Panchakarma 7 Nights (Private Group) is an Ayurveda retreat at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, in Gianyar Regency, Bali. It is a seven-night Panchakarma healing program, run as a private group, for people who want to take their health into their own hands in the setting of a dedicated Ayurveda centre in Ubud.

What to Expect

The program is built around Panchakarma, the Ayurvedic healing program that Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud offers throughout the year. This stay is the seven-night format, the shortest length the centre schedules. Because it is a private group, you take part alongside the other members of your own group rather than a mixed intake of individual guests.

Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud also runs Panchakarma for longer stays of 14 and 21 nights, and its programs can extend to 10 or 28 nights. If seven nights feels too short for what you have in mind, those longer options are worth asking the centre about.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, in the Ubud area of Gianyar Regency on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The centre is devoted to Ayurveda and Panchakarma, so the stay is organised around the treatment program rather than around general holiday activities.
