Informazioni su questo evento

Descrizione

A+Yoga is a week-long Ayurvedic yoga retreat with Ali Cramer at Xinalani Retreat Center on Mexico's Pacific coast, near Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. It is for yoga practitioners who want a stronger, more deliberate practice and a working introduction to Ayurveda, the traditional system of balance that shapes the daily rhythm here. The setting is intimate, tucked between jungle and sea.

What to Expect

Days are built around strong, intelligent yoga that develops heat, strength, mobility, and presence, and they are paired with meditation, breathwork, and Ayurvedic teachings and rituals. The intention, as the retreat describes it, is to recalibrate: to feel more at home in your body, more energized, and more attuned to your own natural rhythms.

The schedule balances rigor with room to breathe. A typical day runs like this:

- 7:00 to 7:30 am: morning coffee and snacks
- 7:30 to 8:00 am: breathwork and meditation
- 8:00 to 9:30 am: vinyasa practice
- 10:00 to 11:00 am: breakfast
- 2:30 to 3:30 pm: lunch
- Around 5:00 pm: evening practice in Ayurveda, restorative, or yin
- 7:30 to 8:30 pm: dinner

The long stretch between breakfast and lunch is unstructured. Guests use it to swim, hike, read, rest, or visit the spa. The retreat lasts seven nights.
