Life After Awakening: Why Embodying Source Has No Finish Line

A livestream begins the way most livestreams do: with two women laughing at the software. Cathy Baumann and Tanya Castillo are trying to get a conversation on air, fumbling the setup, bumping into the buttons, and finally settling into what they came to say. Over the next hour and nineteen minutes, the talk moves from near-death experiences and full kundalini awakenings to the strange physical side of waking up, and then to a more practical question that most spiritual literature skips: what happens afterward, once you have seen who you are and still have to pay the bills, handle grief, and get through a Tuesday. Their answer is the spine of this piece. Embodying Source is not a summit you reach and then stand on. It is a living relationship that shifts, lapses, and comes back, and the teachers suggest that the people who expect a permanent baseline are the ones most likely to suffer when life knocks them off it.

What does a near-death experience do to someone who thought they had arrived?

Baumann is the first to describe her own arc. She introduces herself as a source embodiment guide, someone who helps people live their true nature, and she is clear that she and Castillo have been on this path for a long time. She describes a near-death experience that she says was also a major kundalini awakening, roughly sixteen years before the conversation, and a total realization of who she is beyond identity (around 3:19 in the video). Her next line is the hinge of the whole talk: "I thought I've made it. This is it. I've reached the mountain top. But it turns out... that was just the beginning of truly embodying that consciousness."

That distinction, between realizing and embodying, is what the two of them keep circling. Baumann puts it plainly: "there's a very big difference between knowing who you are and actually living it." Knowing can arrive in a single overwhelming moment. Living it is slower, messier, and involves the body, the nervous system, relationships, and the ordinary stress of being a person. Readers who have read accounts of awakening in the mystical traditions will recognize the gap; the difference here is that these two speakers describe it from inside their own lives rather than from a distance.

Can you live in two realities at once after an awakening?

Castillo's experience, by her own account, began in 2013 with a kundalini awakening and a near-death experience that she describes as different in form from Baumann's (around 6:04). She was working as an English teacher at the time, and she recalls that the first days were disorienting in a specific way. She describes being "in this expanded love," in a huge silence, with her heart completely fulfilled, while also trying to figure out who she was supposed to be in the so-called real world. She says she could hardly process being in a human body, that she felt as if she were floating, and that she had to go to work anyway.

The image of living "parallel realities" is worth holding onto, because it describes something many people report but few teachers name so directly. The awakened state does not automatically replace the ordinary one. For a while, the two coexist, and the person has to learn to move between them. Castillo's account suggests that this is not a failure of awakening but part of its early texture: strange, fantastic, and disorienting all at once.

Is there a permanent baseline of peace once you awaken?

This is where the conversation turns from personal story to a claim about how spiritual life actually unfolds. Castillo says that for about a decade she lived in an almost constant state of peace, fulfillment, and something close to bliss. There were fluctuations, she says, but mostly she felt expanded and was living life at its most beautiful potential. Then "stuff happened," and she found herself in a new phase, different from the one before.

Her reflection on that shift is the most useful passage in the conversation. Many people beginning a spiritual journey, she says, assume there is a baseline you reach and that it stays constant, or a place you arrive at after which everything is "champagne and roses." Her experience contradicts that. In her words: "there is no kind of place you arrive where it's then always free sailing and there is no constant baseline." She adds that the baseline is always there underneath, "but we're not constantly in it," and that this does not matter as much as the reflex to return.

She is also candid about why this was hard for her. She describes herself as very determined and very disciplined, and for a long time she believed that if she was fulfilled, she was supposed to stay that way one hundred percent of the time. The gap between that expectation and lived experience is where a great deal of spiritual disappointment lives. Her answer reframes the goal: almost all of the time, a person can touch base again and again with presence, and to do so is the practice, not a failure to stay perfectly awake.

What does it mean to be distracted and still come home?

Castillo returns to this point more than once (around 8:58). Distraction is normal in everyday life, she says, and it is easy to get pulled away. The skill is not never being distracted; it is noticing and coming back. She is careful to add that her experience is only hers. The reason she shares it, she says, is not to claim special status or a universal truth, but to say: this happens too, and it can look this way or that way.

Baumann's point, woven through the same stretch of talk, is similar. Awakening does not remove the ordinary human texture of hard days, emotional swings, and physical sensations. It changes how a person relates to them. Both speakers describe the body as central to this: a tangible feeling moving through the body, emotions arriving in waves, and a need to meet those experiences physically rather than solely in thought.

How do you live a meditative life without making it solemn?

One of the more distinctive ideas in the conversation is that a meditative life does not have to be a grim or austere one. Castillo describes her choice as living a normal, regular life while having as much fun as she can, in a way that she calls "extremely sacred" even within its secularity (around 10:30). She notes that she does not think her life is especially normal, but also that in many ways it is. Her phrase is that life becomes a sacred experience "in its everyday normalcy."

This is a useful corrective for readers who imagine that embodied presence requires retreat from the world. Castillo's model is not a monastery on a mountaintop, though she acknowledges that even a monastic setting might not guarantee constancy. It is an everyday life that is also a celebration, lived with enjoyment defined by each person's own perception of what joy looks like.

Why do trauma and letting go keep resurfacing after awakening?

The conversation does not stay in the light. Around the hour mark, the speakers turn to trauma and to the process of clearing. Castillo says that because of trauma, a person may have to deal with loads of material after awakening, and she describes a period in which she had to let go of everything, all of her previous structures, with no particular purpose in sight (around 59:54). Her language here is spare and physical, and it suggests that the release is not always a matter of insight. Sometimes it is a matter of loosening what the body has been holding.

Later, the discussion moves to what can be cleared and how. Asked to describe the process in practical terms, the speakers point toward frequency and energy. Castillo's thinking, as expressed in the stream, is that everything is energy, and that clearing happens at that level as well as at the level of story. Readers should take this as the teachers' own framework rather than an established clinical method. What is consistent across the talk is the insistence that clearing is ongoing and does not end with a single breakthrough.

Why does the idea of "no constant baseline" matter for everyday people?

For many people who encounter these teachings, the most freeing message may be the least dramatic. You do not need to be permanently blissful to be awake. You need to be able to notice when you have drifted, and to return without shame. The teachers' insistence that the baseline underlies all experience, even when it is not felt, offers a kind of permission. A bad week does not mean the awakening was false. A flood of old material does not mean you have gone backward.

The conversation also rewards those who are impatient with spiritual promises. Both women describe their awakenings as dramatic, and both then describe the years of integration that followed as less cinematic and more demanding. That contrast is the story. The mountaintop was real. The descent and the return to the valley were also real, and they were where the living happened.

Where to go from here

If the ideas in this conversation speak to you, the most useful next step is to watch the full recording rather than rely on any summary, since the speakers' tone, pauses, and shared laughter carry much of the meaning. The teachers' own website lists free classes, resources, and group events for anyone interested in their work on embodiment, breath, and energy.

Several threads are worth carrying into your own life. Notice the difference between knowing who you are and living it, and be patient with the gap. Expect that the baseline of peace may be present even when you cannot feel it, and practice returning rather than demanding constancy. Treat ordinary joy as a legitimate part of the path. And when old material rises, approach it as something to be felt and released in the body, not only understood in the mind. The conversation's central gift is permission: to be awake and human at the same time, without having to pretend that the two never collide.

[1:44] this will be on my YouTube site as well

[1:46] as Tanya's.

[1:49] >> So,

[1:50] >> all right. Go ahead. Go ahead. So,

[1:52] >> are we good?

[1:53] Yes, we're going. We're on. Go. Go. Go

[1:58] ahead.

[1:58] >> So, my name's Kathy Bowman. I am a

[2:01] source embodiment guide, meaning that I

[2:04] just help people to embody their true

[2:06] nature. And Tanya and I are both on this

[2:09] journey for a super duper long time and

[2:12] working with others and living it fully.

[2:15] And for those of you, I know a lot of my

[2:18] friends, your friends, Tanya, we have a

[2:20] lot of friends in common. And um Tanya

[2:24] and I chat and share a lot about our

[2:27] personal lives and over the years it's

[2:29] been so fun to hear the parallels in

[2:32] where we've gone from um the embodied

[2:36] realization or I'll start with the

[2:39] initial realization of who we truly are

[2:42] which is decades now for both of us. Um,

[2:46] and then you know the from the times of

[2:49] all of our spiritual work and

[2:52] integration work and then the

[2:54] realization of who we truly are as

[2:56] source and then you know for me I'll

[3:00] speak for myself. I thought I've made

[3:02] it. This is it. I've reached the

[3:04] mountain top. But it turns out you know

[3:07] um I think it was 16 years ago now. I

[3:11] had a near-death experience that was a

[3:13] huge condalini awakening and total,

[3:17] we'll say, realization of who I truly am

[3:19] beyond identity, beyond um all this

[3:23] human awesome stuff, right? But as it

[3:26] turns out, that was just the beginning

[3:28] of truly embodying that consciousness.

[3:31] So, there's a very big difference

[3:33] between knowing who you are and actually

[3:36] living it. So, one of the things that

[3:39] I've just loved about our relationship,

[3:42] Tanya, is our chats and how wild and

[3:46] crazy and fun and beautiful and

[3:48] sometimes challenging this human life

[3:52] has been through these years of

[3:54] integration and going with the twists

[3:56] and turns and ultimately I will say

[3:59] living as source, which you could say

[4:02] living as unconditional love in human

[4:05] form. and that presence that we are. So,

[4:09] I'll let you introduce yourself, Tanya.

[4:12] >> Thank you very much, Kathy. Thank you.

