The beginning of the year can be a time for evaluation, choices, decisions. We will explore accessing our higher wisdom for guidance, and the wisdom of “sitting in the question” when the path forward doesn’t seem clear. The presentation begins with the Connect the Dots guided meditation - visualizing energy centers - followed by Being Glow, adding a few energy centers, and exploring the qualities of each center, all accompanied by Kate Moody's sublime keyboard music. The deep relaxation and openness engendered by the Connect & Glow practice helps release patterns of tension, and supports personal growth. In this relaxed state, we practice listening for guidance and intuitive prompts. This program is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners.
