The Deep Roots Cohort is a yearlong journey for changemakers who are ready to lead from depth, integrity, and connection to place. Over twelve months, we gather in retreat and in circle to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the inner ground from which true leadership grows. Participants strengthen their resilience, expand their relational field, and build partnerships that support community health, ecological stewardship, and justice in our bioregion. Together we cultivate a regenerative culture—one rooted in trust, wisdom, and the courage to act on what matters most. Leaders emerge with clarity, community, and a living sense of purpose that continues long after the cohort ends.
