This 90-minute small group yoga therapy workshop is designed to support digestive wellness, helping participants release tension, stimulate internal organs, and cultivate mindful awareness of the body’s natural rhythms. Using a combination of yoga asana, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices, participants will learn techniques to promote healthy digestion, reduce bloating, and alleviate digestive discomfort.

Throughout the session, participants will:

Move mindfully through gentle, targeted yoga poses that massage the abdominal region, support peristalsis, and enhance core stability.

Practice breathing techniques that stimulate the diaphragm, promote relaxation, and support proper oxygenation to the digestive organs.
