Why Everything Falls Apart Before the Fifth Dimension Opens

Sheila Gillette does not so much start speaking as make room. On a recent episode of Michael Sandler's Inspire Nation, she described the handoff plainly: "I go to the seat next to me if there was one. I just move over and let him come in and take over the body." The "him" is Theo, which Gillette presents as a collective of twelve archangels she has channeled since 1969. The question Sandler brought to that seat was the one many people are asking this year: is the feeling that everything is falling apart the shift itself, or are we simply too boxed in to see what is really happening? What follows is a close reading of the answers Theo gave, including the atom theory that anchors the whole conversation, the claim that humanity is already in the fifth dimension, and the way showers who are lighting the path.

Why does it feel like everything is falling apart?

Sandler's opening question set the terms. Gillette's first answer was that it is probably both. "I think it's all of that," she said, and then she gave the sentence that organizes everything after it: "It has to fall apart. We're letting go of generational patternings that have been passed along for thousands of years." In her framing, the old patterns were never built to survive the move into a higher frequency. "They won't work in the fifth dimension," she said. "We're watching that. But all this chaos is a part of that change."

This is a useful reframe even for listeners who don't share the cosmology. It treats collapse not as evidence that something has gone wrong but as the visible side of an inherited structure giving way. The disorder is the signature of release, not of failure. Gillette made a related point about the era of her own work, noting that when she started in 1969 she was told the change would be global, and that the internet and home computers that now carry her programs did not yet exist. The shift she describes has always been expected to arrive in stages, and some of those stages look like disorder from the inside.

What does the atom have to do with spiritual change?

The analogy at the center of the conversation comes from a theory Gillette credits to Prigogine. Her summary is precise: "The atom has an enormous amount of chaos inside of it to break into a different version." The point is not that chaos is a side effect of transformation but that it is the mechanism. Before an atom becomes a different configuration, its internal state must destabilize past the point where the old arrangement can hold.

Gillette applied this to the present moment directly. "We're in this chaos building up the momentum to go into a different vibrational frequency, a different vector of time, which we call the fifth dimension." She added a line about perspective that is worth keeping: "The third was very myopic. Now we're broadening the aperture." Her preferred image for the same process is an electron changing state. Rather than climbing a hill one step at a time, the electron "starts shaking and vibrating exceptionally violently and then it doesn't gradually go up the hill. It goes poof and is suddenly someplace else."

Sandler, who has a musician's ear for timing, picked up the mood at once and joked that we are in "the shake and not stirred" period. The joke lands because it names the uncomfortable part. If the shift is sudden rather than gradual, the shaking is not a sign that the process has stalled. It is the process.

"We're in the moment... the shake and not stirred." (Sandler, Inspire Nation, reflecting on Gillette's electron analogy)

Are we heading into the fifth dimension, or already in it?

The most provocative claim in the material is one the video's own description puts plainly: "we're not going into the fifth dimension. According to THEO, we're already in it." That is a meaningful distinction. If the fifth dimension is a destination, the task is to travel toward it and the present is a waiting room. If it is the present state viewed from inside a more expansive perspective, then the chaos is what the new frequency feels like from where most people are standing.

Gillette's own words lean toward the second reading. She talks about broadening the aperture, about old thinking that was myopic, and about the fifth dimension as a different vector of time rather than a far-off place. Sandler agreed with her starting premise that time and space are not real, and the conversation moved from there into the practical question of who is noticing the change first.

Who are the way showers?

Gillette uses the term "way showers" for people who say yes to a new way of being before the wider culture has caught up. She grounded it in older language: "The way showers were the scouts, if you would, the ones that went before. And what they would do is they would tie lanterns to the top of their sandals so they could show how to walk on the path."

The lantern image does real work. A scout does not light the whole valley; they show the next person where the footing is. Gillette connected this to the experience of people who come to her work feeling out of step with their families, the black sheep of the family, as she put it. Her reading is that this is not a defect. "That's the way it's supposed to be," she said, "because a way shower of a new way wouldn't adhere to the old of the past, the old ways of being." She offered a radio metaphor to explain the gap: someone living in the new way "trying to understand" the old is "sort of like FM trying to understand AM." The frequencies are different, and that is why the signal sounds strange to the other band.

What is happening to the sensitive ones?

The most personal stretch of the conversation concerned highly functional autistic people. Gillette said she has "a theory about autism," and her core claim is that these individuals "are coming in now because they're going to lead the world that we're birthing at this moment." She tied it to her own family, describing a grandson she called brilliant, adding that he had been telling the family he would be a scientist since he was eleven months old, and that the intelligence "is off the charts."

Her critique is aimed at the framing rather than at any individual. The problem, as she put it in the interview, is when people "making other and saying it's a problem or an illness." Read alongside the way showers idea, the argument is that sensitivity and difference are being labeled as deficits by a culture still running on old patterns, when they may be the early signal of what comes next. This is Gillette's theory, presented as channeled teaching rather than clinical claim, and listeners should weigh it as such. The point that will resonate with many readers is the one about being misunderstood for being early.

What does Theo say about the split?

The video's description sets up the disagreement directly. Suzanne Giesemann's guides say there is no split. Anne Tucker's angels say two worlds are dividing. Paul Selig's guides say the world is cracking open. Sandler had already raised Selig on air at the top of the show, and Gillette's response was to treat the agreement among these teachers as a kind of evidence. "So it all must be true," she said, "because there wouldn't be consistency if it were not."

Theo's ruling on the question is the most interesting part: "They're not wrong and they're not right." The reason, as the description puts it, is that what is happening cannot be fully described in the vocabulary available. Every framing, whether of no split, two worlds, or a cracking open, is a partial lens on a process that exceeds language. The atom theory gives that idea a body. A change of state is hard to narrate while you are inside it, so each teacher describes the part they can see.

What do you actually do while it's happening?

Gillette's most practical contribution comes in the closing stretch of the episode, which the video's chapter list titles "The One Thing to Do Every Morning." Her framing there is about fear-based thinking and the pathways it runs through. The description promises that the practice is meant to rewire those pathways, and that the way to start is by beginning the day differently. The excerpt available for this piece does not let us reconstruct the full practice step by step, so readers who want the exact method should go to that chapter of the episode rather than rely on a paraphrase.

The chapter list also places fear and faith side by side under the title "Fear and Faith Are the Same Thing." That claim sits inside the same architecture as the atom theory: fear and faith are presented as two readings of the same energy, not as opposites. Again, the full argument is in the video, and it is worth hearing in the speaker's own words.

Where to go from here

The conversation rewards a slow listen, and it is most useful when you approach it as a set of images to test against your own life rather than as a settled map. Start with the chapter on the atom theory and the electron, because the rest of the episode leans on it. Then move to the way showers and the sensitive ones, which translate the cosmology into questions about family, difference, and being early. Finish with the morning practice, and give it a few days before deciding what it did or did not change.

  • Listen first to the opening exchange on falling apart, where Gillette names the generational patterns that are being released.
  • Note the electron analogy and ask whether a sudden shift fits your experience better than a gradual climb.
  • Return to the split discussion and sit with Theo's line that the teachers are neither wrong nor right.
  • Use the morning chapter as a short daily experiment, and keep a plain record of how your first thoughts change.

[0:02] It has to fall apart.

[0:05] We're letting go of generational

[0:07] patternings that have been passed along

[0:09] for thousands of years.

[0:12] All this chaos is a part of that change.

[0:15] Hi everyone, welcome back. I'm Michael

[0:17] Sandler, your host on Inspire Nation.

[0:19] Two weeks ago, Paul Selig and his guides

[0:21] said there's an octave above this one.

[0:22] They call it the upper room where fear

[0:24] simply doesn't exist and you can live

[0:26] there now in a body. And I thought I

[0:28] know someone else who's been saying the

[0:30] same thing [music] since 1969. My guest

[0:33] today is the incredible Sheila Gillette,

[0:35] bestselling author and the clear channel

[0:36] for the collective 12 archangels known

[0:38] as Theo. She nearly died giving birth to

[0:41] her third child. She came back with 12

[0:42] archangels. She helped Esther Hicks find

[0:45] Abraham and she wrote the book called

[0:47] The Fifth Dimension [music] before most

[0:48] people had heard the phrase. So today,

[0:51] while everything is coming apart out

[0:53] there, we're going to ask [music] Theo

[0:54] the only question that matters. Where is

[0:56] this place above here and how do we get

[0:58] there right [music] now? So, welcome

[1:00] back to the show, Sila. Are you ready to

[1:02] shine?

