Bunny Love-Schock is a meditation teacher, writer, astrologer, certified somatic embodiment coach and ordained Interfaith Minister. She has devoted her life to helping people transform their relationship with themselves, and describes her work as helping people craft a life deeply rooted in love: for themselves, the people they cherish, and the path calling them forward.
Her path began early. She describes practising rituals as a child, and she has studied and delivered ritual and ceremony for over thirty years, training with mentors worldwide. She is a certified Celebrant, trauma-informed Somatic Coach, Spiritual Counsellor and trained Astrologer. Her further training includes Reiki Master Teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Buddhist relaxation teaching, meditation teaching, and Celtic Shamanism and Animism. Her Insight Timer page notes accreditation by The Somatic School and One Spirit Interfaith Foundation. She says her meditation skills, and her ability to hold space and be present with people, grew out of those years of training and embodying the teachings.
Before this work, Bunny was a trained contemporary dancer and choreographer, wedding planner, luxury goods producer and cultural fundraiser, raising millions of pounds for arts and culture in the UK. Today she works through private coaching, ceremonies, courses, her Whisky Made Woman podcast and a weekly Love Stories newsletter. She describes her style as down to earth, funny and straightforward. Her meditations on sleep and dreams have reached over 101,000 people, according to her website, and her work has been featured in The Sunday Times, Psychologies Magazine and New York Post, as noted on her Insight Timer page.
Bunny's work has been included in a number of published books, and she has endorsed and contributed to the work of fellow practitioners, including Lucy Sheridan's The Comparison Cure and Tamu Thomas's Women Who Work Too Much. As an Animist, she spends time deepening relationships with the seen and unseen, and she sees part of her job as finding the rites of passage the West has misplaced, especially as a Scottish Celtic woman. She lives in the Scottish Highlands with her husband and her cat, Shadow, and enjoys horses, archery, sea swimming, gardening and poetry.
