説明
Come Back to You is a weekend yoga retreat at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, built around gentle movement, meditation, reflection, and deep rest. It is for people who have been moving through life on autopilot, carrying long to-do lists or the needs of everyone but themselves, and who want a slow, quiet way back to their own center. It is led by Yasmine Cheyenne, a TODAY Show wellness expert and author.
What to Expect
The weekend runs from a Friday check-in to a Sunday departure, and the pace is deliberately unhurried. The program sessions with Yasmine Cheyenne combine slow movement and meditation meant to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and reset the nervous system. Walking meditations on Kripalu's land help you feel grounded and find your natural rhythm. There is dedicated time to write, reflect, and create, and time set aside for quiet naps and stillness.
The days follow a steady rhythm. On Friday, check-in begins at 2:00 pm, followed by a Kripalu Yoga class from 4:45 to 6:00, dinner from 5:30 to 7:30, and an evening program session from 7:30 to 9:00.
Saturday begins with Kripalu Yoga from 6:30 to 7:45 am and a silent breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00. Program sessions run from 9:00 to 11:30 am and again from 1:30 to 4:00 pm, with lunch from 11:30 to 1:30 between them. Another yoga class at 4:45 and dinner from 5:30 close the day.
Sunday starts the same way, with yoga and silent breakfast, then a final program session from 9:00 to 11:00 am. Lunch and departure follow from 11:30 to 1:30 pm. Actual times may vary, and the schedule given at check-in has the details and room locations.