[1:04] >> Absolutely, Michael. It's good to be

[1:06] back with you and your your followers

[1:10] and I love that statement about Paul

[1:13] Celig. I you know I I've met Paul and

[1:16] he's a really great guy and it's so um

[1:20] wonderful the validation of the

[1:23] consistency of the message of the

[1:25] teachers that are here now and um so it

[1:30] all must be true because there wouldn't

[1:32] be consistency if it were not.

[1:35] >> I find it I get a chuckle out of it

[1:37] because it happens on almost every show

[1:39] now and and this isn't tooting my horn.

[1:41] It's exactly what you're talking about

[1:42] where I will say to whomever the guest

[1:44] is, "Did you steal my teaching for

[1:46] tonight?" Because we're all getting or

[1:50] going from that same ladelling from the

[1:52] same soup, you could say.

[1:54] >> Yeah. Yeah. Very much so. And it's the

[1:57] time we've chosen to be here now. And I

[1:59] know when I opened up to doing this work

[2:02] in 1969

[2:04] that

[2:06] I was told this is the way we were going

[2:10] and that you know it would be a global

[2:14] shift and change and the consciousness

[2:17] and so it's been

[2:21] trusting that because we didn't have the

[2:23] internet we didn't have home computers

[2:25] when I started and now here we are uh we

[2:29] coined the the phrase global living room

[2:32] for our programs because we can be

[2:36] anywhere in the world and be together.

[2:40] There's no time and space. There's just

[2:43] energy bringing us together. And it's to

[2:47] me miraculous. Every time I get to do

[2:51] this with you, this is a miracle. it is,

[2:54] >> you know, and the because when I was

[2:58] told, Theo told me this would be

[3:00] happening,

[3:02] I thought, how can that happen? And you

[3:06] were we're living the miracle of how

[3:08] it's happening and you know, we're going

[3:09] to live into more miracles because

[3:12] technology and innovation is going to

[3:15] continue at a very rapid pace.

[3:18] >> So, let's let's dive in there. First

[3:19] off, time and space are not real.

[3:22] totally jing with that. We're on the

[3:24] same page here. However, when Theo comes

[3:27] through you, where do you go?

[3:30] >> I move over. Uh, you know, I'm so

[3:33] comfortable with them now because I've

[3:35] been working with them for almost six

[3:38] decades. I trust them implicitly. So

[3:41] what I do is it's just like I go to the

[3:45] seat next to me if there was one. I just

[3:48] move over and let him come in and take

[3:51] take over the body. You know, it wasn't

[3:53] always that fluid in the beginning

[3:56] because it w it was an unusual

[4:00] experience to say the least. But you

[4:04] know doing it as long as I have it's

[4:06] just a very comfortable thing for me to

[4:09] do.

[4:11] when I first started uh I did my

[4:12] automatic writing and did the automatic

[4:14] writing book and then the word started

[4:16] coming to me and I don't I can but I

[4:18] don't feel it's my job to be a channel

[4:20] in that way. Um but what I used to

[4:24] happen is I'd be coaching a client and

[4:27] all of a sudden the words would come to

[4:28] me and I'd be in the middle of a

[4:32] and I'd stop [laughter]

[4:34] drop my head and listen before speaking.

[4:37] Now now it's a lot more fluid but it was

[4:39] funny at that time. So, I get this

[4:40] concept of just stepping aside and

[4:42] letting that come through you. I have a

[4:44] question that everybody's asking right

[4:46] now, and I'm sure I've asked it to you

[4:48] before, but it it feels even more real

[4:51] right now as we're rounding the corner

[4:53] in this year. It feels to so many people

[4:56] like everything is falling apart.

[5:00] Is this really what it feels like to

[5:02] shift from a third dimension to fifth

[5:04] dimension? Or is it because we're stuck

[5:06] in the box or bubble and can't really

[5:08] see what's going on? I think it's all of

[5:10] that. I think and it has to fall apart

[5:16] to bring back what it is to be or not

[5:20] back bring to fruition what it is to be.

[5:24] Um, you know, we're letting go of

[5:26] generational patternings that have been

[5:29] passed along for thousands of years.

[5:32] They won't work in the the fifth

[5:34] dimension. We're watching that. But all

[5:37] this chaos is a part of that change. I I

[5:41] don't know if you're familiar with the

[5:42] priagene

[5:44] uh

[5:45] >> no

[5:45] >> information. But priagene brought forth

[5:48] the theory. It's a person's name pri

[5:51] >> of the atom and how it breaks open to a

[5:55] different version of itself. But first

[5:58] the atom has to has an enormous amount

[6:00] of chaos inside of it to break into a

[6:04] different version. So I use that analogy

[6:07] in what's happening now. We're in this

[6:11] chaos building up the momentum to go

[6:14] into a different vi different

[6:16] vibrational frequency, a different

[6:18] vector of time which we call the fifth

[6:21] dimension or they call the fifth

[6:23] dimension. The third was very myopic.

[6:26] Now we're broadening the aperture.

[6:29] And so you know theo often says well

[6:32] you're you're aware of the book of

[6:34] revelation. Well, the world's not

[6:36] ending. It's transforming and we are

[6:39] transformers within that into this

[6:43] different way of thinking and being

[6:45] human on this planet.

[6:48] I love it. And my analogy that I use is

[6:51] an electron changing state. It starts

[6:54] shaking and vibrating exceptionally

[6:56] violently and then it doesn't gradually

[6:59] go up the hill. It goes poof and is

[7:01] suddenly someplace else. And I think

[7:03] that's how I believe that is how we are

[7:05] shifting. But we're in the moment. We're

[7:07] in the as I mentioned before the show,

[7:08] the shake and not stirred. [laughter]

[7:11] >> Exactly.

[7:12] >> Time period.

[7:13] >> Yeah, it is. And you know, fortunately,

[7:17] there are people like you and I and many

[7:20] and many others. People are saying yes

[7:22] to this, have come here for it. that

[7:26] Theo calls us the way showers, showing a

[7:31] new way. And it's not a new terminology

[7:34] in the Bible. The way showers were the

[7:39] the the

[7:41] scouts, if you would, the ones that went

[7:44] before. And what they would do is they

[7:47] would tie lanterns to the top of their

[7:51] sandals so they could show how to walk

[7:54] on the path.

[7:56] >> And so Theo will liken that to those of

[8:00] us who are away shores of saying yes to

[8:03] a new way of being. And uh I just

[8:08] just came here from our mentoring room

[8:12] where we're we were doing a class

[8:15] And you know, and so many people that

[8:19] come to us, as I'm sure that do to you,

[8:22] we're saying, um,

[8:26] people don't get us. We're so different,

[8:29] you know, or the black sheep, if you

[8:32] would, of their families or, you know,

[8:35] we hear that a lot. I'm sure you do. But

[8:38] that's the way it's supposed to be

[8:40] because a way show of a new way wouldn't

[8:43] adhere to the old of the past, the old

[8:46] ways of being.

[8:47] >> And the way shower who's living in a new

[8:50] way of being in a sense has maybe

[8:53] kindness and compassion, but doesn't

[8:55] understand that old way of being because

[8:58] that's sort of like FM trying to

[9:00] understand am. Okay, we've moved on from

[9:04] that.

[9:05] >> Yes. Yes.

