Kelly Howell | Brain Sync

Kelly Howell is the founder of Brain Sync and a six-time national bestselling audio author. She describes herself as a mindset and meditation coach, and her guided meditations and brainwave audio programs are listened to by millions of people worldwide. Body, Mind, Spirit Magazine called her "the best voice in guided meditation."

Her work centers on binaural beats, precisely tuned sound frequencies layered into music and nature sounds. They are designed to guide the brain toward states such as Alpha for relaxation and creativity, Beta for focus, Theta for meditation and memory, Delta for deep sleep and healing, and Gamma for cognitive performance. Some programs pair these sounds with guided visualization, breathing exercises, body scans and mindful awareness. Her site says she has pioneered the use of binaural beats and meditation since 1985, drawing on biofeedback and brain research.
