✨AWARENESS - Self-Healing Breathwork Meditation : Center your mind, reset your nervous system & balance your body through a gentle introduction style of breathwork meditation that  moves into the subtle layers of the body & mind, bringing calm, peace and emotional balance.

🙏ACTIVATE - Intuitive Movement & Self-Expression  : Activate through guided and intuitive movement, connect to your voice, primal power and self--expression. Here the energy of the night builds as we prepare for a wild and expressive night of celebration 

💃AWAKEN - Free Flow Ecstatic Dance: .Dance freely where movement & music becomes medicine. Call it what you want, free flow dance, Ecstatic dance, or just plain dancing - Music styles of Organic, Afro & Progressive house along with Melodic Techno, & Tribal Rhythms).

🎶RESTORE - Ambient Sound Journey Integration: Complete the experience with the healing soundscape frequencies of an ambient sound bath. guiding you back to a place of stillness, integrating the energy of the evening, and leaving feeling renewed, aligned, and connected.

⭐CONNECT -  Welcoming Social environment & Connection: An inclusive, sober social environment to connect, play and explore this experience among like minded individuals. Connection is at the heart of AWAKEN. 

AFTERNOON WORKSHOP:

AWARENESS Breathwork, Self-Healing & Empowerment Immersion (In English) - (3-5PM)

This afternoon pre-main event workshop offers an opportunity to go much deeper into all of the explorations presented in the evening main experience.

We will explore a variety of longer and full length meditations, breathing methods, journalling exercises, self-healing practices & conscious intuitive momvement practices that support in bringing emotional balance, inner peace and a deepened understanding on what it means to heal & connect with your authentic self. 

Corey will also teach his main awareness method which is based on a variety of Self-Healing & Meditative methodologies including; Mindfulness, Yoga’s Self-Inquiry, Buddhist Vipassana, and Emotional Trauma Release therapies. Corey infuses his decade of facilitation with to-the-point discourses & direct practices that inspire personal healing and an authentic desire for peace & joyful living.

Corey Sheikh - Ecstatic Dance DJ, Producer, Spiritual Mentor & Meditation Teacher



Corey Sheikh is the visionary creator, DJ, and primary facilitator of the AWAKEN Experience—a transformative journey of dance, breath and sound; drawing from over 12 years in guiding wellness based sessions. His background in Group Fitness, Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork, Meditation, Emotional Healing, and Sound Therapy all have been weaved together through his music curation, production & mixing. His DJ sets bring together the essence of these modalities through the expression of dance, breath and frequency, pulling on the sounds of Organic, Afro, and Progressive House, Tribal Melodic Techno, and Golden Era Trance, enriched by ambient synths, ancient vocals, and meditative soundscapes. These curated musical journeys create immersive, transformative experiences, inviting a full spectrum of emotions, energies, and sensations aligned with AWAKEN’s holistic approach.
