Graeme Roger, Wildbird

Visual artist Graeme Roger presents work developed through an extended residency with the Burghead community. Working within the Small Halls Artist Residency Programme, Roger employed contemporary visual storytelling to engage with local residents, drawing out the history, identity, and narratives that define this Scottish coastal place. The work reflects a collaborative process of discovery, where artist and community members explored shared heritage and everyday life together, using the village hall as a space for creative exchange and collective meaning-making.
