This is a 14-night Panchakarma retreat at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, in Ubud, Bali. Panchakarma is the Ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation programme, and this stay is for people who want to give it a full two weeks rather than a shorter visit. It begins in January.

Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud runs its programmes on a rolling calendar, so you arrive with a small group of guests rather than a fixed cohort. The 14-night length is one of the options for guests who want a longer course. If you prefer a shorter or longer stay, the same centre also offers 7, 10, 21 and 28 nights.