[9:08] You know, and I have a theory about

[9:10] autism

[9:12] >> because highly function functional

[9:16] autistic people on the spectrum, if you

[9:19] would

[9:20] >> uh are coming in now because they're

[9:22] going to lead the the world that that

[9:25] we're birthing at this moment. And

[9:27] they're just

[9:29] um I have a grandson that that is just

[9:33] brilliant. And you know he does he's

[9:37] learning how to be human and just

[9:40] watching him in the social part of it

[9:43] right the intelligence is off the charts

[9:46] and he's he's known he's going to be a

[9:50] scientist since he was 11 months old he

[9:52] was telling us this. So it's um you know

[9:57] it's these individuals who are making

[10:00] other

[10:02] and saying it's a problem or an illness

[10:04] or whatever people are attaching to

[10:07] this. It's vaccinations. It's it's you

[10:10] know when we don't understand something

[10:13] then we have to make it other and it has

[10:16] to be a lower vibration. Well it's a

[10:18] higher vi vibration to be met in the

[10:22] fifth dimension. And so we're seeing

[10:25] many many new souls with this brilliance

[10:30] coming into bodies to be the ones that

[10:34] will bring forth the new innovations

[10:36] that will

[10:38] really show us a way to be in this new

[10:41] fifth dimension. I have one who just

[10:43] woke up in the next room and she she is

[10:47] a little over four and right now grandma

[10:50] will read to her but then she will

[10:53] correct grandma on her reading

[10:58] at age four reading at at least a fourth

[11:01] or fifth grade level but reading things

[11:03] like Project Hail Mary with mom right

[11:05] now and crazy stuff. And yes, her

[11:09] interactions are different with other

[11:11] kids, but to me, it's actually a higher

[11:15] vibrational. She's studying the energy.

[11:18] If she's around somebody that's not good

[11:20] energy, she's out of here. If she senses

[11:23] somebody who has good energy, like

[11:24] around a, you know, a friendly, warm

[11:26] school teacher or somebody, and she can

[11:28] sense it, and so she's seeing, so she

[11:31] doesn't have the words for it yet,

[11:33] energy in a completely different way.

[11:36] >> Yeah.

[11:37] Oh, yeah. How's her podcast coming?

[11:41] >> You know, she was she um it's been six

[11:44] months since she said she was going to

[11:45] start um Bird Poop, her podcast, and and

[11:50] she has her mic. She hasn't started it

[11:52] yet.

[11:53] However, I'm I'm very careful of my

[11:55] words. I think it was this Sunday's

[11:58] YouTube live. It may have been class on

[12:00] Wednesday instead where I did a healing

[12:04] exercise with people um which involved

[12:06] tapping or some other things. And she

[12:09] was on the couch behind me doing the

[12:12] exercises

[12:14] and I asked her afterwards what what

[12:17] were you doing? And she said she was

[12:18] holding space for people.

[12:21] So I'm like whoa.

[12:24] [laughter]

[12:25] >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, you're affirming

[12:29] um what I believe to be true and what

[12:32] I'm witnessing as well. Uh it just it

[12:38] makes my heart very happy

[12:41] to know this and very optimistic

[12:46] >> to me. It's why you cannot convince me

[12:49] now. I had to shut shut off. At the

[12:51] beginning of the summer, I was watching

[12:53] some of it to follow for my my uh

[12:55] following and my channel. So, I said,

[12:58] but I had to basically shut everything

[12:59] down because energetically

[13:03] I could feel it very hard. I'm great at

[13:06] holding space. I'm I'm biased, okay? I'm

[13:09] pretty good, we'll say, at holding

[13:10] space, but it was taking a lot of efing

[13:13] to hold space when I'm ingesting the

[13:16] junk food that is coming to me from all

[13:19] directions.

[13:21] And when people ingest that much and

[13:23] what I'm talking about is news and

[13:25] social media and things like this, it is

[13:27] very easy to believe the world is really

[13:31] falling apart is crazy. I'm looking

[13:32] outside at the most beautiful, gorgeous

[13:35] colored leaves right now and I'm seeing

[13:37] beauty, but we it becomes a choice. A

[13:42] and B we can get sucked into believing

[13:44] it's something else. When we look at the

[13:46] kids though and we look at what they're

[13:49] coming in with and sort of like I was

[13:52] watching a video a couple days ago about

[13:54] uh I think it was like a 19-year-old

[13:56] setting a world record. Well, no, I

[13:57] guess he set did one thing in the

[13:59] marathon and then in his second

[14:01] marathon, you know, went under two hours

[14:03] for a marathon and like two people like

[14:06] 21 and under. Forgive me, I'm getting

[14:07] the years exactly slightly wrong. But

[14:10] actually, it was three people who broke

[14:12] past the world record, two who went sub

[14:14] two. The point being, the new generation

[14:17] is doing things we didn't even know was

[14:19] possible.

[14:20] And what makes me happiest is they're

[14:23] saying, "Step aside.

[14:27] [laughter]

[14:28] We've got this. You've had your chance."

[14:31] And what they mean is the old paradigm.

[14:33] Not us, not anybody listening. They're

[14:35] saying the old way is done. You don't

[14:37] even have to worry about it. You don't

[14:39] have to worry about the rules, the laws,

[14:41] the anything as long as you haven't

[14:42] completely blown the place up. And if

[14:44] so, we wouldn't have chosen to come in

[14:45] here at this time. We can clean up this

[14:47] mess, step out of the way. That's what

[14:49] makes me hopeful.

[14:50] >> I agree. And and you know, people

[14:53] as as you know, argue for their

[14:55] limitations.

[14:57] >> Oh god. Yes.

[14:59] >> And uh and so we get to see that part of

[15:03] it as well. But our work, as you know,

[15:07] is all about integration into

[15:10] recognizing the magnificence of your

[15:13] soul.

[15:13] >> Yeah.

[15:14] >> When when we're Marcus and I, my husband

[15:18] and I are asked, "Well, what do you do?"

[15:21] His first response is, "We teach people

[15:24] to love themselves."

[15:25] >> Oh, I love it.

[15:27] >> And that's the truth. Because when we

[15:30] love ourselves enough,

[15:32] everything changes.

[15:35] And that's the key to this new world as

[15:38] well. Theo says as everybody integrates

[15:42] into knowing that they're a solid state

[15:44] of unconditional love, we'll have peace

[15:47] on our planet and we will treat each

[15:51] other appropriately and we'll

[15:53] collaborate on very wonderful things

[15:57] because we're a collaborative species,

[16:00] not competitive. And I know you're a

[16:02] competitor. We have compet competition

[16:06] to ourselves in sports and other things

[16:09] but not in the collective.

[16:12] >> I have a word for it.

[16:15] >> I have a word for it because I do love I

[16:17] love going out and setting another PR

[16:18] and setting another PR and seeing who's

[16:20] done what and trying to improve but

[16:22] never to beat somebody. It is all to

[16:24] raise us up. All raise us up higher

[16:26] octave upper room fifth dimension. I use

[16:29] the term co-opetition.

[16:32] It is upleveling each and every one of

[16:35] us. It is picturing an Olympics where we

[16:38] all come together and say, "How can we

[16:40] work as a group to raise up all of

[16:43] humanity?"

[16:45] >> Well, you know, I know you've seen these

[16:47] videos of um of these younger people who

[16:54] um

[16:56] are

[16:58] special needs, they say.

[17:02] They're not special needs. We are

[17:05] >> because they're they're already there

[17:08] treating each other as we should treat

[17:11] each other. I've seen a competition, a

[17:14] running competition

[17:17] as as in Special Olympics and somebody

[17:20] falls down and the and the one in the

[17:24] lead stops to pick them up so they can

[17:26] keep going with them. I mean, it just I

[17:29] mean, I get real emotional when I I

[17:32] speak about it or think about it because

[17:34] it's still fresh in my mind. But that's

[17:37] the way it's supposed to be.

