Monica Bryant-Ruiz

Monica Bryant-Ruiz MSc MCC is the founder and Managing Director of Ingenium in Movement, based in London and working globally. She has spent more than two decades in business, advising clients on business and marketing strategy, change management and innovation, both in corporate settings and through her own creative consulting firm.

Alongside that career, a more personal path took shape. Over twenty years ago she fell in love with meditation, ancient philosophies and mindfulness, and found in the practice of presence a judgment-free space to tune into herself. She went on to train professionally in several modalities, including meditation, sound therapy and energy healing, as well as psychological models through coaching. Her work combines movement, breath, sound, coaching and energy healing, with playfulness, openness and creativity.

Monica serves as Senior Advisor and Executive Coach to leaders. She has delivered over 5000 hours of client work and has served on several executive boards, including ICF as VP Strategy and Executive Director. Her clients have ranged from large global firms to start-ups and SMEs across many industries.

Her style is playful, curious and insightful. She aims to help people connect with their own truths and "inner-knowing", so they can become more resilient and resourceful and move forward with confidence and excitement. She believes everyone has something special to share with the world, and that the more aligned we are with who we are, the greater the ripple effect we create around us.