[4:14] Hey, you guys just pitch in in the

[4:16] comments. Um, we would love to interact

[4:20] with you also on in the chat. Um, so my

[4:23] name is Tanya Castillo. I've been around

[4:26] for a while within this whole discovery

[4:29] of

[4:31] who am I? like um and uh honestly if I

[4:34] say like I can't answer like I can't say

[4:37] I am this because basically there is no

[4:40] answer to that it's not a we we cannot

[4:43] package it like I am this other than I

[4:47] am um a part of the whole of all that is

[4:52] expressing itself in this moment in this

[4:54] lifetime through this body through this

[4:57] awareness that in itself has also

[5:00] changed and changed and keeps keeps on

[5:02] changing. So the moment I think, oh,

[5:05] this is it. Yeah. Wow. Then um a new

[5:10] shift happens and and something goes on

[5:13] that, um

[5:15] I wasn't expecting and then I discover

[5:17] more. So basically um in 2013 when I had

[5:23] my um

[5:26] big uh also condundalini awakening but

[5:29] different like it was in different way

[5:31] than Kathy Kathy's and also it was a

[5:34] near-death experience but again in a

[5:36] different way and I at that time became

[5:40] so connected within that huge love that

[5:44] it was so overwhelming actually that

[5:46] huge love that Um in the first days I

[5:51] could hardly um process being in a human

[5:55] body actually because um I felt like I

[5:58] was floating and um I had to go to work

[6:01] at that time. I was an English teacher

[6:04] and it was so strange because I was kind

[6:06] of living parallel realities because I

[6:09] was in this expanded

[6:12] love in this huggeeness in this huge

[6:15] silence everything went very like

[6:17] totally still inside of me and my heart

[6:19] just became completely fulfilled

[6:22] and at the same time then I was in in

[6:25] the so-called real world and um like

[6:28] trying to figure out

[6:31] now now who am I and what am I supposed

[6:33] to be doing and all that. And so in the

[6:36] first days it was uh strange but

[6:39] fantastic as well. And just to say that

[6:43] for um like about a decade um I lived

[6:50] um an almost constant state of peace and

[6:54] fulfillment and bliss and all of that.

[6:57] Of course there were fluctuations

[6:59] throughout the that journey um

[7:02] throughout that time but mostly it was

[7:05] like that like I was feeling like really

[7:07] in a a very expanded vibe

[7:11] living life to its most beautiful

[7:16] potential and then stuff happened and

[7:19] then uh all of a sudden it was like oh

[7:22] whoa whoa wait a minute so oh this this

[7:25] changes and then Now I am in a a new

[7:29] phase different from the other one. Um

[7:32] and the realization that many of us when

[7:37] we start our spiritual journey of

[7:40] discovering who we are, we think um that

[7:44] there is a kind of um a baseline a place

[7:48] you reach and that it's constant. And

[7:52] another thing that we believe is that

[7:54] there is a place you reach uh and that's

[7:57] it. Like you reach a place

[8:00] and then from then on it's all kind of

[8:03] um champagne and roses and um

[8:08] from my experience because I can only

[8:10] speak from my experience and we're only

[8:12] here to share our experience not not to

[8:15] make it the truth or anyone else's

[8:17] truth. That's not the point at all. Um

[8:20] the point of sharing it is hey this

[8:22] happens too or it can be this way or

[8:25] that way. It's it's not in any way to to

[8:27] to be special or whatever. So anyway, in

[8:33] my experience, I've realized there is no

[8:37] kind of place you arrive

[8:40] uh where it's then always free sailing

[8:45] and there is no constant baseline. So as

[8:50] embodied human beings,

[8:53] we do have a different perspective and

[8:56] it's very easy to touch base again and

[8:58] again and again if we get distracted by

[9:02] any chance because it's normal to get

[9:04] distracted while living everyday life.

[9:08] But it's easy to touch base constantly

[9:10] and and come back into that awareness of

[9:13] presence and to live from there um

[9:16] almost 100% of the time. But does it

[9:20] become 100%. I would say um maybe if we

[9:25] were choosing to live in a monastery or

[9:29] in kind of at the top of the mountain

[9:31] somewhere away from everyone else even

[9:36] so I'm not sure it would be a constant

[9:39] constant but our choice is to live a

[9:43] meditative life

[9:46] but in a way that is a celebration. So

[9:50] basically we live

[9:53] normal regular lives um and have as much

[9:57] fun as we can according to our own

[10:01] perception obviously because each one

[10:02] has their own way of enjoying. So we

[10:06] have as much fun as we like as we really

[10:09] feel in the moment but um in a very

[10:13] sacred way I would say so life becomes

[10:17] um an extremely sacred experience even

[10:21] within its secularity in in its everyday

[10:25] normaly

[10:27] so I don't think there's much of like

[10:30] our life is not that normal so to speak

[10:33] but on the other hand it is. So

[10:36] basically um [snorts] it's been a

[10:39] discovery that the baseline is always un

[10:42] there underlying but we're not

[10:45] constantly in it. Uh and it doesn't

[10:48] matter. So that's been one of the

[10:51] biggest most relevant discoveries for me

[10:53] because uh I've always been very

[10:55] determined and very disciplined and uh

[10:59] so for me it was really important to you

[11:01] know you like now you're fulfilled. You

[11:04] know what that means now you're supposed

[11:06] to stay that way 100% of the time and if

[11:09] if not it's because you're doing

[11:11] something wrong. And my perception now

[11:13] is not about doing something right or

[11:16] wrong. is just get out there and and

[11:19] experiment. Just try it out. See how it

[11:23] goes. Doesn't matter. It really doesn't

[11:25] matter because presence, the divine

[11:28] source, whatever we want to call it, is

[11:30] there all the time. So there's no way we

[11:33] can lose it. We can temporarily lose

[11:36] touch.

[11:37] >> Can be for fractions, for seconds, for

[11:41] minutes, sometimes a few hours, never

[11:44] for entire days.

[11:46] uh anymore.

[11:47] >> No,

[11:48] >> which is fantastic.

[11:50] >> Um yeah, and then of course there are

[11:53] many many days where we're in complete

[11:56] touch all the time. So

[11:59] >> I think that is something to celebrate.

[12:01] Uh for me at least it is. I'm very happy

[12:04] about it

[12:05] >> and to be able to share. There you are.

[12:08] >> Yes. Yes. And I have to say what Tanya

[12:12] just said. I mean, that's why we do what

[12:15] we do. That's why we're here sharing

[12:17] with you. When you live in this

[12:19] completely different state than you

[12:21] were,

[12:23] you want to share it with people. When

[12:25] people you love are still going through

[12:27] struggles and certain levels of

[12:29] suffering and challenges that you know

[12:33] can be easier, that's why we share this.

[12:36] And again, like she said, something

[12:38] super important. It's not about being

[12:42] special. Everyone on the planet is the

[12:44] most special person in the universe of

[12:46] course. Um but it is about sharing

[12:48] what's available and you will notice you

[12:51] know Tanya and I have very similar

[12:54] stories yet very different stories and

[12:56] one of the things with the whole

[12:58] spiritual

[13:00] hoba blah blah now it's become very

[13:02] mainstream and you have all the

[13:03] spiritual teachers and it's like

[13:05] everything's a paradox. Well one reason

[13:08] is as she pointed out there is no single

[13:10] truth. we can only each share our

[13:12] experience as this emanation of source

[13:16] and it's all going to be different but

[13:18] hopefully the more people that share uh

[13:21] help the others that are still going

[13:23] through it. So I want to pick up on what

[13:26] Tanya said though about the baseline and

[13:29] for me that's been

[13:32] huge. So, you know, for anyone out there

[13:34] who's going back and forth and

[13:36] struggling and not committed and not

[13:39] determined, you know, I've I I will say

[13:43] that yes, this is happening for you.

[13:46] It's happening automatically. When the

[13:47] clarioning call goes off, you really

[13:49] can't say no or you're going to be in a

[13:51] world of trouble. But the determination

[13:54] and the commitment to yourself, I mean,

[13:58] if you choose that, it just makes

[14:01] everything so much easier. And the

[14:04] baseline for me when I had my experience

[14:07] now 2015, it was like I wasn't very um

[14:12] spiritual before that. I was pretty

[14:14] dense and really had what you'd call

[14:18] essentially like a nervous breakdown for

[14:20] years. I was bedridden. I became

[14:22] agorophobic. I couldn't leave my house.

[14:24] I was on anti-depressants, anti-anxiety

[14:26] meds, bipolar meds. I was, you would

[14:28] think, the biggest mess on the whole

[14:30] planet, right? Like the last person. And

[14:32] I thought, I'm done. This is over. You

[14:36] know, I'm the one person in the world

[14:37] who is beyond repair and all these

[14:41] things that, you know, we deep down a

[14:43] lot of times think about ourselves. And

[14:47] one thing I do want to just impress upon

[14:51] everyone is when you choose this

[14:55] with your whole heart and you mean it. I

[14:58] just want to know who I am and I'm I'll

[15:01] be honest and truthful within myself and

[15:04] you ask for help from your creator self,

[15:06] from yourself as source, as the

[15:08] universe, as God, whatever words that

[15:10] you want. It it will happen. But it

[15:14] requires your commitment and your

[15:17] honesty and sometimes all of your grit

[15:20] and all of your human um we'll say I

[15:23] always say you have to dig really really

[15:25] deep and just say damn it all of myself

[15:28] were doing this to walk through the

[15:30] fears and to get up and keep moving

[15:32] through things. But you know, on one

[15:35] hand that sounds like kind of hard, but

[15:37] on the other hand, it's the most

[15:40] wonderful thing ever in the end to be

[15:44] your own hero, to have a new baseline.

