be welcoming to everyone—whether you're exploring healing practices for the first time or you're already familiar with various modalities. The mini sessions are introductory in nature.

Question 5

What should I bring or wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended if you plan to participate in hands-on healing sessions. Consider bringing an open mind and perhaps a journal if you like to reflect on your experiences. Contact the shop if you have specific questions about preparation.
