Ritiro ayurvedico
Descrizione
Oneness Panchakarma is an Ayurveda retreat at the Ekam Sattva Campus in Varadaiahpalem, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is meant for people who feel worn down by stress and want to set aside time for healing, rest and inner stillness in a place built around the Oneness teachings of Ekam.
Ekam describes its vision as igniting individual consciousness and guiding people toward the realization of Oneness. The retreat belongs to that wider body of work, which moves from stress and separation toward peace, connection and a steadier sense of purpose.
The Practices of Ekam
Meditation sits at the center of Ekam's teaching. The practices were designed by Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, rooted in yogic wisdom and shaped by brain research carried out at the Oneness Consciousness Lab. Several of them speak directly to the body's health and the quieting of the mind:
- Ekam Health Practice: a breath-based meditation drawn from ancient yogic traditions. It works with three energies of the subtle body: Ojas, described as golden, for resilience and repair; Tejas, white, for vitality and radiance; and Prana, blue, for life force and healing.
- Serene Mind Practice: a three-minute meditation that calms the amygdala, the brain's fear center, and engages the prefrontal cortex to support focus and emotional regulation.
- Soul Sync Meditation: a nine-minute morning practice that settles the body, calms the mind and opens a wider state of awareness at the start of the day.
- Ekam Mantra: the six-syllable chant Humsa Sohum Ekam, which Mukti Guru Sri Preethaji received within the sanctum of Ekam. It is chanted with breath awareness, traditionally 11, 28, 48 or 108 times.
The Teachers Behind Ekam
Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji are the teachers whose meditation practices form the foundation of Ekam's programs. Sri Preethaji is known as a Mukti Guru, and the Ekam Mantra was revealed to her. Together they guide the Oneness programs, which include Manifest, the Abundance Festival and Tapas. Manifest has reached over 75,000 families since 2021.
The Setting
The Ekam Sattva Campus is in Varadaiahpalem, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, in southern India. Ekam is a place designed for meditation, prayer and quiet, and the campus gives the Panchakarma retreat a calm setting, away from daily routines.
Before You Go
The Soul Sync, Serene Mind and Ekam Health practices are all short and can be learned without prior meditation experience. Many people use them daily at home, so you can arrive already familiar with the approach, or meet it for the first time on the campus.