[15:47] So the way I experience life now, like I

[15:51] wasn't in bliss like Tanya was after,

[15:53] yes, there was silence for days. I sat

[15:55] there and didn't get off my couch

[15:57] because I didn't have a thought in my

[15:58] head and I couldn't even contemplate

[16:00] taking a shower. [laughter]

[16:02] Um so yes I had to integrate that living

[16:06] in in two worlds kind of thing. Um but

[16:10] it was a lot more of a challenge for me

[16:12] where I started from. And the one shift

[16:17] that I will say happened year over year

[16:20] month over month every decision is just

[16:24] that today there is a space of peace

[16:28] within. There's always always always a

[16:31] knowing that all is well. Even when it

[16:34] doesn't seem well, even when you look

[16:36] around and everything is flying this way

[16:40] and that way, there is something

[16:43] embodied. I'll say you are embodied

[16:46] within your physical body to the point

[16:48] that you remember who you are. And it is

[16:51] 24/7. There are minutes or moments where

[16:54] you might h have a little reaction but

[16:57] you're aware of the reaction essentially

[16:59] all the time. And so even from the

[17:04] emotional state. So I think most folks

[17:07] what really troubles us, what troubled

[17:09] me why I was on a million meds is

[17:11] emotions. You know the thoughts and the

[17:14] emotions are what cloud us of feeling

[17:17] like ourselves.

[17:19] And even when those arise

[17:23] now, I'm still here. I'm still fully me

[17:27] able to witness all the emotions and

[17:30] feel this embrace of love. And it goes

[17:33] beyond. And it's so hard to describe

[17:35] this because

[17:38] it very much, you know, we use words

[17:41] like bliss and joy and ease.

[17:44] But there is to me a very physical

[17:47] tangible feeling through my body that

[17:50] extends way beyond my body. I don't

[17:52] know. It's just endless

[17:54] of being connected to everything and

[17:56] embraced by all that is. So yeah, I've

[18:01] had a ton of ups and downs and twists

[18:04] and turns and things go this way and

[18:07] things go that way and oh my god, I'm

[18:09] moving again and how am I going to pay

[18:10] my rent and looking at the bank account,

[18:13] but the whole time it's like meh, I know

[18:15] who I am. [laughter]

[18:18] This body, this body isn't built to live

[18:20] here forever, but I never die and it's

[18:23] going to be what it is. And when you

[18:25] know that you're part of this whole

[18:27] thing and you know it's like pure

[18:31] consciousness, love, source, it loves

[18:34] you. It if when you're open and you're

[18:37] in flow and you ask for whatever I want

[18:40] joy, I want love. I want you know the

[18:42] foundation for everything that I do is

[18:45] to be clear and embodied and aligned

[18:47] with and of and as who I am and be that

[18:50] expression.

[18:51] But what you ask for comes into your

[18:54] life. It's just a matter of what's in

[18:56] between

[18:58] you and the thing that you want. And

[19:01] what's in between is eons of old energy.

[19:04] All those old energies, call them from

[19:08] past lives, karmic energies, whatever

[19:10] words you want to use that we have in

[19:12] the cells of our body. So the biggest

[19:15] struggle for me, and Tanya, I'll let you

[19:18] pick this up, is when you, you know,

[19:21] going back to poof. Oh my god, I know

[19:24] who I am. Oh my god, I can't believe I

[19:26] ever fell asleep. Ah, you know, it was

[19:29] like I remember balling tears of relief

[19:32] and then laughing like how could I have

[19:34] fallen? Oh my god, I can't believe I

[19:36] believed in fear and death and all this

[19:39] and then you think I've made it. But the

[19:42] crazy thing is you know what you know,

[19:45] but you haven't embodied it because the

[19:48] cells of your body are still holding all

[19:50] this density. And so it was years of

[19:54] walking through fears. I mean, there

[19:56] were times I remember telling my dad no

[19:58] one time and he's gone now, bless his

[20:01] soul. But telling him no for the first

[20:03] time on the phone and my whole body

[20:05] started shaking and I started balling

[20:07] when I got off the phone and my body was

[20:09] just squeezing out fear. So, there's a

[20:12] lot of weirdness that goes on and

[20:16] difficulty and challenges

[20:19] letting our bodies speed up

[20:21] vibrationally and keep recalibrating to

[20:24] bring more of that knowing through our

[20:27] form.

[20:29] And so picking up on that, it's been

[20:33] really really interesting like since um

[20:37] well since both of us for sure we have

[20:40] this since we began this awareness this

[20:43] coming into awareness of who we truly

[20:45] are and and the whole thing of

[20:47] embodiment. So for me it started like

[20:50] over 20 years ago when I started with

[20:52] Reiki and all of that stuff. Like for me

[20:54] that was a huge thing because I was

[20:56] totally not into spiritual stuff at all.

[21:00] Like totally not. Then started

[21:02] meditation and all that. Well, whatever.

[21:04] Anyway, since that time up to now,

[21:10] this body has been through so much. I've

[21:14] been through periods where my body was

[21:18] kind of like fireworks, like always

[21:20] tingling. And after especially after

[21:23] 2013, the experience I I told you about

[21:27] and and like it was this kind of

[21:29] constant orgasmic feeling like feeling

[21:32] my condolini always um moving up and

[21:35] down my spine and and it could be with

[21:38] anything. It could be like bathing in

[21:40] the ocean or just the simplest things

[21:43] and it would just boom and I was like,

[21:45] "Oh, wow." Sometimes people tell me,

[21:47] "Oh, have you ever done aaska or

[21:49] whatever?" I said, "What for?" I mean

[21:51] I've been through I've experienced such

[21:54] kind of transcendent stuff with nothing

[21:58] like just with how the whole embodiment

[22:01] works and and this condundalini thing

[22:03] that and not I didn't do any specific

[22:06] condundalini practices just so you know

[22:08] it just burst on its own and then it

[22:11] kept on boom boom boom boom boom

[22:13] sometimes really intensely for days it

[22:16] would be like a a kind of a huge

[22:19] powerhouse always on. Boom boom boom

[22:22] boom. And I would just feel this huge

[22:25] huge kind of my head was like it was

[22:28] like huge like much larger and and the

[22:32] whole body was tingling all over and

[22:34] then I went through phases as well. So

[22:37] this comes in waves just so and it was

[22:40] in waves before but after that

[22:43] experience the waves is the same thing.

[22:45] So then it was waves of embodiment.

[22:49] So when I hit that super high frequency

[22:52] then what happened was that then the

[22:55] body needs to calibrate and adjust and

[22:58] so um then I used to go through and

[23:01] still do when I'm going through

[23:02] transitions through very hyper sensitive

[23:05] phases where I feel everything like

[23:08] where where I feel the people around me

[23:11] the places everything is so intense and

[23:14] sometimes painful actually like feeling

[23:17] the the thoughts thoughts and and

[23:19] feeling the emotions and feeling

[23:22] everything that's going on in a certain

[23:24] space. Um, and when I'm going through

[23:27] those transitions, I become super hyper

[23:30] sensitive, but I have learned not to

[23:34] kind of um protect myself from

[23:38] experiencing that in a sense. So, I do

[23:40] know that when I need to remove myself

[23:44] from being in public places, I just do.

[23:47] I I go into my own kind of cave and just

[23:50] stay there and just lie down and just

[23:54] just breathe and allow the body to kind

[23:56] of settle because it's very very intense

[24:00] physically.

[24:01] >> Yeah.

[24:01] >> And then I go but I don't just stay

[24:03] there uh like okay now the oh now it

[24:07] feels oh it feels so good. Okay. Oh

[24:10] yeah. And then I go back. I mean, I

[24:13] don't just stay there because it's

[24:14] comfortable and it feels really good and

[24:16] and finally it's settling. No. Okay, now

[24:18] it's settled. Now I can go back and try

[24:20] and try see how it goes again.

[24:22] >> And um so then at a certain point it

[24:26] just tilts. So that that hypers

[24:30] sensitive transition goes on for a

[24:32] while. Sometimes even it becomes very

[24:36] kind of my mind is very silent.

[24:39] I don't have a million thoughts racing

[24:42] or anything like that. So, this is also

[24:44] I think important to share because many

[24:46] people do a lot of meditation practices

[24:49] and that and and sometimes feel

[24:51] frustrated because it seems like they're

[24:53] never getting anywhere and that the mind

[24:55] will still be noisy forever and we just

[24:58] have to deal with it and it's not true.

[25:00] The mind will not be noisy forever. My

[25:03] mind is totally not noisy. um it is very

[25:08] silent. Um but when I am going through

[25:11] those transitional frequency phases and

[25:15] whatever the cells in my body need to

[25:18] expel from all of my incarnations, but

[25:22] also from what I kind of um gather along

[25:26] the way, you know, because I'm living

[25:29] life, so I gather I gather stuff and

[25:32] then I need to kind of release it. Um,

[25:35] so it's just part of being in life. And

[25:37] so in while I'm in those very hyper

[25:40] sensitive uh phases, it also becomes a

[25:44] bit noisy because I'm picking up a lot

[25:46] of different thoughts that I know are

[25:49] not mine because I mean they don't make

[25:51] no sense at all. Like then I but I don't

[25:54] fret about them and say, "Oh my god, how

[25:57] why am I thinking this?" You know, I

[25:59] shouldn't be think. No, it's like, "Oh

[26:00] wow, that's interesting." and let it go.

[26:03] And it just goes and goes and goes and

[26:06] then it just shifts and the mind is

[26:07] silent again and the body [sighs] can

[26:11] finally relax into the new frequency.

[26:14] So um also I have had phases within all

[26:18] of these transitions where my body has

[26:22] been like I've been almost dying

[26:25] literally like I felt like the I didn't

[26:28] know if I was going to wake up the

[26:31] following day. Okay. I didn't know if I

[26:32] would live the following day

[26:34] >> because it was literally dying. Like the

[26:38] whole biology seemed to be shutting

[26:40] down. Um I felt um a lot of pain

[26:46] everywhere,

[26:48] joints,

[26:50] organs, everything. It's like everything

[26:53] was aching. Like oh, it was terrible to

[26:56] even think about getting out of bed in

[26:58] the morning sometimes. and and this

[27:00] could go on for days and days and

[27:03] sometimes over a month and two months

[27:05] and whatever. And um the only thing that

[27:09] that um I knew for sure is it's okay

[27:16] whatever happens whether I transition or

[27:19] not is not the point here. What matters

[27:23] is that I can fully trust

[27:26] that this too is part of embodiment. So

[27:32] when the body is kind of I've been

[27:35] through phases where I could feel like

[27:37] the whole of humanity crying, it's pain,

[27:40] it's tears like

[27:42] >> huge huge pain coming from everywhere.

