説明
Sivananda Ashram Bahamas 2027 is a kirtan retreat led by Jahnavi Harrison at Sivananda Ashram Bahamas in Nassau, on New Providence island. It suits anyone drawn to mantra chanting, sacred song and the quiet that follows, whether you come to sing, to listen or to rest in the sound.
The retreat runs for four days, and the ashram setting gives it the feel of a yoga retreat as much as a musical gathering. Jahnavi Harrison, a musician and practitioner of bhakti-yoga, leads the program.
What to Expect
Kirtan is call-and-response chanting, and this retreat is built around it. Jahnavi Harrison offers mantra kirtan with her voice and violin, in the spirit of her work as a whole: sacred song as a way of reconnecting with the still space within. The retreat takes place at a yoga ashram, so expect it to sit comfortably alongside the rhythm of ashram life.