[17:41] Amen. And it's we can call it coming or

[17:45] we can say it's here. It is just I'm

[17:47] going to go with Marcus's comment. We

[17:50] get to shift on the everything is a

[17:52] reflection of the inside. When the

[17:53] inside we have peace and love for

[17:55] ourselves,

[17:57] boom, it's here. And we're getting

[18:01] there. I think because of everything you

[18:04] almost want to say, forgive me. Planes

[18:06] falling out of the sky. I cancel clear

[18:07] release. Because of everything out

[18:09] there, we're having to say, "Wait a

[18:12] second. I got to do it in here." you

[18:15] know, people are realizing

[18:17] that they've been doing this stuff out

[18:19] there, you know, trying to get the

[18:21] answers, trying to even healing the

[18:24] physical body. It's in here first. Um,

[18:29] and the confidence to do that rather

[18:32] than giving your body away to somebody

[18:34] that doesn't even know anything about

[18:35] it. You live in your body. If you go in,

[18:40] you can be the healer. you can be the

[18:43] one as as I know I'm speaking to the

[18:46] choir here uh because you've been doing

[18:49] that you have been doing that on the

[18:53] inner yes we can employ a team to assist

[18:57] us but the actual healer is us know I'm

[19:02] a human doussing rod right I have twin

[19:05] titanium femurs I have twin titanium

[19:08] hips I have a titanium wrist I had a

[19:11] titanium elbow I had titanium lower leg

[19:13] on the left side, too. They took out

[19:14] those titanium pieces. And I run, swim,

[19:18] ride, dance like the wind. Not because

[19:22] I'm special. Um, well, I am special. We

[19:28] all are special. We all are the creator

[19:31] and the divine. And that can sound

[19:33] sacrilege, but when we get to this new

[19:35] dimensional state, we recognize and

[19:38] remember and live it.

[19:43] Yeah, you know, Theos says this this

[19:46] body is our vehicle for this journey.

[19:51] And they said if you per let's say you

[19:54] we bought the most expensive car, most

[19:58] beautiful car. It's the only one we'd

[20:01] ever have.

[20:03] We would take care of it.

[20:06] We would do all the good maintenance. we

[20:09] would change parts if and parts have to

[20:11] be be changed. Well, that's our bodies.

[20:16] We have to pay that much attention and

[20:18] good maintenance because this is the

[20:21] only one we're ever going to have in

[20:22] this lifetime. And so, um I like you, I

[20:28] have two new hips I got last year

[20:33] [laughter] and oh my gosh, they're

[20:35] better than the originals. Yeah. And

[20:38] you know, I just love that I said yes to

[20:43] that as a possibility to live my best

[20:46] life, to live the life I want to live as

[20:49] I know you are doing and actively so.

[20:54] >> So, I've got my mom down the hall and I

[20:57] mentioned this off air and my audience

[20:58] knows about this. Week and a half ago,

[21:01] my dad fell. He's in the hospital rehab

[21:03] center. He broke his hip and uh so he's

[21:06] got a spike through his hip. Mom was

[21:09] sleeping with Alzheimer's till 6:30 each

[21:12] day cuz she didn't see a point in

[21:13] getting up, eating a loaf or two or

[21:16] white bread a day, uh maybe having a

[21:19] burger at dinner, staying up till 1 or 2

[21:21] in the morning and going back to sleep.

[21:23] And it was her mental state was getting

[21:26] worse and worse. We've had her back here

[21:29] for a week

[21:32] and for the first time earlier today,

[21:34] this may not sound like much to us. It's

[21:37] beyond extraordinary,

[21:39] she named what month it is. Um, she knew

[21:43] what town she was in. These are

[21:47] mindboggling

[21:49] leaps and gains. She's gotten herself up

[21:51] at 8:00 a.m. She's been out walking.

[21:55] She's eating a different diet because we

[21:57] won't even keep those things in the

[21:59] house [laughter]

[22:00] and she's flipped the on switch because

[22:03] she's taking care of her car.

[22:06] She's doing that and she's with an and

[22:11] in an environment of love and she has a

[22:15] beautiful little almost fouryear-old.

[22:18] You said little Hannah just over four.

[22:22] Um four and a half. Thank you very much.

[22:25] Most little ones will use quarters,

[22:27] halves, and

[22:30] uh

[22:33] and that's lifegiving

[22:37] which is you're you've gifted her with

[22:41] more life

[22:43] really.

[22:44] >> So tell us more about Paul Cel calls it

[22:47] the upper room. Theo has called it the

[22:49] fifth dimension. What is this in terms

[22:52] of location, in terms of frequency, in

[22:55] terms of a feeling state?

[22:57] >> So, we're all living in the fifth

[22:59] dimension now. We're not going into it.

[23:02] It's fully around the planet. It's it's

[23:04] a different vibrational frequency

[23:07] than the third and fourth that it's a

[23:10] wider aperture of experience. That's why

[23:13] so many people are waking up to being

[23:16] connected to their guidance to having

[23:19] their intuitive gifts expand because

[23:22] they're no longopic

[23:25] belief that they can't.

[23:28] They broaden the aperture of that. So

[23:30] it's to going into a greater recognition

[23:35] if you would a different consciousness

[23:38] that lets us know as theo said the

[23:41] magnificent souls that we are having a

[23:44] human experience

[23:47] >> beautiful how

[23:49] let's talk about both fear um does fear

[23:54] exist there I guess first part

[23:57] >> fear exists in us as an old paradigm you

[24:00] You know, uh, what Theo will say to us,

[24:03] fear and faith ask the same thing of you

[24:06] to believe in something that's unseen

[24:09] because it's usually we're fearing

[24:11] whatever we don't know, what'sever next,

[24:14] whatever the future is. And they say,

[24:17] "We're creating it.

[24:19] We're making it up." They we're the

[24:21] creators. So they'll say, "If you know

[24:24] you're making it up, make it up good.

[24:27] Make it up big. Nobody's limited. We are

[24:31] all capable of having

[24:36] the life well-lived. Whatever that means

[24:40] to each and every one of us individually

[24:44] to living passionately to using our

[24:47] energy in the direction of what we would

[24:50] love in our lives,

[24:53] what we would love to express

[24:56] as our brilliance. Some call it our

[24:59] genius. We all have it.

[25:02] Maybe we've accepted a belief that we

[25:05] don't out of situations, circumstances,

[25:09] conditions, other people's opinions,

[25:12] wherever it's come from.

[25:14] Those events, circumstances, conditions

[25:17] won't change. That's part of our

[25:18] curriculum, our history. But the belief

[25:22] that we hold about it

[25:24] can change. Beliefs can change. So if

[25:28] we're looking at something as a victim,

[25:30] we can flip that and say, "What are the

[25:33] gifts and blessings that have made me

[25:36] the person I am today because of those

[25:40] challenges?"

[25:42] >> And when we do that, getting back, I

[25:45] would say it's

[25:47] uh Marcus' mission is love. Your mission

[25:50] is love. Uh mine is, we're going to call

[25:52] it the same thing with a different twist

[25:54] on it. We'll call it a MC twist, which

[25:56] is reminding people they are the

[25:58] creator.

[25:59] They they are the all powerful. We could

[26:02] say the almighty.

[26:05] And I love that you said I'm going to

[26:08] use I'm going to paraphrase and give put

[26:10] in a different word. Think ridiculously

[26:14] large.

[26:16] If we were taught as kids and we can be

[26:18] taught right now this the world

[26:22] championships were just won in cycling

[26:24] by I guess I didn't follow it this year.

[26:26] I haven't followed it because all the

[26:27] drugs in the sport in the past and that

[26:29] was that was my sport a long time ago

[26:30] but it was won by an American uh both

[26:33] the under 21 and over 21 cycling world

[26:36] championships

[26:38] successful Americans in the past

[26:40] actually successful Americans and

[26:42] Canadians in the past. The point being

[26:45] their parents had done something

[26:46] special. And so they were taught there's

[26:49] no way you can't. It's not their

[26:51] genetics. They were taught there's no

[26:53] way you can't do the same thing and

[26:55] more. If we were given or supplanted

[26:58] that belief system even now that

[27:00] anything you're doing, and this sounds

[27:02] like a statement right out of Jesus,

[27:03] which it is, anything you're doing and

[27:06] more can be done. I think we'd live a

[27:09] completely ridiculously large way of

[27:12] being. It's also the mind that thought

[27:14] it up is the same mind that can do it.

[27:18] You know, I don't know if you've ever

[27:19] watched the Michael Jackson movie, the

[27:22] documentary.

[27:23] >> I have not yet.