[27:45] It's kind of it's excruciating.

[27:48] Anyway, and in those moments where I

[27:50] felt despair, I also at the same time

[27:54] felt,

[27:55] but it's okay. So, um, whatever it is,

[28:01] it's okay. It's part of of becoming the

[28:04] more that I am within this physical

[28:07] body. And so, I never so I don't

[28:09] recommend this to anyone, okay? But I

[28:12] never went to the hospital or sought

[28:14] medical advice or anything. So, I'm not

[28:17] recommending that. I'm not saying you

[28:19] should do that, but for me, it was like

[28:22] that. I always fully fully trusted. So,

[28:24] I don't know if I've had cancer or not

[28:27] or if I've had like a really really

[28:30] deadly disease meanwhile within all of

[28:32] that pain that I went through. I have no

[28:34] idea. It doesn't matter, you know.

[28:37] >> I think that's good to share.

[28:40] >> Yeah. I just stayed and knew that what

[28:44] was going on was perfect for me. And I

[28:49] knew to stay and feel if there was

[28:51] emotion with that and there was there

[28:54] there was always emotion coming up with

[28:56] the different kind of phases to feel

[28:58] those emotions to you know not discount

[29:02] them as oh you know why am I feeling

[29:04] this or what sometimes um it can get

[29:08] like yeah um wow why is this emotion

[29:13] coming up it's not about why it's just

[29:16] be with it you know it's there. Be with

[29:18] it. Doesn't matter where it's coming

[29:20] from. Even if it's not yours, it doesn't

[29:22] matter either. It's you're feeling it.

[29:24] Just just feel it. Let it go. Let it

[29:27] move through you. And at some point um

[29:32] through all of those phases, then the

[29:34] physical body comes to a new stage,

[29:37] comes to a new frequency. And um and in

[29:41] that case, then it sort of kind of um

[29:45] rejuvenates. So that's happened to me

[29:47] several times throughout the process.

[29:49] So, there's been times where it seems

[29:51] like I was getting really heavily older,

[29:55] like like, oh gosh, oh, maybe I'm

[29:58] getting old, maybe. Oh, wow.

[30:02] Okay. And then all of a sudden I'm

[30:06] younger than [laughter] I was 20 years

[30:08] ago in terms of how I feel and and the

[30:11] health that the body is exuding and the

[30:13] the the brilliance, the radiance and and

[30:16] just the stamina and all of that and

[30:20] it's all of a sudden, oh okay, so that

[30:23] wasn't the end of the line. That's why I

[30:25] said at the beginning, it's never the

[30:27] end of the line. there's always um more

[30:31] and I know it will just keep on you know

[30:33] it will just keep on going um and I'm

[30:37] okay with that at this moment I'm in a

[30:39] phase of ex absolute discovery I'm

[30:42] living in a new place um

[30:45] uh meeting new people and some people

[30:48] that I have in my life in the moment

[30:50] it's like they've been there forever

[30:52] like we like we've known each other

[30:54] forever and um because there's there's

[30:58] this uh connection that happens

[31:00] instantly and there um not I'm not

[31:04] protecting myself from meeting people um

[31:08] openly like you know I can love you

[31:11] entirely right here and right now just

[31:14] because we're here in life you know so

[31:17] I'm I was sharing with Kathy like um

[31:19] here where I'm living I've got my son on

[31:23] the island and my nieces and nephews and

[31:26] all that which aren't of of course uh

[31:28] blood related but it it's the same

[31:31] thing. I love them as much as um as I

[31:35] love my own kind of um offspring. Um I

[31:40] don't get jealous [laughter]

[31:44] about her. Don't get jealous. Um but

[31:48] yeah, it's just um the way it is. So the

[31:50] body it goes through a lot of phases and

[31:55] I mean if you feel you need to go to the

[31:56] doctor do if you feel you need to go to

[31:58] the hospital do do whatever you feel you

[32:00] need to do. If you feel you need to take

[32:02] medication do whatever you need to you

[32:05] need to do that you can that you can

[32:07] trust.

[32:08] >> So for me I didn't do any of that

[32:11] because I'm I I sort of came in with a a

[32:15] hyper trust kind of kind of thing. So

[32:20] had this hyper trust thing like I really

[32:22] trust

[32:23] >> but not not everyone is the same and

[32:25] each one has to go through this um

[32:29] embodiment process in their own way.

[32:32] >> So you know whatever works for you but

[32:34] don't feel discouraged

[32:36] >> when it feels like you've fallen down

[32:39] and and like it feels like you can't get

[32:41] up again.

[32:42] >> [snorts]

[32:42] >> There was a point I actually I asked

[32:45] Kathy for help like because I was

[32:48] drowning in in this um in this very

[32:51] dense energy because of some work I was

[32:54] doing with uh people and um I just said

[32:58] hey I'm I'm really not managing to to

[33:02] kind of get get past this and I know it

[33:05] will move but it's so painful at the

[33:07] moment that if I can get a little bit of

[33:10] support it will be easier. for me. And

[33:13] so Kathy with the energy work just her

[33:17] support uh helped my body to kind of

[33:20] stabilize and for it to be a bit less

[33:23] time that I needed to be in that density

[33:26] and that that pain that I was in at that

[33:29] time. So um it's all part of the

[33:32] process. It's not that um you're doing

[33:35] anything wrong. Um, and also one thing

[33:39] I'd really like to leave very clear, you

[33:42] are so unique, um, that it's you we want

[33:47] here. Like it's you we're waiting for.

[33:49] It's not it's not like a replica of

[33:51] anyone else or like that you kind of

[33:54] emulate some kind of guru or someone

[33:57] that you like or that you follow. No,

[33:59] please. I mean, no, you are the one that

[34:03] has your particular

[34:06] um sum total of all that you are from

[34:10] all that you have been and all that you

[34:13] are to be because everything's happening

[34:16] at the same time. Um so that's what we

[34:22] uh celebrate with is is the uniqueness.

[34:26] It's not about us sharing our examples

[34:29] here and that being kind of oh okay

[34:31] that's a map or something. There is no

[34:34] map. Sorry to say that's been one of the

[34:36] hardest discoveries actually. Um

[34:40] sometimes you know listening to this or

[34:42] that wise person whatever and then

[34:45] feeling like ah yeah but my my story is

[34:48] not exactly like that and now [snorts]

[34:51] okay how do I navigate? Huh? You're here

[34:54] to discover.

[34:55] >> Yes. On to you, Kathy.

[34:58] >> Yes. Oh, goodness. I I want to talk a

[35:02] bit about the body some more. And I

[35:05] you've already made these points. This

[35:07] is not medical advice. This is not a

[35:09] how-to. This is sharing of the

[35:11] experience and how we got here. And um

[35:15] and then I want to go back to the island

[35:18] thing. So that's what I'm going to start

[35:19] with is the body. But for anyone who

[35:23] resonates with this, with the

[35:25] challenges, the ups, the downs, the

[35:27] feeling like you're stuck in the mud, um

[35:30] I too went through the days, weeks,

[35:32] months, and even years of those

[35:34] integrations.

[35:36] Um, for me, I know that that um

[35:40] near-death experience, the awareness,

[35:43] the experience of being pure

[35:44] consciousness and then coming back to

[35:46] the body. I mean, I just couldn't take

[35:49] it seriously anymore. Like, I couldn't

[35:52] take it I couldn't take human life

[35:54] seriously anymore. And it even pissed

[35:56] people off, you know, at the time. My

[35:58] boyfriend was like, "Well, you just

[35:59] don't care about anything anymore, do

[36:01] you?" Just like, I'm a totally different

[36:02] person now. you know I have a totally

[36:04] different perspective

[36:07] but not because we don't care because

[36:10] you can see the truth and you know the

[36:13] truth and you can sense the truth and

[36:15] there is such a deep connection. So

[36:19] again if you are going through those

[36:21] just know that this is part of the

[36:25] process of your body recalibrating and

[36:28] and releasing everything. So, you know,

[36:31] I mean, in my private group, the

[36:33] creators group, I've shared so many

[36:35] weird stories over the years. And Tanya,

[36:37] you reminded me of so many of those.

[36:39] It's like the times when I had the

[36:42] weirdest weirdest things going on with

[36:44] my body. Yes. Feeling like I'm having a

[36:46] heart attack, feeling like I'm dying

[36:48] probably a hundred times. I mean, who

[36:51] knows how many times. And the feelings

[36:53] of so much energy, you don't know what

[36:55] to do with it, and you just can't even

[36:57] harness it all. the feelings of being

[37:01] dragged through the bottom of the ocean

[37:02] again as the next clearing comes.

[37:04] Immense pain, extreme pain. Now, I

[37:08] shared earlier that I was on loads of

[37:10] psych meds 15, 20 years ago when I kind

[37:13] of got into meditation and yoga after 20

[37:16] plus years corporate life. I started

[37:19] getting into that stuff also. Um, but I

[37:22] also had two biopsies done that were

[37:24] atypical. So, I knew deep down I had

[37:27] cancer, but I never went to get it

[37:29] checked. I said, "Screw it. I'm either

[37:32] going to find out if I'm eternal or not,

[37:35] and I haven't been to the doctor for 14

[37:39] years since I pulled the plug on

[37:40] everything." And I said, "We're either

[37:42] going to do this and transform this body

[37:44] and I'm going to become me or f it. I'm

[37:47] out of here." You know, because I was

[37:48] like, I'm doing it. If anybody I've now

[37:51] seen these stories and I had a amazing

[37:54] facilitator William Lynville is still my

[37:57] mentor. I will have sessions with him.

