Isabelle Schulz

Isabelle Schulz is a meditation teacher who creates guided meditations, gentle ASMR and energetic journeys for sensitive, spiritually open people. Her work centres on finding your way back to yourself in a loud world and having the courage to show up as you really are.

She spent five years as a speech and communication trainer before leaving conventional concepts behind to follow what her soul wanted to make visible. In her own words, her path "never went straight." She describes setting aside the success strategies she had used, including an account with more than 3,500 followers, because they left her exhausted and cut off from her message. She says she then began exploring visibility as something that grows from inner connection rather than from adapting to other people's formulas. She draws on her own experience and on work with more than 200 clients.

Her short guided meditations are a central part of her work. She shares them free of charge on YouTube, Spotify (where her podcast is called Seelenbalsam) and Insight Timer. Her longer audio journeys, each with an accompanying PDF of journaling prompts, go deeper into single themes such as self-worth, finding your voice, dissolving blocks around being seen, and recognising your calling. She also offers audio courses on authentic visibility for sensitive self-employed people.

Her YouTube channel adds honest conversations about visibility, self-worth and spiritual self-employment. Isabelle states that her work does not replace psychological or medical treatment or psychotherapy, and that she makes no promises of healing.
