Question 1

Where exactly will the 300hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali be held?

Accepted Answer

The venue is still to be announced, and the organizer's page doesn't name one for the training. Exhale Yoga Retreats' Bali programming has centred on Ubud and Uluwatu, but that describes their separate Bali Dream Yoga Retreat, not this training. Confirm the location with the organizer before booking flights.

Question 2

Is the 300hr training the same thing as the Bali Dream Yoga Retreat?

Accepted Answer

The page lists them separately. The Bali Dream Yoga Retreat is described as a 10-day trip through Ubud and Uluwatu with yoga, culture, exploring and surfing. The page gives no schedule for the 300hr training, so ask the organizer whether any locations or activities overlap.

Question 3

Does the organizer's page say what the 300hr curriculum, certification or price are?

Accepted Answer

No. The page doesn't list a syllabus, lead teachers, registration body, tuition or what's included. Ask for these in writing before committing, especially if you need the hours to count toward a particular credential.

Question 4

What is the atmosphere of an Exhale Yoga Retreats program likely to be?

Accepted Answer

Their own descriptions stress yoga alongside culture, exploring, surfing, deep connections and "good vibes", with small, like-hearted groups in destination settings. Expect a community and travel-oriented feel. If you want a strictly academic, study-only environment, check the daily structure of the training first.

Question 5

What is "Jungle Dance", and is it part of this teacher training?

Accepted Answer

Jungle Dance is a primal movement practice featured in Exhale's separate Nurture Your Nature retreat in Bali, described as a way to connect with intuition and feel more natural. The page doesn't say it is part of the 300hr training. Ask whether it appears in the training program.

Question 6

Will there be time for surfing or exploring Bali during the training?

Accepted Answer

Surfing and exploring are highlighted in Exhale's other Bali retreats, including Uluwatu surf and rock pool visits. The page doesn't say whether the 300hr training includes free time or excursions. Ask for a sample daily schedule to see how much unstructured time there is.

Question 7

How do I sign up or ask questions about the training?

Accepted Answer

The organizer's page directs interested people to an inquiry button for its retreats, so booking appears to start with an inquiry rather than instant checkout. Use that route to ask about the venue, schedule, cost and certification for the 300hr training.