[37:59] You know there's this spiritual ego like

[38:03] the master knows everything and never

[38:05] asks for help. It's like uh there's

[38:07] eight billion people on the planet for a

[38:09] reason and we're all here to love and

[38:11] support and help each other. Now you've

[38:13] got your own wisdom, you've got your own

[38:15] connection. It's not from neediness.

[38:18] It's out of love. So I had the support

[38:22] of a facilitator. Thank God I wouldn't

[38:25] be here today. I don't think I mean I it

[38:28] was a very very tough journey but um

[38:32] again who knows what my body has how

[38:36] many times has it had or released cancer

[38:39] or this or that. Essentially, as you're

[38:42] clearing those cellular memories, it is

[38:44] also every ancestral disease, every

[38:48] different thing is coming up and out.

[38:51] Um, that knowing that you're eternal,

[38:54] that for me it was I just know that as

[38:59] long as I am choosing to know who I am

[39:01] and to body embody who I am, that

[39:05] everything is golden. You know, it's

[39:07] like everything is happening for me. so

[39:10] lovingly. And you know what? If I'm not

[39:13] meant to be here at a higher level of

[39:16] consciousness, then so be it. But that

[39:19] level of openness and trust and

[39:22] willingness, it's not about, we'll say,

[39:24] being stupid or whatever. Like, I fell

[39:26] and hurt my shoulder. So, I have been to

[39:28] the doctor. I tore some tissue and I

[39:30] went in, I got cortisone shots. I got an

[39:32] MRI. I had them fix me up and give me

[39:35] some pills. Like, I took

[39:37] anti-inflammatories. Whatever. It's not

[39:40] anti- that stuff at all. It is about

[39:44] asking yourself in connecting with

[39:47] yourself and saying, "Okay, what does

[39:48] the body need? Does the body need to go

[39:50] to the doctor?" Well, for 14 years, the

[39:52] answer was no. And what's happening? Oh,

[39:55] this is just part of a clearing. Got it.

[39:57] Oh, this is just a another embodiment, a

[39:59] light integration, an activation,

[40:01] whatever you want to call them. Got it.

[40:04] And so when you really are committed to

[40:08] becoming clear and connected within

[40:09] yourself, every answer is right there.

[40:13] And I will say with one exception, there

[40:15] are times that life brings us tremendous

[40:18] storms.

[40:19] And those storms make us more embodied

[40:22] and integrated. The challenges bring us

[40:25] into deeper presence and deeper

[40:26] embodiment. But if you're like me and

[40:29] Tanya, we say, "Bring it on. I'm here

[40:31] for it. Let's go." 100%. We are true

[40:35] explorers. Thank you, Ashana. Hello. Um,

[40:38] and I think we just incarnated. I'll

[40:40] speak for myself. I came in apparently

[40:43] with that disposition. This was my path

[40:46] and I couldn't deny it if I wanted to.

[40:48] It may seem utterly crazy to others, but

[40:52] somebody's got to be a forerunner and

[40:54] jump right in and say, "It's okay, guys.

[40:56] Come on, join me. It's safe. It turns

[40:58] out it's really it's all good. It's

[41:00] hard, but it's worth it." Um,

[41:04] but it really is about connecting to

[41:07] yourself, getting those answers. But we

[41:09] are here to love and support and help

[41:12] each other. And when I had this big

[41:14] experience, it was like I would go out

[41:18] into the world and I was seeing with my

[41:21] physical eyes light emanating off of

[41:23] everyone out of their eyes, out of their

[41:25] hearts. And I felt such love for

[41:28] humanity. And now this is very serious.

[41:33] This is a a point I want to make because

[41:36] I see people all the time sharing posts

[41:38] on Facebook or wherever. Well, that's

[41:40] really the only place I am. I'm not very

[41:42] um into social media, but um you know,

[41:46] like love and light sucks. That's all

[41:48] fluffy and that's spiritual to

[41:51] bless your enemies and give them love.

[41:54] Like that's a bunch of bypassing. And

[41:56] I'm like, whoa, that is a load of ego.

[42:00] And that just is part of our human

[42:02] identity. And it is very, very hard for

[42:07] people to get beyond that. And I

[42:08] understand that. But in truth, when you

[42:13] feel who you truly are, there is nothing

[42:16] but love and compassion for the biggest

[42:20] um jerk, for the meanest person, for the

[42:24] people that are perceivably wrecking the

[42:27] world with greed and the terrible, you

[42:30] know, the murderers and whatever. You as

[42:33] source in truth has nothing but

[42:36] unconditional love and compassion for

[42:39] everybody. And you can see too that they

[42:43] are actually doing it to themselves.

[42:45] They are separating themselves from the

[42:47] love that they are. And how could you

[42:50] not feel for them? So this journey is

[42:52] not about memorizing all this spiritual

[42:56] jargon. You know I too dabbled in a few

[42:59] energy work things. I don't do any of

[43:01] that today. I go direct. It is about the

[43:04] heart. It is about truly the heart of

[43:09] existence and who you are. And when you

[43:13] strip away all the kind of spiritual

[43:15] jargon and yada yada yada and you come

[43:18] into that presence of love that you are,

[43:23] it's like Tanya said, you

[43:26] there were periods I could feel the

[43:28] suffering of humanity. I couldn't hardly

[43:30] leave my house, right? But you feel this

[43:33] love simultaneously. It's such a rich

[43:36] experience.

[43:37] But that feeling of love, it grows and

[43:41] grows and grows and grows. And the

[43:44] feeling of the other energies diminishes

[43:47] and diminishes and diminishes and

[43:49] diminishes. And yes, I have waves of

[43:51] sensitivity.

[43:54] But truly, this whole embodiment isn't

[43:57] about becoming smarter and memorizing

[43:59] all the stuff and knowing everything or

[44:02] look where we are. It's about coming

[44:04] home to your heart and unconditional

[44:06] love. And if you want to call it pure

[44:08] consciousness, that's fine. But for me,

[44:12] being on this planet requires extreme

[44:15] love, extreme compassion.

[44:18] compassion for yourself because you're

[44:22] here watching. So, you're on this

[44:24] journey with us and it will drag you

[44:26] through the worst of emotions you've

[44:29] ever felt. It will drag you through the

[44:31] depths of despair because you have to

[44:33] release all of that to remember who you

[44:36] are.

[44:37] And so just know that when you are

[44:41] connected to that and you stay committed

[44:44] to that and you come from the heart and

[44:46] don't get, you know, sucked into all

[44:49] these egoic little stories and things

[44:52] and teachings and whatever and worrying

[44:54] about what other people think and

[44:55] comparisons and all the identities and

[44:56] all the stories that you will come

[44:59] through this and it's not going to be

[45:02] easy. It's simple, but it's not easy. So

[45:06] this is so fun because you know we've

[45:09] gone through we have such a similar

[45:11] disposition I will say in in the way of

[45:15] like constantly being committed and I

[45:18] believe I was infused and I was seated

[45:20] with that from birth and also though in

[45:23] my big um NDE experience it was like

[45:27] there is nothing else. There is nothing

[45:29] else in this life. I love my kids. I

[45:31] love my family but they're not my kids.

[45:33] They're not my family. I'm not a

[45:34] daughter. I'm not a mother. I'm just

[45:36] pretending to play this little character

[45:38] called Kathy. I'm not a girl. I'm not an

[45:40] American. It's just all fun things I can

[45:43] play. And today in the world, I can play

[45:45] with those identities. I can hang out

[45:47] with girls and have a little girl talk

[45:49] or I can go to work and I can talk like

[45:51] the professionals a little bit, you

[45:52] know, and I can do those things. For a

[45:55] lot of years, it was awkward because I

[45:56] was like, I can't say this now. It's not

[45:58] me. I don't know who I am, you know? And

[46:00] then you're just like, whatever. You

[46:01] just get out there. You start playing,

[46:03] you start talking. I mean, sitting on

[46:06] the mountaintop was very very um you

[46:09] know, it it is hard guys to get out

[46:12] there and keep going into the world, but

[46:14] keep doing it because that's what gets

[46:17] you more integrated. Take your time, get

[46:20] clear, and then go back out and play.

[46:23] So, Tanya, you're a great example of

[46:25] that, and you were very out in the world

[46:28] a lot, and you helped me a lot. Um when

[46:32] I started my website maybe six years

[46:34] ago, I found your I mean I met you

[46:38] through you know spiritual group. We

[46:40] were in the same group together and I

[46:43] watched your YouTube videos and I was

[46:45] like whoa this chick's the real deal.

[46:47] Like it was just I could feel it

[46:49] instantly and our everything you shared

[46:52] I was like yep yep yep yep yep. And um

[46:55] then I did a session with you actually

[46:57] when I started my website because I just

[47:00] knew there was still all this doubt that

[47:03] would come up like what am I doing? Does

[47:05] anybody need this? Um am I ready? You

[47:09] know, and I was looking at my mentor

[47:11] Will Lynville. I was like I'm nowhere

[47:12] near where he is and I'm never going to

[47:15] be ready, you know?

[47:16] and then all this other junk that was

[47:19] still in my way. And I knew I needed

[47:21] somebody to just say it to out loud.

[47:25] Like sometimes we just need another

[47:27] human to witness us and say I am doing

[47:30] this and please help me with some of

[47:32] this stuff. And so I have I will say

[47:37] been fascinated with you from the time I

[47:39] met you. I just felt a very like big

[47:42] resonance. We'll put it that way. And

[47:46] you went through a big shift though the

[47:48] last couple years and you live fullon

[47:50] when we chat when we've been, you know,

[47:52] we've been sharing a lot about our

[47:54] personal lives the last several years

[47:56] and I'm always like, "Oh my god, oh my

[47:57] god, oh my god." And it makes me so

[47:59] excited because I'm like, "Yeah, I'm

[48:01] right there with you." And I'm I live a

[48:03] very sort of boring life now, like

[48:05] working a nineto-five job. I'm a coach

[48:07] here in the community as well as my

[48:09] website. And it's very like you know

[48:12] typical human job where you now are

[48:15] living this wild adventure but it came

[48:19] from after you said years of feeling

[48:22] very kind of settled into your

[48:24] blissiness and then you went through a

[48:26] big shift of consciousness again.