[27:24] >> Movie [clears throat]

[27:25] and it is a scripted movie. It's really

[27:28] good. And in that movie, you know,

[27:31] Michael was an amazing songwriter.

[27:35] Wrote thousands of songs.

[27:38] And there was a point in time in in his

[27:42] journey that he left his brothers and

[27:46] became a solo act.

[27:48] And I love this statement in the movie

[27:52] when he went in to talk to his record

[27:55] producer and you know all the suits, all

[27:59] the powers that be and they said, "Well,

[28:01] why are you going to do this?" and he

[28:04] had all these new songs and he wanted to

[28:07] put out a new album. And they said,

[28:10] "Okay, but

[28:12] why why are you doing this?" And he

[28:15] said, "Because it's been given to me to

[28:19] do, and if I don't do it,

[28:24] it'll be given to Prince."

[28:26] So what he was saying, [laughter]

[28:29] >> "Love you, Michael. Thank you."

[28:30] >> Yes. You know,

[28:33] the truth is is this is in the it's in

[28:36] the vibration.

[28:38] >> Of course,

[28:39] >> it's to be brought forth.

[28:43] And if he didn't do it, somebody else

[28:45] would. And I know I've thought that in

[28:47] my life, too. If I didn't write this

[28:50] book, if I didn't do the program, if I

[28:52] didn't talk with people, somebody else

[28:55] will do it. And I've seen that in my

[28:58] lifetime where I've had an idea and I

[29:01] didn't act on it and then there it came.

[29:04] There it was. My idea is happening. You

[29:07] know, so it's true for all of us. If not

[29:11] you, who? And if not now, when

[29:15] people are sitting back and waiting, oh,

[29:17] I'm going to wait to do this.

[29:21] Somebody else will do it. It doesn't

[29:23] mean that you're not special. It doesn't

[29:25] mean that you're not the one. It just

[29:28] means

[29:30] life is going to continue to have life

[29:32] lived through and for us. And if we say

[29:36] no,

[29:38] then that energy, that innovation, that

[29:41] experience

[29:43] is coming to fruition.

[29:46] That's why the answer is always yes. And

[29:49] it and if we get the butterflies and we

[29:52] get a little scared, good. that's going

[29:54] to grow us.

[29:56] It's there to make us better.

[30:00] >> I like to say right now I would I use

[30:02] the term scaredy-cat almost life is

[30:06] ridiculously quote unquote scary for us

[30:09] right now. That's just a label on an

[30:12] energy that says you're plugged in.

[30:15] [laughter] It may be a very high voltage

[30:17] right now, but we are all plugged in.

[30:20] And what [snorts] happens is that energy

[30:22] is transformed when you say why not me

[30:26] and step forward into it.

[30:30] >> Yeah. Yeah. And

[30:33] I think what I'm hearing

[30:36] in my conversations with people

[30:40] is

[30:42] they're they've said yes

[30:46] and then they get impatient

[30:49] with it not happening more quickly

[30:52] because they've said yes. Um, and I've

[30:55] been there myself thinking

[30:59] it should be done right now. Well, I'll

[31:01] tell you the fifth dimension book that

[31:03] you referenced, I was told 10 years

[31:06] before that came out that I was going to

[31:09] write a book and it was all the stuff

[31:13] and I my my humanness got involved and

[31:16] go it has to happen right now and I have

[31:19] you know and doors kept slamming shut

[31:22] and finally then I thought okay okay it

[31:27] took from the moment of being told that

[31:31] to the actual publishing 10 years. But

[31:35] my mind was

[31:38] I got to do it now and it's got to

[31:39] happen this year and it has to and the

[31:42] funny thing about that is it was

[31:44] information

[31:46] given to me to prepare and to do it not

[31:51] that it had to have instant

[31:53] gratification if you would. I think it

[31:57] also

[31:59] the there was an inner sense of angst

[32:02] that you went through that actually

[32:05] shaped it and guided and molded you at

[32:08] the time. The book was not about the

[32:10] book. It was about you being transformed

[32:12] or tempered like steel.

[32:15] >> Yes. And you know it was not only my

[32:18] readiness, it was the world being ready

[32:20] for the information too. You know, the

[32:23] hardest thing, Michael, I learned in

[32:25] doing this work, and it was early on

[32:29] because, and you may have felt this way,

[32:31] too, as you opened, I had to save the

[32:34] world.

[32:36] >> I thought that was my mission.

[32:38] >> Yeah.

[32:39] >> I was going to go out there, [laughter]

[32:41] save the world. And, you know,

[32:45] the world let me know, uh, not so much.

[32:48] and no don't need to be saved and

[32:51] [clears throat] don't need to be saved

[32:54] >> by you.

[32:55] >> Yeah.

[32:55] >> And it was like all righty then. You

[32:59] know, it was quite the revelation.

[33:01] >> It's all all all of these. So, what

[33:03] you're doing, the work you're doing, the

[33:04] work I'm doing, and they parallel in

[33:06] many many many ways. um is to help shift

[33:10] people to help give people the

[33:11] breadcrumbs but

[33:14] it's we can get caught up all of us in a

[33:17] well this is my path this is my plan I

[33:19] have to do this in my case it was I have

[33:21] to slay the dragons to help others no no

[33:23] no no contrary that's it's still even

[33:26] though what we're doing is worthy and

[33:27] helpful still our story it's still at

[33:31] the end of the day but it's the story

[33:32] that pulls on our hearts for our unique

[33:34] journey how did how did you thread this

[33:37] the jux position of

[33:40] if I don't do what Prince will

[33:43] with the I'm meant to wait till the time

[33:47] is right.

[33:49] >> Well, I um

[33:52] that revelation came to me when I kept

[33:56] trying to push it forward, you know, and

[33:58] none of the doors were open. You know,

[34:01] Theo would say, "Well, you're going to

[34:03] have this literary agent and this and

[34:05] And they told me who the publisher would

[34:08] be, but they said no. And they told me

[34:12] who the literary agent would be. Not

[34:15] only did she say no, she said hell no. I

[34:19] mean, it was that kind of at at first,

[34:22] you know, and then when it was time, the

[34:27] agent called me

[34:30] out of out of the blue and

[34:34] and said, "You probably already had a a

[34:38] publisher and you probably already have

[34:40] an agent, but this this publishing house

[34:44] is looking for for a book like yours."

[34:46] And this is right in the beginning I

[34:49] think. Um, many lives, many masters and

[34:54] my book, The Fifth Dimension were the

[34:57] first books that Simon and Schustster

[35:01] and their imprint, Fireside, bought.

[35:05] >> Wow.

[35:06] >> And that was in 1988.

[35:10] >> Wow.

[35:11] >> 87. And it was funny. I had a meeting

[35:13] with Simon Schuster. I was living in

[35:15] Santa Fe at the time. The agent called

[35:17] me and said, "You probably do." And I

[35:20] had a meeting. This was on a Friday. I

[35:22] had a meeting Monday morning at Simon

[35:24] and Schustster and they don't take any

[35:26] books unless you have an agent. And I

[35:28] didn't have an agent. I was going into

[35:30] the meeting.

[35:32] Cold me.

[35:35] And I said, "Actually, I don't have an

[35:37] agent. Do you want to meet me at Simon

[35:39] and Schustster at 10:00 on Monday

[35:41] morning?" And she she said,

[35:43] >> "I love it. what she did. It's the first

[35:45] time I met her

[35:47] and I got there and eight publishers

[35:51] went on a bidding war for the book.

[35:55] >> I know because we had 10 publishers for

[35:59] barefoot running.

[36:00] >> Um yeah,

[36:02] >> I know the experience when the doors

[36:04] open they fly open.

[36:06] >> Yes.

[36:06] >> But up until now, what's that saying?

[36:11] I can't remember it right now, but oh, I

[36:14] couldn't get arrested.

[36:15] >> Oh, jeez.

[36:18] >> You know what I mean by that? There many

[36:20] people use that analogy, but nobody

[36:22] wanted it. It because it wasn't time. So

[36:27] that was my big lesson in having

[36:31] information, having the knowledge,

[36:33] saying yes to it, and letting it have

[36:36] its time. Doing my part, doing what I

[36:40] needed to do, but not trying to force it

[36:45] out there before its time. That was a

[36:47] huge lesson.

