説明
Turn Up The FREAKuency: Release Your Inner WILD is a week-long yoga retreat at Xinalani Retreat, an oceanfront jungle resort near Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. It is led by yoga teacher Jenn Dashem and built around creative movement, breath focus and time in nature. It suits anyone who wants to loosen the grip of perfectionism and guilt, step out of everyday noise, and rediscover a more playful, curious way of moving through the day.
What to Expect
The retreat is described as a safe and fun space, and the teaching follows that spirit. Jenn brings light-hearted kindness, big breath and movement to her classes, with attention to safety, comfort and body-positivity. The aim is to release held-back energy and reconnect with a wilder, more curious self, without taking any of it too seriously.
Days follow an easy rhythm:
- 7:00 to 7:30 am: morning coffee and snacks
- 8:00 to 9:30 am: morning meditation and yoga
- 10:00 to 11:00 am: breakfast
- 2:30 to 3:30 pm: lunch
- 5:15 to 6:15 pm: evening yoga
- 7:30 to 8:30 pm: dinner
The long stretch between breakfast and lunch is left open for kayaking, snorkeling and resting. The week also includes a jungle trek and a sound bath. Yoga takes place in open-air studios.
