Sound Of The Soul with SIMRIT is a high-vibration, heart opening journey designed to drop you out of the noise and back into your deepest frequency.

Held outside in the lush oasis of 1000 Palms in Miami, this immersive workshop fuses Kundalini Yoga & meditation, mantra and movement into one powerful, soul-moving flow.

Joined by DJ Javadi on the decks, Simrit will guide you through breath, movement, & sacred sound. It’s here that you’ll reset your nervous system, release whats heavy, and tap into a more elevated, magnetic you.

Following Simrit’s workshop, Jenergy and DJ Javadi will lead participants into movement and dancing with the sounds of dub, world, and roots reggae music. This ecstatic dance portion of the event will be guided by Jenergy and her movement medicine practice.