[48:30] Um what would you like to share about

[48:33] that?

[48:34] Well, so um I don't know the people who

[48:37] were like uh used to uh be in my sphere

[48:41] and who I used to work with and all

[48:43] that. Um know that there was a time

[48:46] where I said like this was July 2024

[48:50] that I couldn't uh do any work with

[48:53] anyone at that time. I had to stop all

[48:56] of my um sessions, all of my work with

[48:59] people. And um I didn't know when that

[49:03] would uh when that period would end. And

[49:06] I was also off social media for maybe

[49:10] about a year. I'm some Yeah. just all of

[49:13] a sudden. And so um uh it comes it it

[49:18] comes that actually um I had made an

[49:23] agreement

[49:25] before coming in which which then I was

[49:29] apparently ready to um to take on and

[49:35] this was with Serena. Many of you have

[49:38] have known about Serena Faith

[49:40] Mastersonson. And so I started working

[49:42] with her in 2020.

[49:44] slightly before Norma Delaney passed

[49:47] away and then I took over um with the

[49:51] rest of of what what was needed on on

[49:54] Serena's path. Serena's path is like no

[49:57] other. Like really I I cannot fathom

[50:01] uh there existing

[50:04] other human beings that went through uh

[50:06] the level of pain and torture and

[50:08] everything that she went through. And

[50:10] I'm not going to go into any sort of

[50:13] detail here, but anyway, um at one point

[50:17] she came to live in my town uh in in at

[50:21] by the end of 2023 and then you know we

[50:25] all thought it's like yeah it's going to

[50:27] be good for her leaving the US and all

[50:29] that and so on and then it turns out the

[50:32] idea actually like our souls our like

[50:36] the higher consciousness had another

[50:39] thing in mind and So [laughter]

[50:41] >> it's like that a lot.

[50:43] >> It's like oh oh that's what you came

[50:46] for. And so um in that case it was

[50:50] precisely on embodiment. So um

[50:54] throughout my my journey as um as me

[50:59] like as me as becoming me as becoming

[51:01] more of more remembering more of who I

[51:04] truly am because I don't become

[51:06] anything. I just keep on remembering

[51:09] and um throughout that journey I I've

[51:12] specialized in integration.

[51:15] So integrating um aspects of personality

[51:18] that are for some reason kept out there.

[51:22] Um so because of trauma of course there

[51:24] are so many different types of trauma

[51:26] and um so in this case um and also my

[51:31] specialty is embodying embodiment is is

[51:34] coming into the physical body like

[51:38] bringing more of source of our divinity

[51:41] of our soul of whatever you want to call

[51:43] it into the physical body. So this

[51:46] couldn't be done online. So the work um

[51:49] I had been doing with Cath with Kathy

[51:51] sorry with uh with Serena and had been

[51:55] done online because she was far away and

[51:57] then she needed to come and uh then then

[52:02] oh my god then everything that we had

[52:05] done before at a certain level needed to

[52:08] be brought into the body. And so um

[52:13] uh for months and months and months uh

[52:17] my only function was to be um a source

[52:21] of presence and to help uh just

[52:28] with this presence help her navigate her

[52:32] own kind of huge huge amount of

[52:36] personalities because she had um

[52:38] developed uh multiple personality

[52:41] disorder and had come to a point where

[52:44] that was under control but then when it

[52:48] came to really embodying into the

[52:51] physical body that all came up again. So

[52:54] uh then we had to deal with loads and

[52:57] loads and loads like hundreds and

[53:00] hundreds

[53:01] of different um aspects of personality

[53:04] all with their own their own uh ways and

[53:08] whims and wants and needs and whatever.

[53:11] Anyway, and um I I was very strong. my

[53:17] frequency was very high but then it was

[53:21] just such

[53:23] a load that

[53:25] um I it just started kind of coming into

[53:28] my body because I used to kind of go in

[53:31] to that stuff to um hold her hand let's

[53:36] say and that had a very very very strong

[53:40] impact on my physical body um and at a

[53:45] point so the people who knew knew me

[53:47] before know that I was always have been

[53:51] very joyful and that I love um to be in

[53:55] life um in a very open way where I

[54:00] really share my joy um of just being

[54:05] alive and discovering so many beautiful

[54:07] things about life and people and places

[54:10] and all of that stuff. Anyway, believe

[54:12] it or not, I lost my joy

[54:15] and uh so there was a point during all

[54:19] of that work where I could not stop

[54:21] doing it, but I could also not find my

[54:25] way to where is the joy? What's

[54:28] happened? And of course, it had to do

[54:31] with a change of frequency. And there

[54:34] came a point where um I finally uh

[54:38] realized okay I've done what I can do.

[54:41] So I've completed my kind of commitment

[54:44] that I already had from before coming

[54:46] into this lifetime. It's done. Um

[54:51] uh I can't my body can't sustain any

[54:54] more of this. It's just I mean I'm at

[54:57] the end of the line. And um so when that

[55:01] moment came um I became really really

[55:05] very ill. Um I had become ill several

[55:10] times throughout the whole process but

[55:12] then I managed to bounce back but the

[55:15] joy at just disappearing was for me kind

[55:19] of um being dead already

[55:23] >> because no joy is dead. Uh and so um

[55:30] and at that point I I went through a

[55:33] phase where I was um also a little bit

[55:37] kind of you know

[55:40] telling like talking to myself like you

[55:42] know I mean you could have let me know

[55:44] or

[55:46] you could have kind of um

[55:49] told me that it's going to be really

[55:51] challenging but fortunately that never

[55:53] happens right when our soul

[55:56] never tells us these things. It's not

[55:58] supposed to because otherwise we would

[56:00] have ideas about it and we would want to

[56:02] kind of figure it out and control it in

[56:04] a certain way and avoid certain things

[56:06] and whatever. So, and also another thing

[56:08] I discovered is our soul knows jack

[56:11] about how it's going to be really. So,

[56:14] um

[56:16] it's a discovery. The commitment is

[56:19] there, but then the way it's going to

[56:21] turn out in actual physical reality is

[56:25] is not known. It no one knows. No one

[56:28] anywhere anywhere in the universe knows

[56:32] how it's going to unfold.

[56:34] >> Yeah.

[56:34] >> And that's the big deal. That's the

[56:36] thing is like Yeah. Well, you kind of

[56:39] okay, you chose this. I am the human the

[56:42] human facet that is experiencing this.

[56:44] So, I guess that's the point. But

[56:47] I mean it you think it would have been

[56:51] helpful to to know a bit more but it

[56:53] wouldn't. Anyway, then there came a

[56:56] point where my soul um kind of I don't

[57:02] know um

[57:05] it's let's say that that that

[57:09] facet of spirit integrated as well. So

[57:14] it's not like also the human aspects

[57:16] integrate but I discovered also that

[57:20] that um there's the oversoul and and a

[57:24] lot of emanations from the oversoul and

[57:26] so the facet of soul that had chosen in

[57:30] this incarnation to have this experience

[57:33] and also in like over a thousand

[57:36] incarnations all of the other

[57:38] experiences that I had from that soul

[57:40] frequency uh of Aila

[57:44] uh was finally ready to

[57:48] integrate. Um it had done precisely what

[57:53] it had um been created for basically. So

[57:58] not at only at a human level but as at a

[58:01] spiritual level. And so then there was a

[58:04] long period where

[58:07] then I was kind of whoa now what like I

[58:12] felt like okay so my soul kind of my

[58:15] soul is gone in a sense like so now what

[58:20] you know um there was not this

[58:22] communication that I was used to with my

[58:25] um let's say higher self or whatever um

[58:29] because I've always found it really easy

[58:31] to communicate with my essence, with my

[58:34] soul, and also with other masters from

[58:38] the other side. They they there for me

[58:40] and with me oh 100% of the time, even

[58:43] when I forget to to interact or to

[58:48] communicate or to ask for some guidance

[58:51] and usually and a lot of times the

[58:52] answer now is there sorry I mean there's

[58:56] no guidance we can give. we're

[58:57] witnessing. I mean, you're you're the

[58:59] one that's discovering. We're just whoa,

[59:02] you know, just go ahead and do it

[59:04] because we have no idea what to tell

[59:06] you. I mean, sometimes there's an

[59:08] adjustment here or there that that is

[59:10] helpful because um the vision is much

[59:13] clearer from the other side. And so

[59:16] sometimes there is a bit of input that

[59:19] can be helpful for me and that helps me

[59:21] navigate. But a lot of the time it's

[59:23] like

[59:25] there's no answer really. There is no

[59:28] right right thing, no right moment, no

[59:31] right way to go because you are

[59:34] discovering exactly what it is here and

[59:37] now. And so um yeah and then so I just

[59:43] stayed in that kind of desert um

[59:47] like okay

[59:50] well then now what and so I didn't know

[59:54] I had to let go of everything all of my

[59:57] projects everything I have ever created

[59:59] even in passion the project in passion

[1:00:02] everything all of everything all of the

[1:00:05] groups I was in everything it just went

[1:00:07] away everything everything I'd created

[1:00:10] until that point disappeared completely.

[1:00:13] There was no point, no purpose anymore.

[1:00:16] No, nothing to to

[1:00:19] be a passionate about, nothing. Nothing.

[1:00:23] Um, and so at that point, I was like,

[1:00:28] well,

[1:00:30] okay.

[1:00:32] And I just kept on breathing every day.

[1:00:34] I am that I am whatever that is.

