説明

Tattvaa Yogashala is a Yoga Alliance registered school in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India, offering yoga teacher training and retreats. This application form is the single entry point for its yoga teacher training courses and retreats, including 100, 200, 300 and 500 hour yoga teacher training, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Mysore style Ashtanga training, an online Ashtanga option, and yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra and Ashtanga retreats. It suits anyone who wants to study yoga in Rishikesh and would like to start with a simple conversation rather than a payment.

How Applying Works

You begin by choosing where you would like to study, since the courses on offer change with that choice. The form takes about two minutes. No payment is required to apply, and the team replies by email and WhatsApp, usually within 48 hours.

On the form you can also choose your accommodation: a private room for a single guest, or a room shared by two guests as a couple. Students who enrol three months before a course starts are offered an early bird discount of 10 percent.

The School and Its Teaching

Tattvaa Yogashala has taught since 2012. It is registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYS 200 and RYS 300 school, with an E-RYT 500 teacher, and it reports more than 26 years of practice behind its teaching and over 10,000 certified graduates. The training is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Mysore style practice, and the school pays tribute to Sri K Pattabhi Jois on its pages.

The school lists Yogi Kamal Singh as founder, Sunil Sharma Ji as pranayama and meditation teacher, Swami Omkarananda for psychokinesis and psychic healing, and Yogi Upendra Ji as a highly qualified yoga teacher. Which teachers lead which course is best confirmed with the team when you apply.

Getting There

The school is in Swarg Ashram, near Ram Jhula, in Rishikesh. There are three common routes:

- Fly from Delhi to Dehradun Airport (DED), then take a pre-booked taxi of about 45 minutes.
- Take a private taxi from Delhi, which takes 5 to 6 hours and suits late arrivals or heavy luggage.
- Take a train from Delhi to Haridwar, which takes 4 to 5 hours, then a taxi of about 30 minutes to the school.

Before You Go

Airport pickup can be arranged for an additional fare, confirmed separately and not included in the course fee. If you are unsure which course fits your experience, or want to know about dates, schedules and what each programme includes, ask in your application and the team will answer directly.
