Ariel Hardy

Ariel Hardy is a self-taught energy healer who has worked full time in the field since 1996. She works long distance, and people around the U.S. and the world text or WhatsApp her to have their energy cleared, centered and reconnected to the Light in just a few minutes. She offers these energy "tuneups" on weekday mornings. People come to them daily or as needed, and some arrange them for teenagers, children and pets.

Ariel describes her work as calling in the Light, getting out of the way and letting a waterfall of light move through her. In her words: "I have spent my lifetime connecting daily to the light. It brings me joy to share that light with you!" She also writes of bringing the Light down through the body "so that the Universe lives within us." She shares meditations and a newsletter, including reflections on guided group "waves" of light. Her advice is to stay steady, aware but not afraid, and to trust the Mystery while doing your part.

Ariel lives a simple life near a lake and redwoods. She walks several times a day, meditates, writes and keeps a gratitude journal at the park. She spends time with her two grown daughters and helps care for her new grandson. She likes to play "Earth Angel," turning up at the right time and place to help someone in her city neighborhood.
