Join us for a special day where pampering meets the boutique hotel Ellery Beach House on Lidingö (30 minutes from Central Stockholm).

While in Tuscany for the retreat, I really noticed the power of beautiful surroundings, and thought immediately about Ellery: gorgeous venue, where details matter, sauna by the sea and sauna with warm pool, good food, cosy spaces. And that feeling of doing something SPECIAL.

This is why I partnered with them and I am inviting you to spend the day there, on 23rd November, for a day retreat: Synergy Fluid Flow class with longer meditation and savasana, lunch in one of their restaurants, and then we can enjoy a long 3 hours session at the saunas.

Slowing down and take care of yourself is not an execption, it is a basic need we have to feel good and function properly.
