This is a seven-night Panchakarma programme, an Ayurveda retreat at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It is for anyone who wants to spend a week on a Panchakarma cleansing and healing programme in a dedicated Ayurveda centre, taking their health into their own hands.

The seven-night stay is the shortest of the programme lengths Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud offers. Panchakarma is also available here for 10, 14, 21 and 28 nights, so guests who want a longer course of treatment can choose one. This week-long option starts in the final weeks of the year, at the close of the centre's calendar of arrival dates, and follows a run of other seven-night, 14-night and 21-night departures.

Before You Go

Panchakarma at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud is booked as a residential programme, with the length of stay chosen at the time of booking. Popular dates can fill completely. Some weeks on the centre's calendar are held for private groups, and guests whose preferred dates are full can ask to be told if a place opens up.

Indonesian citizens and KITAS or KITAP holders can book 7, 10, 14, 21 or 28 nights of Panchakarma with a 10% saving, subject to the centre's terms and conditions.