[36:49] >> Yeah, that whole cisphus thing of

[36:51] pushing this donut hill.

[36:54] Would you mind if we go to uh Theo for

[36:57] just a minute? I have

[37:00] >> one or two pressing questions.

[37:02] >> Of course.

[37:03] >> All right.

[37:04] >> As you know, it takes a few seconds.

[37:06] Here we go.

[37:07] >> Thank you.

[37:07] >> It is the beginning, is it? No.

[37:13] >> Hi. I have the most pressing question

[37:17] that I have is we have conflicting

[37:21] information or it sounds like

[37:22] conflicting information from guests

[37:24] right now. We have somebody a beautiful

[37:27] Suzanne Gizmann whose guides saying

[37:30] there is no split. We have Annne

[37:32] Tucker's angels who said the two words

[37:35] worlds are dividing. We have other Paul

[37:38] Sel's guides that saying this world is

[37:40] blowing apart.

[37:42] What is really going on? Is there a

[37:44] split? Is there a not split? And why

[37:47] does it feel like there's such a rift at

[37:49] this time?

[37:50] >> It's just they're not wrong and they're

[37:52] not right,

[37:54] we would say. Because when there's such

[37:58] a shift energetically and vibrationally

[38:01] to a different conscious state,

[38:04] the descriptions

[38:07] in the minds of those

[38:11] are only trying to find the words to

[38:14] describe the indescribable

[38:18] because vocabulary is very limiting.

[38:23] with Paul Cell probably the blowing up

[38:25] is the closest

[38:28] and it's not truly blowing up. It's just

[38:34] like as we speak of the priagene theory

[38:38] which is of the atom

[38:41] what is happening now like in an atom

[38:44] the chaos has to become so intense

[38:50] for the atom to break into a different

[38:53] version of itself.

[38:56] So what is happening in the world now?

[39:00] All these old belief systems that have

[39:02] been around for thousands upon thousands

[39:06] of years

[39:07] don't work.

[39:09] So that's the friction.

[39:13] All the old ways of being and thinking

[39:16] are in this chaos of change

[39:20] and you're witnessing it in your world.

[39:22] That change is global. It is political.

[39:25] It is economical. All of this is

[39:28] necessary to see that there is a oneness

[39:30] on this planet.

[39:33] Now they've been speaking about the

[39:35] oneness. It's always been but it's how

[39:39] myopic the mindset has been in the sense

[39:42] of making others other.

[39:46] If you understand,

[39:48] you are all the same. Matters not the

[39:52] color of the skin, the language you

[39:54] speak, the place on the planet that you

[39:57] live. You are one species. You are human

[40:00] species. And you're better together than

[40:03] you are apart.

[40:05] And in this time, there is a recognition

[40:08] that you are globalists, not

[40:10] nationalists.

[40:12] In that sense of common unity

[40:17] in your human experience, you all want

[40:20] the same things. You want a life

[40:22] well-lived. You want to love and be

[40:24] loved. You want as a good, sustainable,

[40:28] comfortable life.

[40:32] So what do we do? Thank you, Theo. What

[40:35] do we do? Because every teacher is

[40:38] talking about it's an inside job at this

[40:41] time.

[40:42] But what do we do when going global

[40:46] world versus national? We see such a

[40:52] dare I say almost violent maybe not even

[40:55] almost violent national push by some

[40:59] countries. What is it the individual

[41:01] does at this time?

[41:03] We would say the politicians do that out

[41:06] of their old belief systems and desire

[41:09] for control and power.

[41:12] The people don't believe that at all.

[41:15] The people, the humans on your planet

[41:18] want what we just stated.

[41:21] And what comes from within, if you don't

[41:24] love yourself, how can you love others?

[41:28] If there's that rift disturbance in your

[41:32] field, how can you have calm in the

[41:35] world?

[41:37] So the inside out job you might say is

[41:41] rewriting the script, changing the

[41:44] beliefs of not enough, not being worthy.

[41:47] Every single one of you is magnificent.

[41:51] You are spiritual beings, built souls

[41:56] having a human experience. It's not the

[41:59] other way around. And you've come here

[42:02] for this transformation

[42:04] in the human experience which is

[42:07] changing the mindsets.

[42:12] And it's not arrogant

[42:15] to love yourself.

[42:18] It is arrogant not to.

[42:23] for what we say to this is loving

[42:27] yourselves

[42:29] will transform everything

[42:31] because that's a reflection of your

[42:33] outer experience

[42:36] and you seeing the love of self

[42:40] unconditional love is a state of being

[42:44] not a feeling. It's calm. It's

[42:46] confident. It's acceptance. It's not

[42:51] competitive

[42:52] with others. It is what it is. And it

[42:56] radiates out unto others for them to see

[42:59] that within themselves.

[43:02] And that's where the transformation in

[43:04] your world is coming.

[43:07] >> Thank you. So many people watch this

[43:09] show. we would call more sensitive, more

[43:12] empathic feeling, uh very highly

[43:15] intuitive or feeling beings.

[43:18] This is a time where it seems old wounds

[43:20] are coming to the surface and sensitive

[43:24] uh empathic beings are feeling forgive

[43:27] me less worthy, less capable or there is

[43:33] something wrong with me at this time.

[43:36] What's going on there?

[43:39] It's all coming to the surface to be

[43:42] recognized as old patterns.

[43:45] Beliefs that have been created about

[43:48] yourselves on the inner

[43:51] are simply untrue out of situation,

[43:54] circumstance and other people's

[43:56] opinions.

[43:58] So what can happen is understanding

[44:00] those traumas, those

[44:04] challenges that one endures to grow from

[44:08] do not need to define you as a human.

[44:12] They're there to grow you. Who are you

[44:15] today by the challenges you've had? Many

[44:19] judge themselves

[44:21] from the position they are in this

[44:24] moment to the past and then the judgment

[44:27] is harsh. Why didn't I do this or do

[44:30] that or why did I say this or that?

[44:33] And it's because you didn't know what

[44:36] you didn't know. You were doing the best

[44:40] you can with the knowledge that you had

[44:42] at the time. It grew you to know more

[44:47] now

[44:49] to view from a different point of view.

[44:51] Perception changes.

[44:54] So judging the self from the perception

[44:57] of now as lesser than is a great

[45:00] disservice.

[45:02] You should look for the gifts and

[45:04] blessings that those challenges have

[45:06] given you to become the person you are

[45:08] today with the vision and knowledge that

[45:11] you have. And that is a continuum

[45:14] because life is always asking for more

[45:18] life to be lived through you, for you,

[45:21] as you. Not from life is living from

[45:26] you, not to you. You're not a victim.

[45:28] You're a volunteer. You came here by

[45:31] choice.

[45:33] >> Thank you. How do we

[45:38] I'm thinking of my dad and it's a

[45:40] choice. So I may have answered my

[45:43] question already. He's in the hospital

[45:44] and I think he is

[45:48] unknowingly given up. How do we help

[45:50] somebody to um find energy when they

[45:54] feel there is no more energy to shift or

[45:58] to grow or to I want to say change but

[46:01] change implies that they can't that

[46:03] there's something wrong with them. How

[46:05] do we help people find energy when

[46:06] they're exhausted?

[46:10] >> We would prefer you wouldn't use the

[46:12] word help.

[46:13] >> Thank you. Exactly. Assist

[46:17] is a better word for help inver infers

[46:21] one is lesser than.

[46:25] However, one must respect the challenge

[46:29] that another has.

[46:32] The assistance comes with love.

[46:37] However, know that everyone will choose

[46:40] their way out.

[46:42] They'll find their way out. the physical

[46:45] existence.

[46:46] And so when one is winding down

[46:50] energetically, that could be respected

[46:52] as well.

[46:54] As long as the assistance is good

[46:57] nutrition,

[46:58] movement, exercise, but most

[47:01] importantly,

[47:02] love. What you can do is make precious

[47:09] moments.

