For more than four decades, Marianne Williamson has been a leader of spiritually progressive circles. She is the author of 17 books, four of which have been #1 New York Times best sellers.

Her mega-bestseller A Return to Love contains the passage that begins "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…" It is considered an anthem for a contemporary generation of seekers. Through her books and online classes, she has taught millions of people the universal spiritual principles at the heart of miracle-minded thinking. Her work also includes lectures, seminars, meditations and daily and weekly teachings drawn from A Course in Miracles.

Williamson founded Project Angel Food, a non-profit organization that has delivered more than 20 million meals to ill and dying homebound patients in the Los Angeles area since 1989. It was created to help people suffering from the ravages of HIV/AIDS. She has also worked throughout her career on poverty, anti-hunger and racial reconciliation issues, and she co-founded The Peace Alliance and supported the creation of a U.S. Department of Peace.