[1:00:39] [laughter]

[1:00:41] And I don't know. I don't know what I

[1:00:43] like. I don't know. I I had no idea

[1:00:46] about who I like even in human form

[1:00:50] about who this person is. This person,

[1:00:53] this new person, this person that had

[1:00:56] that was no longer feeling that

[1:00:58] connection. And then this um

[1:01:02] new frequency, let's say this new

[1:01:04] emanation, and it's not a soul

[1:01:06] emanation. It's kind of I I don't know

[1:01:09] how to put it, but it's kind of a spirit

[1:01:13] with with no particular purpose. It's

[1:01:16] what was there before Aya had a purpose.

[1:01:20] So is called the Ain frequency, which I

[1:01:23] have um now sign my stuff with. But this

[1:01:28] Ain frequency is very very different

[1:01:31] from from Aya and not another like not a

[1:01:34] walk-in not a different soul. No, it's

[1:01:38] just um kind of let's say the baseline

[1:01:42] that has no need to fulfill anything.

[1:01:46] Has no purpose to fulfill, no aim to

[1:01:49] walk towards, no nothing to achieve.

[1:01:54] It's just

[1:01:56] embodying for the pure joy and grace of

[1:02:00] experiencing

[1:02:02] these frequencies through humanness

[1:02:05] through a physical body. That's all. Um

[1:02:08] with no particular direction, no

[1:02:12] particular

[1:02:13] achievement or anything. So um so then

[1:02:18] it became so so completely different

[1:02:21] that I felt

[1:02:23] this uh

[1:02:26] stream of joy coming again but very

[1:02:30] different from before. Um and I felt I

[1:02:34] okay so it's time to move. Uh so because

[1:02:37] the place where I had been and

[1:02:40] integrated everything was no longer

[1:02:43] needed so to speak like there's nothing

[1:02:46] here for me anymore in that place

[1:02:48] >> and so then

[1:02:51] this um invitation this awareness

[1:02:54] islands islands to go and live in the

[1:02:57] islands and I didn't know what islands

[1:02:59] at that time but then it became clear

[1:03:01] that it was the Azorus islands which are

[1:03:04] the islands that belong to Portugal

[1:03:07] and uh oh wow it's been so I just um

[1:03:13] this started coming to me in July last

[1:03:15] year and now I've moved so I moved in

[1:03:17] December and living in the middle of the

[1:03:21] Atlantic um

[1:03:24] on these like these islands are just so

[1:03:27] magnificent in terms of their nature the

[1:03:31] beauty but also the frequencies And oh

[1:03:35] the silence h because um there's of

[1:03:40] course many more many less people here

[1:03:43] and we are far away from bigger bodies

[1:03:47] of of land. So it's like this just this

[1:03:50] huge these huge ships in the middle of

[1:03:53] the Atlantic basically. Um, and the

[1:03:56] whole of the Atlantic, the winds and the

[1:03:59] power of this nature here just keeps

[1:04:02] everything so clear that for me it's

[1:04:05] been like a magical discovery of um how

[1:04:13] lightness feels like in in the physical

[1:04:16] body and also discovery of me in a

[1:04:19] completely new way because I've

[1:04:22] discovered so many things I didn't know.

[1:04:25] Um I liked and I mean it's like every

[1:04:28] day I discover oh oh I like this or oh I

[1:04:32] I fancy discovering this new kind of

[1:04:36] sport or this new kind of I don't know

[1:04:38] I'm always discovering stuff. It's like

[1:04:41] it's like becoming a whole new person.

[1:04:44] Uh it's not like it is becoming a whole

[1:04:46] new person and discovering that every

[1:04:50] single day and not having like much of a

[1:04:54] reference point from before because it

[1:04:57] just simply doesn't I mean it doesn't

[1:05:00] make sense to go and get from before

[1:05:03] what I used to be, what I used to do,

[1:05:06] what I used to like um who I used to

[1:05:09] kind of um

[1:05:12] identify with. Now someone the other day

[1:05:14] was asking me a really important

[1:05:15] question which is is it possible to

[1:05:19] live purely from presence with no

[1:05:22] identities and my answer is very clearly

[1:05:25] no because here uh in human form in the

[1:05:29] human body the purpose of identities is

[1:05:32] clear they don't have to be stuck. So

[1:05:35] identities don't need to be

[1:05:36] disintegrated or you know dark aspects

[1:05:39] or anything like that don't but the way

[1:05:41] we interact with the world is through

[1:05:44] identif identifying with something and

[1:05:48] that's not a bad thing just so long as

[1:05:50] you don't remain attached to that

[1:05:52] identity. So you kind of meet the world

[1:05:56] and the people around you through

[1:05:59] whatever you are identifying in that

[1:06:03] moment. It doesn't mean that you're

[1:06:04] going to identify the same tomorrow. So,

[1:06:08] it also requires a lot of flexibility

[1:06:11] and being able to be okay with not

[1:06:14] knowing who you're going to wake up as

[1:06:17] like like uh tomorrow I might not feel

[1:06:21] the same way. It's okay. So, um in human

[1:06:27] form identity serves a wonderful

[1:06:29] purpose. So identity does not mean the

[1:06:32] same as ego in the way that that like

[1:06:36] Kathy was saying just now. So when we

[1:06:38] say the ego traps and all that what we

[1:06:41] mean is the the the traps of comparison

[1:06:45] of power games basically power games um

[1:06:48] >> forgetfulness forgetting that like when

[1:06:51] the world comes over your eyes

[1:06:54] >> that's all but identity um it doesn't

[1:06:57] necessarily forget you can be creating

[1:07:00] identity from that point of presence and

[1:07:03] you know you are exactly like Kathy

[1:07:05] shared like you go out and now you're at

[1:07:09] the job or now you're this and and you

[1:07:11] know and that's fine because it's not

[1:07:13] fixed uh in in like it's not written in

[1:07:16] an ancient tablet and it has to remain

[1:07:18] that way forever. It's what needs to be

[1:07:22] in that moment and and you are flexible

[1:07:25] enough to not need to be that constantly

[1:07:28] or not need to be that every day. So

[1:07:30] you're always discovering which way you

[1:07:34] are going to

[1:07:36] uh identify

[1:07:38] um in each moment. So um

[1:07:42] though it is uh not possible to interact

[1:07:45] in human form without some sort of

[1:07:48] identity

[1:07:50] um that is not a bad thing because that

[1:07:53] is when it's created from connection

[1:07:56] when it's created from being in the

[1:07:59] knowingness of presence that you are

[1:08:01] presence that you are creating your

[1:08:05] reality 100% of the time and everything

[1:08:07] that emanates in it is a reflection

[1:08:09] refction of you. H when you are in that

[1:08:13] knowingness um then it's coming from a

[1:08:17] clear source and therefore these are

[1:08:20] clear identities. They do not get stuck.

[1:08:23] So um it's it's not like the identity is

[1:08:27] a bad a bad kind of huge bad thing. And

[1:08:30] uh we're already on for an hour and

[1:08:32] eight minutes.

[1:08:35] [laughter]

[1:08:35] >> Yeah.

[1:08:37] >> And uh Yeah. So that's that's how it's

[1:08:41] been. And so then I started the

[1:08:43] Impassion project again, but not again

[1:08:46] because um it's completely different

[1:08:48] now. The offerings are different. And um

[1:08:52] basically now it it is here for the fun

[1:08:56] of of providing that space of presence

[1:09:00] um because I can. Um and in that of

[1:09:04] course it does provide support but it's

[1:09:06] not because I need to kind of save

[1:09:10] anyone from anything just like Kathy for

[1:09:13] sure. Uh we're not here to save anyone

[1:09:15] from their experience in any way. We are

[1:09:19] just here experiencing and within that

[1:09:22] experience sharing

[1:09:25] um possibilities and whoever wants to

[1:09:29] play with us within that um landscape.

[1:09:33] We are now launching the awesomeness

[1:09:36] unleashed divinely human for real online

[1:09:39] retreat which starts on the 17th of

[1:09:42] October and um our info and all of that

[1:09:46] is on our website. So, uh, both of our

[1:09:50] websites have the information there and,

[1:09:53] um,

[1:09:55] you can look it up and, uh, we will be

[1:09:58] diving deeply into

[1:10:01] just each one's very personal, very

[1:10:04] unique, very particular, uh, way of

[1:10:08] being present in everyday life and being

[1:10:12] able to clear whatever is not a

[1:10:16] reflection of that. So that more and

[1:10:18] more the life that you live reflects

[1:10:21] that. So there are in fact different

[1:10:24] there are very different realities and

[1:10:26] like the reality I live is sometimes so

[1:10:30] awesomely

[1:10:32] magic. I I I sometimes look and say wow

[1:10:36] really

[1:10:38] how could it I mean how could I ever

[1:10:41] doubt this? I mean this I'm living it

[1:10:44] every single day in that way. um that it

[1:10:48] shows me uh constantly

[1:10:51] that um wherever you're coming from in

[1:10:54] your consciousness is reflected in your

[1:10:58] reality. So um

[1:11:00] >> whatever needs to be cleared is very

[1:11:02] very welcome all the time and so that

[1:11:06] the the landscape stays clear within the

[1:11:09] emanation I am choosing to be.

[1:11:13] >> Yes. Fabulous. Thank you Tanya. That's

[1:11:16] so great. I'll just make a few comments

[1:11:18] so we can wrap it up here shortly. Thank

[1:11:20] you everyone who has joined us. You

[1:11:22] know, this whole thing. So, yes, check

[1:11:25] out our retreat. It's going to be a

[1:11:27] month-long October 17th uh through

[1:11:30] November 14th. We've got a couple days

[1:11:34] of retreat and also a private one-on-one

[1:11:38] uh session with both Tanya and I there

[1:11:40] uh to work with you as well. So, if

[1:11:43] you're going through anything or you're

[1:11:44] just simply ready for a quantum leap,

[1:11:47] like the last time I signed up for um

[1:11:50] you know, I did all William Lynville's

[1:11:52] mastery courses and to this day I'm

[1:11:54] like, "Thank God. I'm so glad I did it

[1:11:56] because the presence of somebody who has

[1:11:59] lived through it, who has released all

[1:12:02] these constraints, all these constructs,

[1:12:04] all these prisons that we live in. When

[1:12:07] you release that, then you give that

[1:12:10] gift to others. It is through presence.