[47:12] What would you tell the person who's

[47:13] watching this who feels exhausted

[47:18] and wants to shift but just feels this

[47:20] heaviness inside of them right now?

[47:24] >> The feeling of exhaustion is resistance.

[47:32] The expression would be I don't know

[47:33] what to do.

[47:36] But no, under the I don't know is the

[47:39] knowing. So what we would say if you did

[47:42] know what would you do because most

[47:45] often the exhaustion comes from

[47:49] repression

[47:53] >> of your energy and your creativity.

[47:59] Imagine

[48:00] that your vision, your inspiration, your

[48:04] imagination,

[48:06] your desire, your purpose, call it

[48:09] whatever you will, is like the plastic

[48:13] beach ball

[48:16] and that you it is blown up and you're

[48:19] in a a pool or an ocean and you're

[48:23] pressing that ball under the surface of

[48:26] the water. You all know how much energy

[48:30] it takes to repress that ball under the

[48:34] surface of the water.

[48:38] That's what you're all doing. Imagine if

[48:40] you let that resistance go. If you let

[48:44] the ball go, it shoots straight up into

[48:46] the air like a geyser, doesn't it?

[48:51] >> And that's the energy repressed that is

[48:54] exhausting you. Say yes to the life that

[48:58] wants to emerge through you.

[49:01] >> Thank you. Last two questions.

[49:04] [snorts] Is humanity going to make it

[49:05] through? So many people want to know.

[49:08] >> Of course.

[49:11] Of course it is. And the planet's going

[49:14] to be here longer than anybody on it at

[49:18] this point. It's an evolution that is

[49:21] happening. It's an evolution of a

[49:24] conscious that's never happened before

[49:27] on this planet. It's

[49:31] expanding awareness,

[49:34] expanding your brain's capacity

[49:39] more than it's ever been.

[49:43] >> Oh, forgive me. That triggered one more

[49:45] and then the last one. The word I keep

[49:48] getting in my attunements and I want to

[49:50] ask for an attunement in a minute that

[49:52] um Sheila used before we started this

[49:55] about an upcoming class. A word that

[49:58] just keeps coming through is soar.

[50:01] >> Yes.

[50:01] >> What does that mean to you?

[50:04] >> Soar

[50:06] in many ways means to be all that you

[50:09] can be.

[50:12] You have the ability to soar, to fly.

[50:17] to be unencumbered from the old patterns

[50:21] of being.

[50:25] You have the capability, the ability

[50:29] to do so. It's all beliefs that are

[50:32] holding you back.

[50:34] Beliefs about not being enough or

[50:37] worthy,

[50:39] unlovable.

[50:42] Again, loving the self enough will move

[50:46] you forward. Not from narcissism,

[50:49] conceit or any other personality

[50:51] disorder.

[50:53] But in the truth of that being, each and

[50:56] every one of you came here to be

[50:59] significant.

[51:01] Everyone,

[51:03] whatever that is in your personal life,

[51:07] expressed through you.

[51:10] So know that to be true. We are all

[51:12] magnificent beings having the human

[51:15] experience.

[51:17] And we know that word. We say it often

[51:19] because we know the discomfort it brings

[51:22] to many. A a bringing forth an

[51:25] opportunity of ownership of that word

[51:28] and the release of the discomfort from

[51:31] it.

[51:35] I like to use the word creator or an

[51:38] almighty creator that we are each all

[51:41] powerful. How does that sound to you?

[51:44] >> It's excellent. You are all creators

[51:49] and you all know this in your life

[51:53] because the physical body gives you that

[51:55] opportunity to affirm it. Human bodies

[52:00] create something that are magnificent.

[52:03] Other humans.

[52:06] Yes.

[52:09] That is creation unto itself, isn't it?

[52:13] But life is always creatorship

[52:18] for you.

[52:21] A momentto- moment

[52:23] expression through you as you.

[52:28] Thank you. Would you have an attunement

[52:30] that you could share with people to help

[52:32] shift people's energy today?

[52:36] >> The I am. I am is the God of you.

[52:41] I am the man. I am the woman who is does

[52:44] have. You decide.

[52:48] Claim it. It is yours to claim

[52:53] and to live into

[52:56] fully accepting the power of that

[52:59] statement.

[53:03] >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

[53:07] >> We are appreciative of the opportunity

[53:09] to serve. God's love on to you.

[53:14] Good day.

[53:15] >> Good day.

[53:17] If I looked back at the show, Sheila,

[53:19] and thank you, and I would say, well, we

[53:23] didn't really say anything

[53:25] new. We didn't say anything dramatic. It

[53:28] is all new and dramatic, but we didn't

[53:30] say anything new and dramatic.

[53:33] What I would say is, God, I love the

[53:35] energy here today because it's not about

[53:38] the words, it's about the energy. And

[53:41] you and I are basking in really fun

[53:44] energy right now. And I think if anybody

[53:47] is watching this, hi. You're basking and

[53:51] really fun. Look at you. You've got an

[53:53] ear to ear grin right now. So do I

[53:55] probably.

[53:57] That's what this game is about, isn't

[53:58] it?

[53:59] >> It is. It is.

[54:02] And as it should be.

[54:06] As it should be.

[54:08] >> Yeah.

[54:10] Do you have a a tool, a secret, a

[54:13] special sauce when we lose this ear to

[54:16] ear grin? When life is life, and life is

[54:18] life. I shared with you. I don't have to

[54:20] go through the whole list beforehand,

[54:22] but but I did also say that it's all

[54:25] good. It's all I don't know if I used

[54:26] the term perfect, but there's certainly

[54:28] not a complaint. I have not a complaint

[54:31] to be had.

[54:33] But when life is life,

[54:37] how do we get back to that place?

[54:39] >> It's in our perception.

[54:42] We get to choose.

[54:45] And even in the most difficult of

[54:47] moments, if your mindset is ah this is

[54:51] an opportunity. What am I going to get

[54:54] from it? How am I going to grow from

[54:56] this? What is the gift I'm going to

[55:00] receive?

[55:02] What is the magic here? It's a different

[55:05] mindset

[55:07] than feeling victimized by that life.

[55:10] And we all do it. But if we can flip

[55:15] that something horrible's going to

[55:17] happen

[55:19] that to something wonderful is going to

[55:21] happen and start our day that way with

[55:24] that expectation.

[55:26] It shifts the vibration. It shifts the

[55:28] energy.

[55:30] I like that as a bumper sticker

[55:33] [laughter]

[55:34] instead in instead of what's the worst

[55:37] that can happen? What's the best that

[55:39] can happen today?

[55:43] And yes, we do live in a magical world.

[55:46] If we expect magic, we will see magic.

[55:52] >> It's true. You know, it's kind of like

[55:54] when somebody wants to buy a new car

[55:57] and their vision is, let's say, a red

[56:00] car of a certain type, whatever it is,

[56:05] you know, until you decide that you want

[56:08] that,

[56:10] you never see them. But once you make a

[56:13] decision, I'm going to have this red

[56:16] car, whatever it is, they're all over

[56:18] the road.

[56:20] And so it it's, you know, Wayne Dyer

[56:24] wrote a a book saying,

[56:27] "I'll see it when I believe it." And

[56:29] that's what we're talking about because

[56:31] you have no perception to grasp what is

[56:34] the magic that's there until you do.

[56:37] >> What's one thing then when somebody gets

[56:40] out of bed in the morning so they can

[56:42] live and I see it, I'll see it when I

[56:45] believe it life or what do you do when

[56:47] you get out of bed in the morning? I

[56:49] think of something I'm grateful for

[56:53] and something I'm proud of myself for

[56:58] that starts my whole day in a better

[57:01] way. And having just the the attitude of

[57:07] gratitude

[57:09] lightens the energy and feeling proud of

[57:12] yourself starts the day with a good

[57:14] energy

[57:16] of you know that expanded self rather

[57:20] than the the little self.

[57:22] >> It also and and you've already said this

[57:25] I'm just putting it in different words.

[57:26] It gets you uh looking for and finding

[57:31] more of the red cars

[57:35] and catching yourself when you go look

[57:39] up look for the beat up rusty cars.

