Jane Mejlhede

Jane Mejlhede is a spiritual teacher, psychotherapist and healer based in the Copenhagen area. She also writes and teaches on personal development, healing and consciousness. Her stated vision is to support others in sensing who they are beyond the personality.

Her work draws on psychotherapy, healing and consciousness work from a nondual perspective. She has developed and practised this way of working for more than twenty years. Depending on what is relevant, the different approaches can meet in the same session. She works with the whole person: personality, body, relationships, trauma and personal history. She also works with what cannot easily be held in the stories we tell about ourselves. Her starting point is that people are not something to be fixed or repaired. She helps people notice the patterns, narratives and strategies that have shaped their lives, and stays open to what appears along the way.

Jane offers individual sessions in Copenhagen and Gentofte, online, and in nature north of Copenhagen. She also leads healing and retreat stays for immersion, and holds online courses and gatherings on healing, consciousness, nonduality, energy, ceremony and ritual, and understanding trauma. Some are more instructive and others guided and experiential. She writes a blog with more than 50 posts on nonduality, inner work, trauma, healing, ceremony and everyday practice, and shares teachings and interviews on her YouTube channel.

She originally trained with a Cand. Mag. in Danish and communication from Aarhus University. She is also a holistic psychotherapist, an NLP and Enneagram Master Trainer, and an Akasha Master Healer, Trainer and Initiator. One participant describes her as skilled at creating a safe, loving space that invites being with whatever is present.
