Hale Pule was founded in Hawai'i in 1999. The name is Hawaiian and means "house of prayer". The team kept it so they would not forget the true nature of their work, which is to build a deeper connection to oneself through Ayurveda and Yoga. Its stated mission is to inspire people to expand their perspective and develop a powerful connection with themselves, with nature and with the universe. In the team's words, Hale Pule's staff has supported thousands of people to reclaim their natural state of health.

Myra offers Ayurveda consultations, in English and in Japanese. Under the name Myraji, she also teaches yoga classes online, with the aim of healing body, mind and spirit by aligning Yoga and Ayurveda practices. She presents yoga as a spiritual practice.

Around her, Hale Pule offers online study at every level in Ayurveda and Yoga. This includes Ayurvedic health counselor certification and mentorship for Ayurveda students. Its programs are classically based and designed to give students practical tools for daily life.