[57:43] [laughter]

[57:44] >> Exactly. Exactly. Well, and then they

[57:47] don't exist.

[57:48] >> Yeah.

[57:49] >> You'll notice that that doesn't exist

[57:51] anymore. The more you do one thing,

[57:54] you're laying new neuropathways in your

[57:56] brain into that greater expectation than

[58:01] the old patternings and the way that the

[58:04] fear-based thinking that we have. And we

[58:07] be will be feeding those neuropathways

[58:11] where the old the fear-based

[58:14] neuropathways just shrivel and die

[58:16] because

[58:18] the only ones that will stick will be

[58:20] the ones that are fed.

[58:21] >> I mean, it's it's neuroscience. They get

[58:24] trimmed off of the pruned off of the

[58:26] tree if you don't use them anymore.

[58:28] >> Yeah. Yeah.

[58:31] >> So, what's your two-day retreat coming

[58:32] up? I mentioned Soore to Theo earlier.

[58:35] So, you have a sore retreat.

[58:39] >> The weekend of the 24th, I'd have to

[58:41] look at a calendar, but that third

[58:44] weekend

[58:45] um is a two-day virtual retreat called

[58:50] Soore, and it's a visioning

[58:54] retreat.

[58:56] It's a a part of

[59:00] learning to integrate. It's a part of

[59:02] all of that to let go of old patternings

[59:06] of thought and reprogram lay the new

[59:10] neural pathways

[59:12] and dream the greater dream to bring it

[59:16] to fruition. So, it's it's a few weeks

[59:20] ago we did a one called Recalibrate,

[59:24] which was shifting the energy out of

[59:26] this very um held down, repressed energy

[59:32] we've all been feeling. And now we're

[59:34] feeling the energy of momentum and going

[59:37] forward. So, soar is going to help us do

[59:40] that.

[59:41] >> Beautiful. And we'll put a link down

[59:43] below so everybody can soar.

[59:46] That'll be [snorts] great. Well, like

[59:48] Theo says, "Let's all lock arms and fly

[59:50] together."

[59:51] >> Oh, I like it. Any last words? Well, I

[59:55] don't want to I don't know. Do I give

[59:57] Theo the last word? Do I give you the

[59:58] last word? What is the one parting

[1:00:04] gift from Sheila of

[1:00:07] anything that you'd like to share with

[1:00:09] people today?

[1:00:13] >> Well, I'll give you Theo's message. All

[1:00:16] right.

[1:00:16] >> Because I love it so much.

[1:00:18] >> All right.

[1:00:19] >> It's if you could see yourselves as we

[1:00:22] see you, there would be no discontent.

[1:00:27] Meaning they see us in our perfection

[1:00:29] and our beauty, our light

[1:00:32] with love.

[1:00:34] Woohoo.

[1:00:36] Oh, I'm in such I'm supposed to be yada

[1:00:38] yada yada yada. Forgive me everybody.

[1:00:40] This is just cool energy. And I hope

[1:00:43] everyone is feeling this. I know you and

[1:00:45] I are feeling this, Sheila.

[1:00:46] >> Yes, we are.

[1:00:48] >> This has been wondrous. This has been

[1:00:49] magnificent. I'm like, what is the

[1:00:51] algorithm going to do?

[1:00:53] [laughter]

[1:00:56] >> Well, it's certainly always a delight

[1:00:59] being together, Michael. I just so enjoy

[1:01:02] our conversations

[1:01:04] and it just it it's so uplifting

[1:01:08] to to talk with you. You know, it's and

[1:01:11] I know your your community. I know ours

[1:01:15] does, too. It's nice to be in community

[1:01:18] with people who get you, who you can

[1:01:21] have these wonderful conversations with

[1:01:25] um that you may not have in your lives.

[1:01:27] So, it's a place to gather and to to

[1:01:31] bring forth. You know, we had a client

[1:01:33] of ours say one time we were on one of

[1:01:35] our our uh global global pilgrimages,

[1:01:39] one of our travel our big traveled um

[1:01:42] times in the year. And she said to us,

[1:01:46] she said, "I love this because there's

[1:01:48] no

[1:01:50] no insignificant conversations."

[1:01:55] >> And you know, it it just it just hit our

[1:01:58] hearts like that's really true. When we

[1:02:01] all gather and get together, the

[1:02:04] conversations that we have are so

[1:02:07] exciting and fun and energetic that it's

[1:02:11] a good place to live in. Woohoo. As

[1:02:15] you're saying this,

[1:02:17] we're not live. if this will air you

[1:02:19] know a few days after this but I can

[1:02:22] already see the chat and I can see

[1:02:24] everybody in the chat and I can see very

[1:02:26] powerful conversations going on as

[1:02:29] everybody is connecting in that

[1:02:31] community I call it communion

[1:02:34] is what people are doing because

[1:02:36] communing to me or communion to me is

[1:02:39] speaking at a higher level speaking at

[1:02:40] that higher octave or at the heartbased

[1:02:42] level rather than the chitty chitty chat

[1:02:44] chat hi how are you I'm fine how are

[1:02:48] you.

[1:02:49] >> Yeah,

[1:02:49] >> it's real.

[1:02:50] >> Well, you know, to Paul Selix's word,

[1:02:53] we're in the upper room.

[1:02:57] >> We'll leave it on that beautiful note.

[1:02:59] Thank you so much, Sheila. This has been

[1:03:02] phenomenal, beautiful, wonderful.

[1:03:04] >> Oh, it's been such a treat to be with

[1:03:07] you. I'll look forward to another time.

[1:03:09] >> Yes. So for everyone, myself as well,

[1:03:11] for everyone out there, this is Michael

[1:03:13] Sandler saying be well, have fun, bask

[1:03:15] in this energy, but know you've got this

[1:03:17] energy with you as the almighty creator

[1:03:20] force that you are each and every

[1:03:23] moment. So love yourself. Love yourself.

[1:03:26] Love yourself. Above [laughter] and

[1:03:27] beyond all else, shine bright. Woohoo.

[1:03:32] How does it get any better than this,

[1:03:34] Sheila? This was beautiful.

[1:03:36] >> Oh, it was great. Well, thanks for the

[1:03:38] invitation. It was all It's always fun.

[1:03:41] I always enjoy this.

[1:03:42] >> How does it get any better than this?

[1:03:45] Well, I have a 5-day calm and connect

[1:03:47] meditation. My gift for you. It's

Theo, channeled by Sheila Gillette, compares the present moment to an atom that must hold an enormous amount of internal chaos before it can break into a different version of itself. The chaos is not a sign that the shift has failed; it is the energy that builds before the change. Gillette attributes the underlying theory to Prigogine.
According to the video's description of Theo's message, we are already in the fifth dimension rather than moving toward it. Gillette frames the fifth dimension as a different vibrational frequency and vector of time, and says the third dimension was myopic. The current chaos is what that shift feels like from inside.
Gillette describes way showers as people who say yes to a new way of being before the wider culture has caught up. She uses the biblical image of scouts who tied lanterns to their sandals to show others how to walk the path. Many way showers feel like the black sheep of their families, which Gillette treats as a sign they are living differently, not a failure.
The video's description notes that Giesemann's guides say there is no split, Tucker's angels say two worlds are dividing, and Selig's guides say the world is cracking open. Theo's answer is that none of them are wrong and none of them are right, because the process cannot be fully captured in current language. Gillette also argued that their consistency is itself meaningful.
Gillette said she has a theory that highly functional autistic people are arriving now because they are going to lead the world being born at this moment. She framed the problem as people who label difference as an illness or deficit. This is presented as her channeled theory rather than a clinical claim.
The video's chapter list presents a morning practice meant to rewire fear-based pathways by beginning the day in a different way. The excerpt available for this article does not provide the full method, so the exact steps are best heard directly in the video's final chapter.
The video's chapter list includes a segment titled 'Exhaustion Is Resistance: The Beach Ball,' which connects tiredness to resisting the shift. The transcript excerpt available for this article does not include that explanation, so the reasoning should be taken from the full episode rather than assumed here.