[1:12:13] It is through frequency. I mean, when I

[1:12:15] worked with Will, I could feel it. It

[1:12:17] was like, and I still have this today.

[1:12:20] Like Tanya said, you know, we don't live

[1:12:21] in monasteries. We're out in life every

[1:12:23] day. I have a very busy human life now.

[1:12:26] Yet, I don't because my free time, I

[1:12:28] still like a lot of silence. So, Kathy,

[1:12:30] what are you doing this weekend?

[1:12:31] Nothing. Leave me alone. You know,

[1:12:33] sometimes it's like that. But, you know,

[1:12:36] and I still meet people. I know why

[1:12:38] they're brought into my life. I can feel

[1:12:40] the frequencies, the encodments of

[1:12:42] consciousness they hold and I can go,

[1:12:44] "Oh, yeah. I remember this. This is me,

[1:12:46] too. I was still contained in this area

[1:12:49] and then I embody it." It's so cool

[1:12:52] because it's not done through here. It's

[1:12:54] done through presence. And so that's

[1:12:57] what Tanya and I both um assist with is

[1:13:00] the majority of our work just happens by

[1:13:03] being in presence with people if they're

[1:13:05] open to it and willing. But of course, I

[1:13:07] do energy work and other things and I

[1:13:11] can show others how to do these things

[1:13:13] as well. Direct with source. Just let

[1:13:16] there be light because we're all energy

[1:13:18] workers. I mean, if you wake up every

[1:13:20] day and you say, "I'm so sick and tired

[1:13:22] of there." That's energy work on your

[1:13:25] body, you know? I mean it literally

[1:13:29] more the more and more we let go of the

[1:13:32] constructs, the identities, the things

[1:13:34] that have held us into this um we'll say

[1:13:37] perception of reality, the more we open

[1:13:39] up and you are a portal of source. Your

[1:13:42] body is a conduit like a lightning rod

[1:13:45] for that light. And the more that you

[1:13:47] open up, the more light you just bring

[1:13:49] through and it just goes where it needs

[1:13:51] to go. It does what it needs to do. It

[1:13:53] realigns my body, my mind. I'm healthier

[1:13:56] at 51 than I was at 41, then I was

[1:13:59] healthier at 41, than I was at 31. And I

[1:14:02] mean, this whole idea of aging is BS.

[1:14:05] Uh, just belief systems. And we don't

[1:14:07] even know what our bodies are capable of

[1:14:09] because we don't know. We're stepping

[1:14:12] into new territory, new energy. This is

[1:14:15] a whole amazing exploration. If you're

[1:14:19] not feeling that way, then I encourage

[1:14:21] you to, you know, join us. Um, and the

[1:14:25] thing about the identities, you know,

[1:14:27] playing in the world, I can go and I can

[1:14:30] be an employment consultant and I can go

[1:14:32] and talk to employers and then I can go

[1:14:34] hang out with friends and I can go do

[1:14:36] this and that.

[1:14:38] I'm going to bring this back to the

[1:14:41] unconditional love of source that we

[1:14:43] are. It's not about battling the

[1:14:45] identities. It's like you begin to

[1:14:47] really appreciate all that you've been

[1:14:51] like, "Wow, I was such a badass when I

[1:14:53] was younger. I was a on wheels,

[1:14:55] you know, and it's like I kind of like

[1:14:57] her. Like I still I can pull that card

[1:14:59] if you need me to, you know, [laughter]

[1:15:02] or you know, it's like I can be the boss

[1:15:05] at work. I was a leader for a long time.

[1:15:07] or this love that comes through me at

[1:15:10] times in events. I become completely

[1:15:13] silent and I might be completely patient

[1:15:16] while somebody just goes off and says

[1:15:18] things, but there is this presence of

[1:15:21] source that comes through you more and

[1:15:24] more that guides your actions. It will

[1:15:27] kind of possess you, if you will, but

[1:15:30] you're just being possessed by pure

[1:15:32] presence, by the love of all that is.

[1:15:35] And every day I wake up and say, "Make

[1:15:37] me an instrument." You know, wash away

[1:15:39] all that's not me. Because the more that

[1:15:42] the falsivities of who I thought I was

[1:15:45] get washed away, the more that I love

[1:15:49] all of it and I can play with all of it

[1:15:51] and I'm available for everything and

[1:15:53] anything. It's a matter now of how much

[1:15:56] can my body handle. like Tanya said

[1:15:59] about being very sick and ill with the

[1:16:02] density, you know, it's like your body

[1:16:04] goes through um things and there's days

[1:16:07] I crawl on my couch and I cover up with

[1:16:09] the blankie because I'm feeling

[1:16:11] sensitive, right? And I breathe. But we

[1:16:14] always have access to that presence,

[1:16:16] that breath, and to just bring more of

[1:16:18] that light through. And watch how it

[1:16:21] realines your body. It rejuvenates your

[1:16:23] body. It just takes care of everything.

[1:16:26] And to the old linear logical mind like

[1:16:29] I was a pricing manager. I was working

[1:16:32] in access. I mean I like numbers

[1:16:36] you know I would have said well that's

[1:16:38] crazy but you know who can really put a

[1:16:41] definition on divinity. Who really has

[1:16:44] written the book on the truth about what

[1:16:46] is of this whole grand creation? So um

[1:16:50] we're exploring it. We're really

[1:16:53] explorers um in this consciousness and

[1:16:57] it really does all come back to

[1:16:59] unconditional love. And love is not

[1:17:02] fluffy. I'm sorry for the people that

[1:17:04] don't like the word love and light. It's

[1:17:06] not effing fluffy. It is walking through

[1:17:08] your fears. It is facing the darkest of

[1:17:11] dark. It's looking at the most terrible,

[1:17:14] traumatic,

[1:17:15] awful, even disgusting things and

[1:17:17] saying, "It just is.

[1:17:21] I can look at it now because

[1:17:24] I'm not judging it. And when you can do

[1:17:27] that, you're free. And then you can play

[1:17:30] in the world and you can love everyone.

[1:17:31] You know, it's like you go in the world

[1:17:33] and everyone is sort of like family.

[1:17:35] Everyone is like friends. None are um

[1:17:38] now, okay, some are more enjoyable than

[1:17:40] others. This is where you can still, you

[1:17:43] know, the identities, you know, you're

[1:17:45] not going to go to the job and be like,

[1:17:48] "Hey, what's your name?" I don't have a

[1:17:50] name. I have a frequency. You know,

[1:17:53] [laughter]

[1:17:56] you need to be able to like relate and

[1:17:58] meet people where they are. So, you need

[1:18:00] to be able to still be in this world,

[1:18:03] right? Like, [laughter]

[1:18:05] >> yeah, I'm going to play Frisbee next.

[1:18:08] And uh so that would be funny like, oh,

[1:18:10] who are you? Oh, I'm I'm presents

[1:18:13] playing frisbee.

[1:18:16] [laughter]

[1:18:18] So, you need your human aspects. You

[1:18:21] need your ability to be human fully to

[1:18:24] go out and not be like a total weirdo.

[1:18:27] >> Yeah.

[1:18:29] [laughter]

[1:18:31] >> I mean, I'm a weirdo, but you know, I

[1:18:34] try to act normal.

[1:18:35] >> That's the thing. That's the That's the

[1:18:37] whole point right there. You are.

[1:18:41] [snorts]

[1:18:43] All right,

[1:18:44] Kathy. This has been so wonderful. Thank

[1:18:47] you very much. It's been so much longer

[1:18:49] than we had initially planned. Just so

[1:18:51] you know, we were about to do this for

[1:18:53] 45 minutes,

[1:18:55] [laughter]

[1:18:56] >> but it's been loads of fun and um who

[1:18:59] knows, we do it again. But anyway, check

[1:19:02] out our retreat, our online retreat, and

[1:19:06] um we look forward to playing with

[1:19:09] whoever will enjoy joining us.

[1:19:14] Thank you.

In this conversation, embodying Source is described as living one's true nature in the body and in everyday life, rather than only realizing it intellectually or in a peak experience. Cathy Baumann distinguishes between knowing who you are and actually living it. The work involves integrating awakened awareness into relationships, emotions, and physical sensation.
According to Tanya Castillo, no. She says there is no place you arrive where everything becomes constant, and that the baseline of presence is always underlying but people are not constantly in it. Her view is that the practice is returning to that awareness again and again, rather than remaining in it at every moment.
Both speakers describe near-death experiences that coincided with kundalini awakenings in their own lives. Baumann says hers occurred about sixteen years before the conversation, and Castillo describes hers as occurring in 2013, with different forms but similar intensity. They present these as the beginning of an ongoing integration process, not as an endpoint.
Castillo explains that many people expect a constant state once they reach a place of realization, and then feel disappointed when life shifts. She describes new phases arriving, with trauma and old material sometimes resurfacing. Her reframing is that fluctuation is normal and that the key skill is noticing distraction and coming back to presence.
Castillo describes living a normal, regular life while having as much fun as possible, and treating everyday experience as sacred. She says her life is not a monastic one, and that the meditative quality comes from presence within ordinary activity. The approach emphasizes joy defined by each person's own perception.
The speakers describe clearing as something that happens through energy and frequency, based on the idea that everything is energy. Castillo links this to letting go of old structures and material that the body has been holding. This is presented as their personal framework, not an established clinical method, and the talk emphasizes that clearing is ongoing.
Cathy Baumann describes herself as a source embodiment guide who helps people embody their true nature. Tanya Castillo says she was an English teacher when her 2013 awakening occurred and later became part of the same circle of spiritual work. They chat about their shared journeys in this livestream conversation.
