Through Iyengar yoga, guided reflection, nature, and a powerful Nāda Yoga sound session, you’ll learn practical tools to calm the mind and reconnect with yourself.

Iyengar Yoga Practice; A grounding and accessible practice led by Ramanand Patel (Iyengar Institute of San Francisco, student of B.K.S Iyengar), focusing on alignment, awareness, and stability.
Understanding Stress Workshop; Learn how stress shows up in the body and mind—and gain practical tools to respond with more awareness and ease.
Nāda Yoga (Yoga of Sound); A deeply calming session using sound and vibration to quiet the mind and support nervous system regulation.
Guided Journalling; Space to reflect, process, and integrate your experience.
Optional Forest Walking Meditation; Connect with nature and slow down through mindful movement.
Nourishing Vegetarian Lunch; A wholesome, thoughtfully prepared meal to support your body and energy.
