The Shape of the Stay

The programme runs for seven nights, with guests arriving and departing on a weekly rhythm. Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud schedules its Panchakarma in blocks of 7, 14 or 21 nights, and this event is the shortest of them. Many start dates through the year also come in longer versions, so a guest who wants more time can usually extend the same programme to two or three weeks. Some weeks are held for private groups, and popular weeks fill early.
